At Idatech, he played a key role in transitioning the business from a research and development organization to a publically-traded commercial enterprise. Earlier in his career he held CFO positions at several London-based companies, including: Datong Electronics PLC, Investec Traded Endowments LTD and Network Security LTD. Cooke is a Chartered Accountant (Institute of England and Wales) and holds a BS degree in Biochemistry from the University of Liverpool.

Sharer joins Fulham with more than 25 years of experience in B2B marketing, business development and sales for a wide range of networking and telecommunications equipment and software companies. Before joining Fulham, he was at Sharer and Associates, a self-founded consulting firm helping start-up companies achieve success. The following bonus features are included as well: The windows can be lowered and raised separately by remote. The console top switch direction can be reversed, if desired. On the A5 the side blinkers can be activated during remote top operation. When locking the car, a short horn signal (chirp) can be activated (A5) and an extended mode can be activated which allows starting or stopping the engine while a top operation continues. The entire module can be deactivated temporarily while retaining all user settings for when it is reactivated later on.

All functions can be programmed to individual needs. Configuration of the module is possible in the car or with a Mac or PC. SmartTOP modules are equipped with a standard USB port which allows connecting it to a computer for quick and easy configuration and firmware updates. Support software and firmware updates are available online and free of charge.
