Software Industry Veteran Shares Roadmap to Sales Transformation Success

Sales Enablement has emerged as a critical business function to address these challenges, but few understand how to unlock the power of enablement to drive sales transformation.

San Francisco, CA (USA), May 01st 2015 — In recent years, the pace of business has put increasing pressure on sales organizations. Sales Enablement has emerged as a critical business function to address these challenges, but few understand how to unlock the power of enablement to drive sales transformation.

“My sales enablement journey accelerated when I founded a thought leadership group called SalesCraft in 2009. SalesCraft focused on peers talking about best practices. From those ideas the opportunity to write a book about sales enablement evolved to help educate people about the power of sales enablement to transform sales strategy execution,” says Author and Speaker Sharon Little. “I have a great passion to inspire sales leaders, and today it is critical for companies to know how to fluidly adapt to rapid pace of change in business.”

In competitive markets, sales teams need every advantage possible and strong, visionary, prescriptive leadership. Constrained by outdated approaches to enabling sales teams, questions about organizational ownership and inexperience, sales enablement has been slow to reach full potential. That is why Sharon Little collaborated with Halo Publishing International to release “SalesCraft: The Enablement Advantage.”

“At an executive level there is a lot of pressure to deliver and it can be hard to figure out how to move the needle. My hope is to open up their eyes to the critical nature of having a reliable, predictable change agent in sales enablement. This is about more than training, it’s about getting ahead of the sales transformation curve and staying there ,” says Sharon.

The business climate is changing more rapidly, creating a dynamic and fluid selling environment. Field leadership feels the pace of change, but is constrained by quarterly demands and a lack of clear, proven strategies to drive reliable transformation. In SalesCraft: The Enablement Advantage, upper management learns how to implement an enablement function that inspires, differentiates and drives revenue. This book represents a true transformation in business practices designed to stay ahead of the growth curve and actively invest in the success of the sales team.

“Sharon’s work in sales enablement is inspired by more than 15 years working in areas that span both sales and marketing,” says Halo Publisher Lisa M. Umina. “She has in-depth experience in sales management, inside sales, sales operations, field marketing, lead generation and communications. That breadth of experience infuses Sharon’s work in sales enablement with practical insight and knowledge that can only be found in someone who has actually done the work.”

Success in sales is a balance of art and science and there is no better way to achieve this than through sales enablement. For every ambitious sales leader, sales enablement is something they need to understand better. For those looking to retain and grow their sales team, “SalesCraft: The Enablement Advantage” is your company’s secret weapon.

You can purchase “SalesCraft: The Enablement Advantage” by Sharon Little through Amazon, B&N, and Halo Publishing.

Seven-time Billboard charting singer-songwriter Margo Rey announced today her newest single “Never2Late.”

Los Angeles, CA, April 25, 2015 – Seven-time Billboard charting singer-songwriter Margo Rey announced today her newest single “Never2Late.”

Never2Late” is an easy listening yet upbeat pop song that displays Margo’s signature melodic flair and vocals. Never 2 Late is also the first song that I wrote the music and lyrics with John Oates simultaneously. It was a joyful experience and I’m blessed to call him my friend and songwriting partner.  John also honors this recording with his gorgeous Hall and Oates harmonies,” Margo states.

Award-winning Picture Book Helps Children to Ease their Bedtime Fears

No matter our age, we all struggle when faced with fears and Author Alicia Lloyd has written a picture book for children of all ages, and accompanied by soft and atmospheric illustrations portraying thrills and chills that capture the imagination of children in the dark hours of night.

Oxford, PA (USA), April 23rd, 2014 — No matter our age, we all struggle when faced with fears and Author Alicia Lloyd has written a picture book for children of all ages, and accompanied by soft and atmospheric illustrations portraying thrills and chills that capture the imagination of children in the dark hours of night.

“When the Monsters are Quiet” (published by Halo Publishing, Int.), is a fun way children can start to become proficient readers by reading about one of their biggest worries- bedtime! This book is a reminder never to be afraid of your monsters and has helpful hints for parents to help their children by exploring with early reading strategies at home. This fun book is told from the perspective of a young boy, who hears noises that trigger the scariest images of monsters wondering around his house late at night, until he discovers they are the sounds of his mother getting ready for bed.

“All children at one point in their lives hear unfamiliar and scary noises while trying to drift off into sleep. As soon as they get scared, they start thinking of all these scary things that can happen,” says Alicia. “The main message is just to remember that noises can just be familiar noises, like in this case, your mom going to bed. Being afraid of monsters is common, however; I am hoping my book sends the message to never be afraid of their monsters, no matter what their monsters may be in life.”

Alicia Lloyd’s picture book “When the Monsters are Quiet” is the winner of the 2015 Keystone to Reading Elementary Book Award. The purpose of the award is to stimulate an interest in reading in students from Preschool to Grade 6 and expose them to quality literature. Each year the committee prepares three lists, one for preschool students, one for primary students in grades K-3, and one for intermediate students in grades 4-6. Teachers promise to read to or have their students read at least four books from the appropriate lists. In March the students vote for their favorite and the winner is honored at the Book and Author Luncheon at the annual KSRA conference in October 2015.

“I feel extremely honored and thankful for winning this award,” says Alicia. “I was shocked at first and just happy to be nominated, but winning wasn’t something I expected and I’m ecstatic that so many kids liked my book. The greatest gift is hearing the experience some children have had with my book. I love hearing how they take it to school with them and read my book to their class. My favorite part is hearing how they aren’t afraid of bedtime anymore.”

Besides helping children deal with bedtime fears and build self-confidence, Alicia Lloyd’s picture book helps build upon 1st grade reading levels with phonemic awareness and reading comprehension strategies within the context of the story and in the back of the book parents will find helpful tips so their kids can become star readers.

“My hope is Alicia’s book becomes better known through this award so it can help parents and kids work together to become better readers and writers,” says Halo Publisher Lisa M. Umina.

You can purchase “When the Monsters are Quiet” through Amazon, B&N and Halo Publishing, Int. website. The book is available for Kindle and Nook, and available in 40,000 databases in over 100 countries.

Artist Crystal Orlando Solo Show at Jackson Hole Art Event

Nationally acclaimed graphite artist’s exhibit should be your first stop on the Jackson, Wyoming Art Walk in June.

Jackson, WY, USA (April 15, 2015) — Crystal Orlando, considered by many to be one of the top graphite artists in the US today, will be taking her work to Jackson Hole, WY for the month of June with an artist reception taking place during the Jackson Hole Gallery Association art walk. Jackson Hole is considered to be one of the top art destinations in the country.

Crystal is regarded as the Master of Emotion with a pencil where she is able to create feeling, depth and weight to her drawings. Her wildlife art is among the best.

“I am so thrilled to be featured at such a prestigious event. As an artist, it is so rewarding when other people appreciate the hard work that goes into each of my drawings.” Orlando said.

Crystal’s noted works include the powerful “Dance With Me” a drawing of a buffalo photographed nearby in Yellowstone. She and her husband Jason were able to get within a few feet of the massive animal. The detail in her drawing captures every hair on the buffalo’s body and emanates the power and weight of the magnificent creature.

“Capturing emotion in animals is very difficult yet each of them show emotion quite readily. You can find it in their posture and their eyes. One must especially be careful and read the signs quickly when getting too close to wildlife. It can be very dangerous but the adrenalin rush is like no other.” Noted Orlando.

You can view and purchase Orlando’s new work at Cowboy Coffee, 125 N. Cache, Jackson, WY during the month of June 2015. Make Crystal Orlando’s Solo Show “UNDEFEATED” (sponsored by Ringhoz Gallery) your first stop during the art walk on June 18th from 5pm – 8pm, for an artist reception were Crystal will be on hand to answer questions and visit with you.
