Americana Singer-Songwriter RJ Comer Redefines his Musical Style on his Latest EP Release, Nightly Suicide out March 25!

Americana and Blues seeps through this singer-songwriter’s upcoming release, Nightly Suicide, due out March 25th via Growling Moon Records.

Los Angeles, CA, March 25, 2016 – Americana and Blues seeps through this singer-songwriter’s upcoming release, Nightly Suicide, due out March 25th via Growling Moon Records.

The highly anticipated EP is RJ Comer’s second EP release as a solo artist. RJ is previously known as the lead singer of Dance Hall Pimps, a seven-piece blues-rock band. He steps away from the septet and falls back on his roots with a down to earth, pure acoustic sound that showcases the songwriter’s raw emotions.

The six song EP highlights RJ’s gritty, soulful vocals along with his impeccable songwriting lyrical skills. This is his most intimate and personal collection of songs dealing with addiction, failed relationships, redemption, and the open road. The poetic lyrics come alive through RJ’s haunting vocals and dark guitar riffs.

The Nightly Suicide EP focuses on RJ’s Blues-based, Americana-Rock influences featuring lead single and title track “Nightly Suicide,” which is his homage to Charles Bukowski—the poet laureate of barflies. The song also illustrates RJ’s early life, which he describes as “a lot of heavy drinking and nightly self-destruction.”

The EP also includes RJ’s upcoming single and music video, “The Moon Ain’t Fallen On Me Yet.” With “Moon” RJ returns to his frequent themes of redemption and survival. The second single is expected to be released in mid-April.

As a performer, RJ has toured as a solo artist from British Columbia, Canada to New Orleans. He just performed four shows in Austin during SXSW week. RJ’s powerful voice, his captivating and emotional live performances, and his infectious songs have garnered fans in biker bars, on Bourbon Street, and in coffee houses and concert halls. Talents as diverse as A.J. Croce, C.C. Adcock, and Grammy-winner Matt Hyde have produced tracks with RJ.

Halo Publishing Presents Keys To Recover Your Power

Yehudit Lev pens vision to living a conscious life.

Mexico City, Mexico, March 25th, 2016 — The latest book from investigative reporter and author Yehudit Lev is a must-read for men and women to help them discover a path to living the life they desire. Keys to Recover Your Power is the result of twenty years of immersion in the world of healing, a synthesis of things learned on the road to self-empowerment. It is ideal for people searching to become the best version of themselves.

“We have the power to create the world we envision consciously rather than the world we fear,” says Lev.

“This book was cooked in a process that took many years. It is the integration of my experiences as well as observations and learning from very interesting books, workshops and teachings. It provides a summary vision that can effectively change difficult situations into solutions. It is the same life, and you approach it differently by thinking differently. There is great joy in living a life of trust and connections.”

The vision Keys to Recover Your Power proposes is holistic and inclusive. It is written in feminine language as an invitation to experience how the reader, male and female, receives the feminine voice. The order of the book is purposeful; and Lev welcomes readers to also randomly select a page each day to discover a key on which to focus. Keys include ‘Mature Gracefully’, ‘Nourish Yourself’, ‘Visualize Your Future’, ‘Modulate Your Emotions’, ‘Let go’ and many more. Each key is designed to help examine different aspects of life that the reader can match with her own experience.”

“I LOVE THIS BOOK! It has become my daily vitamin,” said Lisa Umina, president and publisher, Halo Publishing International. “I am reading sections each day to apply to my daily life. It has been such a pleasure to work with Yehudit. She is an inspiration and her insights are amazingly helpful.”

Keys to Recover Your Power is already gathering favorable reviews.

5.0 out of 5 stars Powerful Wisdom for the Soul
By GCC on February 15, 2016

I loved the Keys! The author may just become the next Marianne Williamson. This compressed and powerful book is so deep, it has to be absorbed slowly, like a long and periodic meditation. That’s why I liked the way she divided it into short but compelling sections, allowing the reader to take in each nugget of wisdom and ponder it. I’m going to have to read one of these offerings every day and let them marinate within my soul. Highly recommended.

What’s next for Yehudit Lev? “I’ll be sharing the vision wherever I am invited. A mindful Garden of Eden is available, no matter a person’s gender, color, level of education, nationality, religion, culture or present economic situation.”

Keys to Recover Your Power retails for $22 and is available through Amazon, Barnes and Noble and Halo Publishing. It is also available as an ebook at Yehudit Lev’s author site.

Author Rebeca Gómez Galindo Combines Romance and Suspense with a Coming of Age Story

Ximena Villarreal is the only daughter of the wealthiest banker in Mexico City. Her life seems perfect, her future planned. Existence inside her family’s protective bubble isn’t exciting but it is safe.

San Antonio, TX (USA), March 25th, 2016 — Ximena Villarreal is the only daughter of the wealthiest banker in Mexico City. Her life seems perfect, her future planned. Existence inside her family’s protective bubble isn’t exciting but it is safe. Until the night the bubble shatters and she gets kidnapped. Alejandro Montalban, Ximena’s alienated cousin and the family’s black sheep, throws himself in the quest to rescue her.

“This book is a labor of love,” said author Rebeca Gómez Galindo. “The male lead in the book is inspired by my cousin Alejandro Moreno who lived an amazing life, albeit far too short. This story is a tribute to him and a way for people to remember the great hero that he was.”

In the book Alejandro is there to guide our heroine through a myriad of adventures and experiences as she struggles in the process of growing into an inspirational young woman. Readers have liken the book to a “Romeo and Juliet meets revenge story.” A must-read for the new adult reader, 18-30, however, Kidnapped Innocence is a page turner for readers of all adult ages.

“Rebeca’s story grabs the reader from the first chapter, immersing you in the life of Ximena, and wanting you to know what happens next,” said Lisa Umina, president and publisher of Halo Publishing. “Will Alejandro be able to save Ximena from the kidnappers, or do the fates have something else in store? Trust me; you’ll want to read on to learn their fate.”

Rebeca has been creating stories since grade school and continues to delight readers through a variety of publications. Her first book, a collection of short stories entitled Habitantes de mi Tiempo was published in Spanish. Each story features a character with careers that normally do not have a voice; miners, maids, immigrants. Rebeca weaves colorful stories about each character shedding light on their value.
