Bill Ringle Leads AskBillRingle.com Forum on Caring for Critical Business Asset

On February 2, 2012, AskBillRingle.com’s open conference call for entrepreneurs and business owners will address the subject “Taking Care of Your Most Important Business Asset: You, the Owner.”

Philadelphia, PA, February 02, 2012 – Nationally known speaker, author, and CEO coach Bill Ringle will lead this month’s AskBillRingle.com forum, “Taking Care of Your Most Important Business Asset: You, the Owner,” on Thursday, February 2, at 4:00pm ET. If you’re an entrepreneur, business owner, or business leader, self-care is absolutely essential to ensuring the sustainability of your business’ growth and productivity, the strength of your creativity and innovation, and the longevity of your career. The February AskBillRingle.com conversation addresses this issue through concrete, practical suggestions for self-care gleaned from Ringle’s significant experience as a serial entrepreneur, CEO coach, and nationally-recognized growth strategist to senior management.

The forum will help listeners identify the “sticking points” that repeatedly cause distraction and disruption in their lives, understand how splintered attention causes diminished productivity, take a stand for a stronger support system, and refuse to tolerate conditions that drain and deplete their optimal energy. Ringle will lead listeners through a system to create changes that are easy and automatic, so that they are rapidly adopted.

“The neglect of self-care is often seen as a macho badge of honor, especially in the tech sector, where leaders often learn that it’s better to brag about pulling an all-nighter than to complain that the client demo isn’t ready because they didn’t have enough time,” says Ringle. “In the life science and medical device fields, I often hear echoes of the medical hazing that MD’s typically encounter during residencies as they now, as business leaders, set unrealistic expectations for themselves and their team. This month’s topic is about rational self-care. And that’s not to say let’s all hold hands and sing Kumbaya and cross our fingers that the project work gets done. Instead, you’ll discover the principles of good self-care that lead to high productivity for yourself and your team. Bring your biggest challenges, puzzles, and conundrums to AskBillRingle.com this month so we can unravel the mystery of self-care and rapidly get back on a productive direction.”
AskBillRingle.com gives business owners and entrepreneurs answers to their most pressing business growth questions. The website and accompanying conference calls, focusing on a different subject each month, will give business owners unprecedented access to Ringle’s expertise, experience, and advice, as well as allow them to benefit from the shared exchanges with other business owners. March’s topic, “Ways to Improve Cashflow,” will discuss important warning signs and pointers for success in that area.

Bill Ringle works with entrepreneurs and CEOs who want to overcome the five big challenges to business growth so that they can run profitable and rewarding businesses rather than become stuck and overwhelmed in unfulfilling and draining roles. He has worked on four continents, is the author of four business books, and inspires and educates thousands of business leaders each year through his speaking, coaching, interactive programs, and educational products.

Chinese rush to buy gold as alternative investment, claims AAA

The week-long new year festival in China has prompted huge sales in gold, as more and more Chinese investors turn to alternative asset classes, according to AAA.

Boston, MA, February 02, 2012 – The week-long new year festival in China has prompted huge sales in gold, as more and more Chinese investors turn to alternative asset classes, according to Alternative Asset Analysis (AAA).

The alternative investment advocacy group welcomed the news of the 57.6 per cent rise in sales of precious metal jewellery. Figures from the Ministry of Commerce also show that many people bought up investments in the form of gold bars and ingots, as well as the more traditional jewellery.

Guan Qiang, the assistant manager at Caibai, one of the most popular jewellery retailers in Beijing, said “Long treasured by Chinese, gold is no longer owned only by a privileged few, but has become a new investment channel open to all.” Giving gold as a gift to loved ones is a popular part of the New Year tradition, however, this year more than most, it is being sought out as an alternative investment, AAA’s analysis partner, Anthony Johnson said.

Mr Johnson explained that there is a lot of new wealth in China, but investors are concerned about investing in the stock markets, due to the fact that the global economy is still unstable. He explained, “investing in the stock market is no longer the obvious option for most, as alternatives that are more loosely correlated with wider economic performance are becoming more popular.”

Ms Qiang added, “You can hardly even see the gold bars, necklaces and pendants in the display case. People seem crazy about gold, snatching it up more like a ‘cheap cabbage’ than such a precious metal,”

AAA is a supporter of alternative investments of all kinds, but is especially interested in impact investing and other forms of ethical investments. This include forestry investment schemes like the non-native, sustainable plantation schemes operated by Greenwood Management in Brazil.

Free Generic MLM training for Network marketers finally available at Nonrecruitable.com

NonRecruitable.com is going to be a game changer for the average networker”, said Mike Beal Co-founder of Nonrecruitable.com

St. Louis, MO, January 31, 2011 – Free generic mlm training for network marketers finally available at Nonrecruitable.com . “www.NonRecruitable.com is going to be a game changer for the average networker”, said Mike Beal Co-founder of Nonrecruitable.com. The industry of networking has a very high failure rate due to lack of knowledge and support. “What www.NonRecruitable.com is designed to do is help a brand new rep, or the veteran networker… Sharpen their sales skills, and get the duplication from their sales force” says Mike Beal.

When asked why www.NonRecruitable.com was free Mike Beal went on to explain that many “leaders” actually make 75% or more of their income from sales tools or live events, not from the way that the distributors are expected to make their money from…… THE COMP PLAN. Mike Beal feels that the “leaders” should want to help their team and that the team would benefit more from a free training system. Because when the newest reps have success it will make the “leaders” more money anyway.

Mike Beal co-founder of www.Nonrecruitable.com has spent 15 yrs in the MLM industry and understands the importance of training for the duplication process. When Mike Beal built teams upwards of 40,000 reps it was impossible to train everyone on a personal level. But now with Nonrecruitable.com it is possible to help millions of people.

FRA highlights Money Morning article as a ‘Great place to start’

A new report on the benefits of timber investment in Money Morning, has attracted attention and praise from FRA.

Bainbridge Island, WA, February 01, 2012 – A new report on the benefits of timber investment in Money Morning, has attracted attention and praise from Forestry Research Associates (FRA).

The research and analysis consultancy has highlighted the article, written by investment writer Don Miller, as “A great place to start your research if are considering investing in forestry.”

Mr Miller lists the numerous benefits of opting for a timber investment, arguing that the option is a low-risk strategy with better returns than most, or even all, traditional asset classes. In fact, Mr Miller states, “Investing in timber has proven to be more profitable – and less risky – than any other asset class for almost 100 years.”

According to figures from The Campbell Group, cited in the article, timber returns have averaged 14 per cent each year between 1987 and 2010. In addition, the returns on timber are a lot less volatile than the returns on equity investments, according to the figures.

FRA supports the claim that timber investments are a good idea when the economy is struggling, as it holds its own while other asset classes falter. An example given my Mr Miller is that of the Great Depression, during which timber prices increased by 233 per cent, while stock market values tumbled by 70 per cent.

“Although the effect during the current downturn will not be felt quite as strongly as this, there are several features of timber investment that makes it attractive at times like these,” claimed Peter Collins, FRA’s analysis partner.

One of the best reasons for investing in timber is the lack of pressure on when the investment should be cashed in, Claims FRA. When the tree reaches maturity, if timber prices aren’t great, you can simply hang on in there and watch your asset grow even further. “Most timber-grade trees grow an average of per cent per year – which means that every year you don’t cut them down, they’re worth about eight per cent more,” explained Miller.

Firms like Greenwood Management offer great deals on timber investments, through plantation schemes in Brazil and Canada. Initial outlays needn’t be more than around $10,000 and investors will get a more diverse portfolio in exchange.
