IL 1st Congressional District Cook County Voters Support Peloquin Suburban Preservation

The first election using the 1st Congressional Redistricted South Side of Chicago and their Southwest Suburbs extending into Will County has city voters crossing over to support the states suburban life style.

With 74% of the new district voters being from the original 1st district, many of original voters are pushing to preserve their weekend getaways in the suburbs and the continued expanse of the commuter train stations for their suburban and rural lifestyle.

City Folks are now realizing they’re far more dependent on their rural and suburban agriculture businesses and how city politics overlook the needs of the rural and suburban growth at their cost.

It’s a wake-up call for many in Cook County; with Will County positioned as one of the new “Agriculture Cross Roads Of America”, their grain export business offers significant growth in the emerging markets such as Viet Nam, Russia, and China, and that means more jobs, revenue for the state and lower costs for their districts agriculture needs.

This 1st Congressional Districts election is fast becoming the center stage for a nation, as Big City residents learn “Intermodal Growth” is the ticket to world competition, not a party ticket.

You simply cannot achieve Intermodal Growth for the agriculture business with the city politicians quest to keep the spend in the city at the expense of the state’s best opportunity to sustain and gain more jobs outside its original district. Here is a short video clip on Intermodal Job Growth.

As the 3rd largest city in the U.S., the voters are realizing they’re dismal job growth has been limited to their federally subsidized projects within the city versus rebuilding the city through better decisions on how to compete globally within the state.

A Win Win situation, without a solution for decades, it’s time for a change, and it starts with educating the people on how to best affect change, and why. There’s a need here, a need to turn things around before we lose the opportunity to reduce our state and nations overall deficit, which ultimately results in the loss of the federal funding we’ve grown to know as the way the City Politicians create more jobs.

The Don Peloquin Campaign for the 1st Congressional District supports growth through voter education. Many people are totally unaware that if Congress doesn’t pass the new Farm Bill, you may as well forget about the food stamp program with its $80 billion a year, or 80 percent of all spending in the $500 Billion Farm Bill. Our position is to grow globally with the best opportunities, and our suburbs and rural areas have the best potential of securing grants for jobs like the $6 million awarded to UW-Madison. That focuses on encouraging more farm-to-school programs like the Research, Education, Action and Policy Food Group’s farm-to-school program, which supplies area schools with fresh, locally produced fruits and vegetables. We need a well balanced spend to gain the maximum benefits for all.

IL 1st Congressional District Don Peloquin Voters Rush To Oust Bobby

The Republicans rush to derail the Metra’s $141 million Englewood Flyover Project hasn’t deterred the supporters of Don Peloquin; they’re climbing aboard his “Time For Change” campaign like a freight train.

Well know n for his hands on “let’s get this going attitude” and 25 productive years as mayor of Blue Island IL., the people of the newly redistricted 1 st Congressional District are rushing to get Bobby out. They’re not forgetful of how Don helped elect the first Hispanic and Afro-American Alderman for the city of Blue Island and they don’t want the Chicago City Politicians in charge of their districts destiny.

The most significant increase in Don’s voter support have been from many of those who are now affected by the redistricting. Many didn’t even realize the impact of it until Don woke them up with his “Unless you want all for Chicago and nothing for the suburbs and our rural areas, you’d had better get out and vote for a change. This rush to get Bobby out is more of a community need than a party vote.

New to the 1 st district, Will County residents are waking up fast and have become a large voice for the Don Peloquin “Time For Change” campaign. They don’t call it Insight, it’s hindsight, either way you slice it, being controlled by the “tentacles of Cook County politics” has never benefitted the suburban and rural areas, it’s like being robbed of our rights to live outside of the city. They even wrote and signed their own “Declaration of Independence” a Grass Roots “We The People” approach to nothing less than inciting a large scale riot in the Burbs in order to affect change.

The buzz and the chatter in some of the most highly read online communities likepatch.com is really heating up, and these pro Don Peloquin “Time For Change” discussions have taken on a flavor with some spice, like “Caliente”, it’s that hot.

“R.I.P., G.O.P” Says Republican Anti-Romney Activist

Will the GOP survive Mitt Romney? No chance, insists a Republican precinct committee officer (PCO) from Redmond, Wash., who has renounced the ticket on two of his websites, RIPGOP and RINORomney.

Lord Nigel Featherston, a former Microsoft engineer who holds 12 patents, thinks the Grand Old Party can be saved, but not by the Romney-Ryan ticket.

“Electing Romney would drive another nail into the party’s coffin,” Featherston declares on his website. Although he rants against RINOs (Republicans In Name Only) and labels Romney a “liberal RINO who lacks any basic conservative principles,” the 66-year-old entrepreneur isn’t suggesting conservatives cast votes for Democrats.

“We must vote for conservative congressional candidates and we must fight the destructive RINOs by rejecting Romney,” he urges, adding, “Vote or write-in a true conservative, perhaps the Libertarian candidate.”

Regardless of the outcome of November’s election, Featherston believes a new conservative party must be created. RINOS killed the GOP, he says.

As for Romney’s pick of Paul Ryan as his running mate, Featherston says voters must realize this is “a total sham.” If Romney were a true conservative he would not have the support of Karl Rove and the GOP country club RINOs, Featherston contends. The notion that Ryan’s conservatism will make Romney more conservative is ludicrous, he insists. “Romney only pretends to be conservative in hopes of getting elected.” After the election, Featherston predicts Ryan will regret being Romney’s running mate,” realizing he was chosen just to provide conservative lip-service and to appease conservatives and the Tea Party. Although Featherston has donated to Republican candidates in the past and served multiple terms as a GOP PCO, he now leans toward the Libertarian party.

Featherston’s passions and activism transcend politics. In 2003 he won a record $250,000 judgment against two Ohio residents who inundated him with thousands of unwanted emails. Among his likes are vintage technology and holiday lights. At Christmastime, he decorates his home with 7,000 LED bulbs.

For now his attention is focused on the GOP. And like the storm swirling around Tampa, he hopes to wreak some havoc and stir up interest for a new party as the “standard bearer for conservatives.”

“If a liberal is going to fail and discredit their party, let it be a Democrat,” Featherston proclaims.

Cuts to SNAP Food Program Would Be Devastating for Struggling Older Adults

This morning, the National Council on Aging (NCOA) joined members of Congress, Feeding America, the Food Research and Action Center, advocates, and representatives from dozens of national organizations to oppose $16 billion in cuts to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program, (SNAP). NCOA Media Contact: Ken Schwartz, Director of Marketing & Communications, 202-600-3131, ken.schwartz@ncoa.org.

Washington, D.C., USA – July 12, 2012 — This morning, the National Council on Aging (NCOA) joined members of Congress, Feeding America, the Food Research and Action Center, advocates, and representatives from dozens of national organizations to oppose $16 billion in cuts to the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP) included in the proposed House Agriculture Committee Farm Bill reauthorization. The Committee is expected to vote on the legislation tomorrow.

Nearly 3 million older adults receive SNAP, and 80% of them live alone. SNAP makes nutritious food more affordable for these vulnerable seniors, reducing health costs by helping them manage and prevent chronic diseases, such as diabetes, heart disease, and hypertension.

Yet, due to inadequate outreach and enrollment, only 1 in 3 seniors who qualifies for SNAP actually receives this valuable benefit.

“These cuts would be catastrophic for vulnerable older adults and their families,” said NCOA President & CEO Jim Firman. “93% of SNAP benefits go to households below the poverty line, and 76% of SNAP households include an elderly person, child, or disabled person. Taking food out of the mouths of people living at or near the poverty level is unconscionable act, especially when the unemployment rate is so high.”

In addition to keeping individuals safe and well-fed, SNAP is a well-established and efficient way to stimulate local economies. Every $1 worth of SNAP benefits in an eligible recipient’s pocket turns into a $1.73 benefit to local communities via grocery stores, farm stands, or even Wal-Mart. Without SNAP and other federal benefits, millions of vulnerable older adults will be forced to make a grim choice between buying groceries or filling prescriptions; putting food on the table or paying utility bills.

NCOA is encouraging older adults, their families, and caregivers to call on Congress to oppose these drastic cuts. Concerned advocates can call toll-free 1-877-698-8228 today to be connected to their Representative’s office and ask them to vote NO on proposed SNAP cuts in the Farm Bill.

National Leader Volunteers For Ilario Pantano Campaign for Congress in Wilmington NC

William Gheen of the national organization Americans for Legal Immigration PAC is traveling to Wilmington, North Carolina, this weekend to volunteer for the ALIPAC endorsed congressional campaign of Ilario Pantano.

Raleigh, NC, USA — William Gheen of the national organization Americans for Legal Immigration PAC is traveling to Wilmington, North Carolina, this weekend to volunteer for the ALIPAC endorsed congressional campaign of Ilario Pantano.

Ilario Pantano faces NC State Senator David Rouzer in the GOP primary to be settled on May 8. ALIPAC has endorsed Ilario Pantano for his strong stance in favor of immigration law enforcement instead of Amnesty.

In contrast, David Rouzer has lobbied Congress in the past in an effort to pass Amnesty legislation for illegal aliens that is opposed by a large majority of American and GOP voters.

“I’m looking forward to getting out from behind the computers and on the front lines of the fight against illegal immigration by getting in the trenches as a volunteer with the Pantano campaign this weekend,” said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. “If enough voters understand that David Rouzer actively supports Amnesty for illegal immigrants, then Pantano will win this race.”

William Gheen has served as a campaign consultant in North Carolina prior to forming Americans for Legal Immigration PAC in 2004, which has quickly become the nation’s largest grass roots political action committee addressing the issue of illegal immigration. Gheen has also served as an Assistant Sgt At Arms to the NC Senate, a legislative aide, and a registered issue lobbyist, and is cited regularly in state, national, and global media.

William will be filming short video clips during his volunteer efforts on the Ilario Pantano campaign for a video blog that will be released nationally to encourage other American activists to volunteer for the over 100 federal campaigns currently endorsed by ALIPAC. (See list at http://www.ALIPAC.us)

“Volunteering for one of our ALIPAC endorsed campaigns is a great way to support the national fight against illegal immigration and illegal alien Amnesty supporters like David Rouzer,” said William Gheen. “ALIPAC was founded by campaign volunteers and this year we want to return to the founding motivations of our group by calling on Americans from Carolina to California to deploy behind campaigns that stand with Americans against illegal immigration.”

William Gheen will be conducting interviews with the media while in Wilmington Friday, April 27, through Sunday, April 29. To schedule interviews or for more information please visit http://www.alipac.us or call (866) 703-0864.

Mitt Romney Change On Illegal Immigration Issue Could Spell Doom for America

Several national media outlets are trying to suggest that a Mitt Romney flip flop on the issue of illegal immigration is imminent now that Romney is the presumptive winner of the GOP primary.

Raleigh, NC, USA (April 18, 2012) — Several national media outlets are trying to suggest that a Mitt Romney flip flop on the issue of illegal immigration is imminent now that Romney is the presumptive winner of the GOP primary. ALIPAC is issuing a national advisory that such a radical shift could spell doom for the Romney campaign and the country.

Mitt Romney (857-288-3500) is currently experiencing a surge in support as GOP voters begin coalescing behind his campaign after one of the most dramatic GOP Presidential primaries in modern history.

Mitt Romney won the primary by addressing the top issue of illegal immigration from an enforcement only approach. Romney asked Kris Kobach, a national leader in the fight against illegal immigration to be on his campaign “team.” Romney promised primary voters that millions of illegal aliens would be forced out of America, that he would veto the Dream Act Amnesty, and that Arizona’s controversial immigration law would be his “model for the nation”.

“Any reversal on these positions would destroy his credibility, alienate Conservative American voters who outnumber Latino voters, and exert the same pressures on Mitt Romney that destroyed John McCain and Rick Perry’s campaigns,” said William Gheen who is a prior GOP campaign consultant and current President of ALIPAC. “Not only would a Romney shift on immigration hurt him among Americans concerned about illegal immigration but it would signal that he cannot be trusted on any issue or topic whatsoever.”

If Mitt Romney (857-288-3500) betrays his promises to voters and his constitutional obligation to enforce America’s existing border and immigration laws, then American voters will have been tricked. Once again, Americans will be trapped between voting for a Republican or voting for a Democrat candidate who support Amnesty for illegal aliens.

Any form of Amnesty or change in our current laws to accommodate illegal aliens will eventually lead to the displacement of tens of millions of American voters. America will be defenseless against future waves of illegal immigration and the nation that once stood on this continent will be destroyed.

ALIPAC is calling on national supporters to contact the Mitt Romney campaign to ask him to remember his promise to oppose Amnesty and enforce existing immigration laws. Callers will also ask Romney to avoid Amnesty supporting Senator Marco Rubio as his running mate.

“Marco Rubio supports Amnesty for illegal aliens and this would greatly harm Romney’s campaign and this nation if he is a running mate,” said William Gheen. “Mitt Romney needs a strong female conservative running mate to attract female voters. He needs candidates like Jan Brewer and Michele Bachmann who oppose Amnesty for illegal aliens. Marco Rubio’s Amnesty for illegal aliens plan is ‘conservative suicide acceptance plans’ that should be rejected.”

A Mitt Romney flip flop on immigration issues could demoralize the largest block of American voters known as “Conservative Voters” and result in Democrats taking back control of the US House.

“If Romney flip flops on immigration issues the resulting demoralization of Conservative voters could leave America with a liberal Republican or Democrat in the White House as well as Democrats being in control of both chambers of Congress!” said William Gheen. “That could be enough to finally kill America.”

The illegal immigration invasion of America is being supported by elite politicians, corporations, and financial interests that appear to have more influence on lawmakers than American citizens. Certified scientific polling data shows that a super majority of Americans consistently oppose any form of Amnesty including the Dream Act Amnesty by a factor of at least 3 to 1 (Rasmussen Reports, Oct. 2007).

ALIPAC is calling on Americans to bombard Romney’s offices (857-288-3500) with requests that he represent the majority of American citizens on immigration issues instead of the illegal immigration supporting special interests.

I rather be a dog

Any time soon, this young 24 yrs old Malaysian boy, convicted of drug trafficking, will be hang till death do him part by an unidentified Mr. Hangman in Changi Prison, Friday morning @ 6 am sharp.

If no one comes to his rescue soon, he’ll definitely and surely be under water very soon!

Supposing we see someone drowning like this, will we immediately dive in and rescue him from near death? Or will we ask questions first before we can help rescue him, questions like, “Who is he?”, “How come he’s in the water?”, “Did he fell into the water or was he pushed in?, “Is he rich or poor?”, “Where is he from? He looks like he’s not from this region.”, “Maybe he’s a ex-criminal wanting to commit suicide? Must have done a lot of bad thing in his life one la. That’s why this is call ‘retribution’ la. Ah… just let him drown la. He deserves it one la. Don’t care for him la. Just let him die la.”

Huh?

I don’t get it. People saved a dog but they won’t save a fellow human being from near death! Strange. So does that means that the dog’s life are more precious than human beings’ life?

If it is, than I rather be a dog then. At least I’m assured that I’ll be rescued and loved by human beings, unlike them human beings who weren’t rescue their own human beings. We dogs saves dogs you know.

Duh…

National Call for Federal Candidates Fighting Illegal Immigration

Candidates for Congress and US Senate are being asked to complete ALIPAC’s 2012 federal candidate survey and pledge.

(For National Release) Raleigh, NC, USA (March 27, 2012) — Candidates for Congress and US Senate are being asked to complete ALIPAC’s 2012 federal candidate survey and pledge, which will be used to inform voters and provide endorsements from America’s largest political action committee addressing the issues of illegal immigration and Amnesty for illegal immigrants.

This year’s survey can be easily returned by campaigns and includes questions about candidate positions on illegal immigration, which is one of the top issues of the 2012 campaign cycle.

ALIPAC’s 2012 Federal Candidate Survey and Pledge
http://www.alipac.us/f30/alipacs-2012-federal-candidate-survey-pledge-253198/

Completed surveys and pledges should be emailed to William Gheen, President of ALIPAC at WilliamG@alipac.us

The survey includes questions that voters want answered, including how candidates feel about Obama’s Department of Justice lawsuits against states like Arizona, South Carolina, and Alabama? The survey also asks candidates how they feel about the deportation of illegal immigrants, enforcement of existing border and immigration laws, Dream Act and Comprehensive Amnesty legislation, Obama’s “prosecutor discretion” memo Amnesty for illegal aliens, Article IV, Section 4 of the US Constitution, in-state tuition and other benefits for illegals, and employers who hire illegal labor.

“We are looking for federal candidates who stand with the 80% of Americans showing up in scientific polls who want our existing immigration laws enforced instead of any form of Amnesty that would undermine America’s borders forever,” said William Gheen President of ALIPAC. “We hope that an unprecedented number of candidates will take the time to share their positions on illegal immigration with voters through ALIPAC’s efforts this year.”

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC has been making endorsements and sending in campaign volunteers to endorsed campaigns since September 11, 2004. With over 40,000 supporters nationwide, ALIPAC is quoted often in the national and local media, and is credited with defeating state and federal legislation that sought to encourage and finalize illegal immigration. Candidate survey responses will be viewed tens of thousands of times by election day through direct voter contacts and online at http://www.ALIPAC.us

Seminole County, Florida Chief Judge Alan A. Dickey Abusing His Power Behind the Bench

Judge Alan Dickey, acting outside the oath he swore, hands down a non-jury trial six month sentence to 55 year old local man who misses one court hearing because of Doctor Appointment.

Seminole, FL (USA), Saturday – October 22nd, 2011 — In Seminole County a civil case has landed a man behind bars for six months for criminal contempt with no jury trial to decide his fate. The case number 2008CA003218 is a civil case now turned criminal because one man missed one hearing, even though he had a physician’s note as a plausible reason for his absence. The State Attorney, Andrew Jones, prosecuted the case with the help of the civil plaintiffs high cost attorneys. This action would have been similar to Judge Perry in the Casey Anthony trial allowing John Morgan, Dan Newlin, Mark Nejame, and Ranier Munns and their law firms to assist the State of Florida in the prosecution of Casey Anthony. Judge Perry did not allow that in Orange county, but if you travel north about 20 miles, you will discover a courtroom that allows this unprecedented behavior.

In the field of law, there is a distinct difference between civil and criminal cases. A civil case is when you have a dispute with another citizen or company and you decide to sue or vice versa. A criminal case is when the State of Florida, for example, prosecutes you for a crime you have committed and you face criminal charges. Occasionally, a civil case can result in criminal charges against the plaintiffs and defendants. For instance, if a plaintiff or defendant fails to appear in court they can be charged with contempt of court, their actions could result in criminal charges being filed against them. For most civil cases that turn criminal, the State Attorneys regard them lightly and typically don’t inflict serious consequences. This is because they are busy prosecuting real thieves and murderers.

Casey Anthony, the most recent high profile case, was a criminal case and her fate was decided by her peers, not Judge Perry. However, what occurred in Seminole County is a civil case presided over by Judge Dickey, that has landed a man behind bars for six months for criminal contempt charges, without any jury trial to decide his fate. In this unilateral, unauthorized decision, Judge Dickey has revealed a blatant personal bias.

If you watch the nightly local news, you’ll hear about budget cuts being enacted in Seminole County, and local public schools being shut down because of lack of funding. Yet now the Chief Judge, who oversees the Seminole County Judicial budget, is responsible for billing Seminole County taxpayers for six months housing costs for a civil litigant who missed a hearing, although he had a physician’s note. To say this is an abuse of power by Judge Dickey and a gross abuse of Seminole County funds is an understatement. The Judicial Qualifications Commission has received complaints against Judge Alan Dickey; however, the JQC won’t act in regards to Judge Dickey because they do not get involved in ongoing litigation. Since this case will remain open, Judge Dickey can continue to rule with a personal bias, much like former reprimanded Judge Erickson in Seminole County. Judge Erickson, who resembles Judge Dickey and has had a personal friendship with him for years, has put innocent victims in jail and grossly abused his power; yet, he got a mere slap on the wrist from the Judicial Qualifications Commission. The Judicial Qualification Commission (JQC) also has the former chief Judge of Seminole County, the Honorable Preston Silvernail as the Vice-chair. Silvernail is the one whom appointed Judge Dickey as the new Chief Judge in Seminole County.

The consequences given to these Judges are a joke, and continues to allow them to express personal bias, take bribes, and put innocent people in jail and then when caught, are simply asked to step down, retire, or receive a month’s probation. This is what is taking place in our court system today and our community needs to speak out in outrage. Judge Alan Dickey, who translated his personal bias in the above case to former Senator Lee Constantine on a phone call in December of last year, still refused to come off the case when requested by the man now serving the six month sentence handed down by him. Judge Dickey even refused when the public defender, Scott Sterling, petitioned for his removal. Mr. Sterling mentioned he has never seen such bias, but responded weakly to the injustices, perhaps because his paycheck is signed by the county. Any sentence exceeding six months requires a jury trial in Florida, yet Judge Dickey callously ordered the five months and 23 days immediately upon a Final Judgment ruling. Typically, after being found guilty you come back to another hearing for sentencing. However, Judge Dickey handed down the sentence quickly, with the civil attorneys in the courtroom, who ironically asked for the same 5 months 23 days sentence for civil contempt.

No Judge should favor one side or be impartial; however, the actions of Judge Dickey show otherwise. The State prosecutor in the above case, Andrew Jones, shares the same office with public defender Scott Sterling at 101 Bush Boulevard. However, no plea deal was done between the two because of Judge Dickey allowing the attorney from the civil case to assist Jones in the prosecution. Judge Dickey’s loyalty behind the bench for 35 years is commendable. Judge Dickey should be honored for his 35 years; however, his inability to separate himself personally from a case, hopefully, will result in the Judicial Qualifications Commission removing him from the bench. Seminole Corrupted County is quickly becoming a cesspool with Judge Dickey at the helm. If you want to help please go to http://www.myfloridahouse.gov/sections/representatives/representatives.aspx and tell your House Representative to impeach Judge Dickey. Seminole County is represented by Chris Dorworth, Jason Brodeur, Larry Metz, and Scott Plakon. The members of the house with a 2/3 vote can expel him, or if you have any information on Judge Dickey, send it to the Judicial Qualifications Commission at 1110 Thomasville Road, Tallahassee, Florida 32303. The JQC can recommend to the state Supreme Court to reprimand or retire Judge Dickey. And remember, every day innocent people get put in jail because of corruption and Judges abusing their power. U.S. Company Turns to BRAZIL to Advance New Technology

We Don’t Make the Smartphone…We Make it Smarter, Safer, Courteous and Compliant.
With a registered bill on the table, U.S. based Try Safety First (TSF) is deploying time, talent and resources into Brazil to advance its new mobile phone protocol technology. With its white paper being published in more than twenty-four countries across the globe, it is Brazilwhere TSF is looking to launch.

When asked why Brazil , TSF CEO John Fischer said, “TSF is eager to work with all governments and strategic partners to advance our patent-pending protocol technology. But to date, it is the congressional leaders of Brazil who have demonstrated the greatest desire and responsiveness to tackle the serious cell phone problems in their country.”

According to the World Health Organization, environment specific (prisons, court rooms, classrooms, in flight and behind the wheel) cell phone problems are costing theworld’s top industrialized countries between one and three percent of GDP. Fischer agrees societal cell phone problems are dynamic, devastating and very costly. But he also expands the statement by saying they can easily be eradicated with the implementation of TSF protocol technology.

TSF is the world leader for mobile device protocol development. According to Fischer, the advancement of TSF’s protocol technology will provide an optional tool for parents, teachers, judges, wardens, pilots and employers to easily eliminate cell phone problems within their respective environments. TSF’s primary objective is to establish a uniform global standard throughout the wireless industry to increase the functionality of mobile devices to provide simple solutions to remedy grand societal problems.

For more information on TSF technology or for investment opportunities, please visit http://trysafetyfirst.com.
