Baltimore, MD, February 01, 2012 – Incite Creative is proud to announce its involvement with local artist, Stephanie Levine, in helping to shape her brand and create exposure for her collection of original works titled, PaintPrints by Staphanie in conjunction with her recent honoring at the Hadassah Medical Center’s 6th annual CELL-A-BRATE event on January 28th in Baltimore, MD.

The Hadassah Medical Center pioneers stem cell research to improve and potentially cure the lives of people suffering from debilitating diseases and conditions. Hadassah chose to honor Stephanie because of her achievements as an artist and as an inspirational person with a disability. Although Ms. Levine has been wheelchair bound due to Cerebral Palsy her entire life, she has been living an active life as a volunteer and more recently as an artist.

The “PaintPrints” brand combines Stephanie’s passion for painting and acknowledges the tools of her trade — the palm of her hand and her own fingerprint. The logo Incite created leverages her thumbprint as a repeating pattern to create a flower-like shape – an element of nature that is oftentimes included in her paintings.

“My team and I were honored to play a role in creating a unique brand for such a unique woman,” says Incite Creative President, Dina Wasmer. “Stephanie has the potential to inspire so many people with her story and her paintings but needed some help to reach those who might otherwise not get the opportunity. If there is enough manpower and time, NPOs can host large events such as bazaars where they can invite different companies to join and sell their products. Well, since the event is for a just cause, businesses must agree to pay a certain amount or donate some of their profit to the NPO. As long as the event is properly organized, everything will be as smooth as silk.

Johns Hopkins University President Ronald J. Daniels and local education leaders will unveil Compass: A Directory of Resources for Bright Students in Baltimore.

Baltimore, MD, Tuesday – September 13, 2011 — On September 15, 2011, Johns Hopkins University President Ronald J. Daniels and local education leaders will unveil Compass: A Directory of Resources for Bright Students in Baltimore. Produced by the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth (CTY) in partnership with Baltimore City Public Schools (City Schools) and the Baltimore Educational Scholarship Trust (B.E.S.T.), Compass puts information on more than 200 public, charter, and independent schools plus two dozen resources for academically advanced students all in one place.

In August, representatives from CTY, City Schools, and B.E.S.T. who collaborated on the guide were jointly named a Maryland Daily Record 2011 Innovator of the Year. Incite Creative provided graphic design services to help produce Compass as well as the launch event invitations.
