Incite Creative Adds Three To Its Growing Team

Incite Creative, a results-driven marketing strategy and graphic design firm, announced today the addition of Nadine Afiouni, Maria Fuster, and Joe Parisi to its award-winning team.

Baltimore, MD (USA), Thursday – October 06, 2011 — Incite Creative, a results-driven marketing strategy and graphic design firm, announced today the addition of Nadine Afiouni, Maria Fuster, and Joe Parisi to its award-winning team. The newcomers add cultural diversity as well as a depth of experience and skills that will expand the firm’s existing service offerings in the realm of brand development and marketing communications.

Nadine Afiouni joins the firm as an Associate Creative Director. As a cross-cultural creative thinker and a passionate graphic designer, Nadine has a strong belief that the process and methodology in design delivers outstanding outcomes. A graduate of the American University of Beirut, Nadine trail-blazed the graphic design movement in Lebanon. While at McCann Erickson Advertising, Nadine was instrumental in building brands in the Saudi Market including Body Shop, Hilton, and Fairmont Hotels. Nadine’s experience will create new opportunities for the firm in the hotel and hospitality industries. She and her family live in Elkridge.

Maria Fuster will serve as a Marketing Strategist alongside Incite Creative President, Dina Wasmer. After graduating from Notre Dame of Maryland University with a Masters in Corporate Management, Maria started her first business at the age of 25. Since then, she has launched several businesses in real estate and marketing, with specific consulting services for businesses wishing to connect with the Latino market. Her experience in online marketing, search optimization and social media will compliment Incite Creative’s strong offline capabilities. Maria is a talented musician and has been active with various charitable organizations. She has produced, directed, filmed and recorded an original score for her own documentary about children on the autism spectrum. She currently resides in Hunt Valley.

Joe Parisi also dons the title Associate Creative Director. A talented illustrator and graphic designer, Joe has gained regional and national recognition for his work. He has worked for a diverse group of clients including FILA, ESPN, The National Aquarium in Baltimore, and The American Red Cross. He worked for many years at a renowned local design firm before starting his own studio in 1996, where his portfolio ranged from logos to annual reports and websites. Joe’s attention to craft and design as well as his illustration skills will be an asset to the Incite Creative team ( http://www.incitecreativeinc.com ). He is a graduate of Towson University and he and his family live in Baltimore County.

Incite Creative Continues to Play a Role in Advancing Education

Johns Hopkins University President Ronald J. Daniels and local education leaders will unveil Compass: A Directory of Resources for Bright Students in Baltimore.

Baltimore, MD, Tuesday – September 13, 2011 — On September 15, 2011, Johns Hopkins University President Ronald J. Daniels and local education leaders will unveil Compass: A Directory of Resources for Bright Students in Baltimore. Produced by the Johns Hopkins Center for Talented Youth (CTY) in partnership with Baltimore City Public Schools (City Schools) and the Baltimore Educational Scholarship Trust (B.E.S.T.), Compass puts information on more than 200 public, charter, and independent schools plus two dozen resources for academically advanced students all in one place.

In August, representatives from CTY, City Schools, and B.E.S.T. who collaborated on the guide were jointly named a Maryland Daily Record 2011 Innovator of the Year. Incite Creative provided graphic design services to help produce Compass as well as the launch event invitations.

“We’re honored to have played a role in such a comprehensive project, and one that will ultimately benefit students who will become tomorrow’s leaders,” states Dina Wasmer, President of Incite Creative ( http://www.incitecreativeinc.com ). “We believe that all kids have a special gift to share with the world around them, and it’s up to all of us to make sure they’re given an opportunity to shine.”

Baltimore’s public school students will be among many other students to benefit from the resources in this new guide. “The cooperation that made Compass possible is unprecedented, both locally and nationally,” said Thomas Wilcox, President and CEO of the Baltimore Community Foundation. “Public and private partners working together to give kids a range of quality educational choices-this should be a model for the rest of the country.” Amy John, Executive Director of B.E.S.T., looks forward to using Compass to introduce local families to area independent schools. “This guide gives a tremendous boost to important work,” said John. “It shows families who always feared their options were limited the wealth of opportunities they can look forward to in both public and independent schools.”

“Since our founding more than 30 years ago, the Center for Talented Youth has identified and cultivated academic ability in students around the world,” said Elaine Hansen, Executive Director of CTY. “But it is especially gratifying to shine a light on some of the best students right here in our hometown. We can’t wait to see what they’ll do with the resources we’ve been able to assemble.”
