Art Gallery Named Cortez Austin as Featured Artist

Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery is pleased to announce that wildlife photographer Cortez Austin is the gallery’s newest featured artist.

Jupiter, FL, USA — Light Space & Time Online Art Gallery is pleased to announce that wildlife photographer Cortez Austin is the gallery’s newest featured artist. Cortez Austin bought a 35mm camera from a friend in 1976 and started on a long photographic journey which has taken him around the world recording the wonders of nature. Cortez graduated from Howard University in 1970 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Zoology. He continued his education there taking graduate courses in microbiology. It was the great outdoors, however, rather than the laboratory that captured his passion.

Cortez has written articles for and has had his photographs published by some of the most prestigious magazines and book publishing companies such as National Geographic, WildBird, Birder’s World, National Audubon and the Nature Conservancy. He also taught nature photography part-time as a part of the upper school two dimensional art program at St. Albans School in Washington, D.C. for 23 years.

During his 39 year career Cortez has won many awards and recognition in domestic and international competitions such as the Professional Photographers of America International Print Competition with whom he has photos in the coveted Loan Collection. In January he will receive the Master of Photography Degree from them along with a Silver Medal for having all of his images accepted into their most recent competition.

Cortez believes that, as much knowledge as you may accumulate in photography, the best photographers will always be students of the craft. Regarding his quest for photographs he states… “I make many sacrifices of money, comfort and safety to get to where I want to photograph. Once I get there I struggle to see things a new way, to get beyond the standard photograph. Often the most critical “skills” in photography are patience and perseverance in uncomfortable and sometimes dangerous situations.” His website is http://www.cortezaustinphotography.com.

The 6th Edition promises to bring about a Paradigm Shift in the perception of the arts.

Bangalore, India, 20th August, 2015 — The Collection – UB City and Sublime Galleria in association with the Prestige Group is gearing up for ‘YES BANK Art Bengaluru 2015’. Globally, art is also increasingly becoming an alternate investment option. In this year’s edition of ‘Art Bengaluru’, we have attempted to bring together distinguished artists from across the globe, thus giving people an opportunity to experience, under one roof, the multitude of art forms available. This festival is not just for the art aficionados and collectors. We hope to promote the various art forms and create a greater understanding of art in the city with this initiative. We also encourage schools to bring in their students to make the most of this festival.”

Mr. Suresh Jayaram – Curator, ‘YES BANK Art Bengaluru 2015’ said, “This event is a confluence of creative energies that will challenge us. The curated section will contextualize the changing dynamics of an accelerated market economy. In the Post Capitalist context, the Mall is the new Art destination for interaction in the Urban scenario. It is here, that we wish to locate Art amidst Luxury. We want the audience to pause and contemplate the creative indulgence of the artist, and their ability to question reality. We wish to create new dynamics with the visual culture of our times. This interaction with Art is another attempt to make art accessible and make it become an integral part of our life and public discourse.”

Associate Sponsor for the festival, Mr. Satya Bagla – M.D., Exclusive Motors Pvt. Ltd. said, “Luxury and art have always gone hand-in-hand as they have two qualities in common – excellence and aesthetic. UB City is a landmark destination for all things related to Luxury, Art and Culture in Bangalore today. Bentley needs no introduction – it epitomises luxury and is considered an aspirational brand, the world over. As ‘Art Bengaluru’ enters into its 6th Edition, it was a natural choice for us to associate ourselves with this celebrated Art Festival, as it gives us a great opportunity to make our presence felt in Bangalore, while interacting with Bentley enthusiasts from across South India.”

The theme for this year’s festival is ‘Paradigm Shift’. In keeping with this theme, ‘YES BANK Art Bengaluru 2015’ hopes to promote a discovery of the arts from a change-inducing standpoint. Traditionally, art was symbolized by paintings, classical sculptures and so on. However, over the years, the very concept of ‘Art’ has undergone a sea change. With technological advancements, today, we have the opportunity to embrace a whole new set of art forms – interactive and immersive installations, among others. The rich interiors of The Collection, UB City will also be transformed to complement this year’s theme. Launched in March 2010, ‘Art Bengaluru’ was started with the aim of celebrating art in its various forms. The idea behind the 10-day festival was to bring a multitude of artists and art forms from across India and the world under one roof, thus promoting art awareness as well as a deeper understanding of the arts. After five successful editions, this annual art soiree has grown to become one of the most reputed art festivals in India today.

The venue for Art Bengaluru is the highly-acclaimed, The Collection, UB City, which is conveniently located in the heart of cosmopolitan Bangalore. Needless to say, the Tuscan architecture of UB City complements the art festival by creating an illusion of fluent expanse. Art displayed in this landmark area promises to enhance aesthetic awareness and create a sensory delight for the viewer.

About the Bentley Mulsanne:
The Mulsanne is much more than a simple pairing of luxury with power. Its fearsome acceleration, for example, is felt not as a sudden blast forward, but as a smooth surge of seemingly limitless power. The character of the V8 engine note, barely perceptible from inside the cabin while the car is cruising, builds to a rich, powerful roar on acceleration when the throttle is opened wide. For those with the drive to change the world, the Mulsanne is much more than a supremely comfortable car. It is both a place to make plans and a catalyst that can make them happen. The Mulsanne benefits from a re-engineered V8 engine, providing extra range and improvements in efficiency of 13%. Yet with an 8-speed automatic transmission boasting an electronic shift interface, there is no compromise on performance: The Mulsanne is capable of 184 mph (296 km/h). While a Sport mode exists for the serious driver – complete with a steering wheel-mounted paddleshift system – it is important to note that the Mulsanne was built for more than dynamic driving. Because life is about more than the speed one can get from A to B. It’s about the quality of the driving experience and the style in which the story is written.

ALIPAC Releases Cantor List With Shocking Number of GOP Targets

Raleigh, NC, USA (August 6, 2015) — GOP challenger Dave Brat’s defeat of immigration reform amnesty supporting Congressman Eric Cantor in 2014 represents the most dramatic political upset in modern election history!

Although incumbent Eric Cantor outspent Brat by a factor of 40 to 1, and while Cantor spent more on steak house meals for campaign workers than the entire $200,000 spent by challenger Dave Brat, Cantor was defeated in a landslide due mostly to his support for a form of amnesty for illegal immigrants.

Now, with the issue of illegal immigration taking an early center stage in the 2016 elections, ALIPAC is launching an ambitious 3 part plan to repeat the ouster of Eric Cantor in 105 GOP primaries across America!

Phase 1 of the plan is being announced today with the official release of “The Cantor List,” which shockingly contains 105 GOP incumbents who can potentially be as vulnerable as Eric Cantor due to their documented support for amnesty for illegal aliens. The Cantor List is the first of its kind and designed to help American voters and candidates identify exactly who they should blame for the costly and deadly illegal immigration invasion and overthrow of America. All Democrats in Congress support Amnesty for illegals along with the 105 GOP lawmakers on the Cantor List! While the list is still under construction, new information and profiles are being added and updated daily.

The Cantor List: http://www.alipac.us/f8/cantor-list-321399

The Cantor List is derived from documentation in the http://www.ALIPAC.us archives, which are the world’s largest collections of information about illegal immigration in America. Volunteer researchers have gathered the information that is being used to build the Cantor List. Seventy-five of the names added to the Cantor List in red directly voted to fund Obama’s unpopular and unconstitutional Executive Amnesty for illegals which 26 states are suing to stop. Federal judge Andrew Hanen has issued an injunction against these amnesty orders which 75 Republicans voted to fund!

Another 30 members of the Republican party have been added to the list because of their votes or comments in support of Amnesty bill S. 744, which passed the US Senate but was stopped by conservatives in the House in 2013, or because they have made comments documented in news articles advocating that US immigration laws be changed to accommodate millions of illegals by allowing them to stay in America, which is a form of amnesty that will attract even more illegal immigration into America.

“We were shocked that our Cantor List rose to show around 100 federal Republican incumbents that support amnesty for illegal aliens,” said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. “We now call on Americans in all states to search for and encourage qualified GOP primary challengers, third party candidates, and independents to all run against these political targets on the list. The mission is to use every political means necessary to destroy these Chamber of Commerce minions. Our mission is to throw as many of them out of office the same way we threw out Eric Cantor!”

ALIPAC’s 3 phase plan will be released step by step this Fall. ALIPAC played a key role in the defeat of Eric Cantor and is making arrangements to import the know how of the Dave Brat victory over Eric Cantor into as many challenger races opposing amnesty as possible. Facebook pages have also been created to help the public organize primary challengers for GOP lawmakers supporting amnesty and links to those pages are being added to the Cantor List.

For more information, to schedule interviews, or to help with the search for challengers willing to take on the Amnesty supporters on ALIPAC’s Cantor List, please visit http://www.ALIPAC.us, email WilliamG@alipac.us, or call (866) 703-0864.

The All-New ParaZapper™ MY-3 with over 274 Accurate Frequencies in 35 mode selections

Para Systems Inc. unveiled a new member to its family of zappers, the ParaZapper™ MY-3 model. This zapper which has a total of over 270 frequencies in 35 mode selections with better accuracy is designed to perform better than its predecessors.

Pinson, AL, August 08, 2015 – David Etheredge, President Para Systems Inc., described the new ParaZapper™ MY-3 model as the best zapper available, which delivers leading performance and quality, backed by Current Controlled (CC) technology.

In addition to the increased mode selections, the new ParaZapper™ MY-3 model has a superior zapping ability i.e. able to kill microbes. The MY-3 model has a distinct specific frequency feature that allows specific frequencies to run for sufficient time for maximum effect.

“People today expect the best experience from their technology- they are counting on technology to kill parasites and microbes wherever they are,” said David Etheredge. “The new ParaZapper™ MY-3 model gives customers the good experience they expect from the best zappers, with performance that allows them zap with more accurate consistency, when they want, in a model they will be proud to own.”

The MY-3 model is designed with accurate frequencies utilizing many of Royal Raymond Rife’s frequencies and technology that far exceeds the old Hulda Clark and Bob Beck zappers. The accurate frequencies make the micro-controller zappers such as this one to work better.

This model employs the constant current or current controlled output technology which is better, safer output that meets Dr. Clark’s recommendations. Other cutting edge features found in the Hulda Clark zapper that are not present in other devices in the market include:

Good connection indicators: in this product, the status indicator serves as s good connection indicator with the changing colors without reducing that output.

Larger contacts: this provides a greater amount of electrical signal to produce greater effectiveness than would be achieved with smaller contacts.

“We introduced multiple frequency zappers because they can reach and destroy more organisms, and the MY-3 model is the latest in the market with amazing capabilities in killing microbes” said David.

Experience tells us that the best results come from using a 4 point contact system with one negative contact and 3 positive contacts. In some cases, using this configuration with paddles and pads can almost double effectiveness and satisfaction.

Para Systems Inc., the maker of the positive offset zapping products as specified by Dr. Clark such as the ParaZapper™ CC2, ParaZapper™ UZI-3, and the new ParaZapper™ MY-3 model. For more information on pricing and delivery, visit Hulda Clark Zapper Co at http://huldaclarkparazapper.com.

Carmel Valley, California Winery Launches Two New Wines for Charity Benefitting Alzheimer’s Drug Discovery Foundation

Jarman Tasting Lounge and Patio Opens in Carmel Valley Wine Tasting and Special Picnic Packages Now Available

Carmel Valley, CA, August 08, 2015 — Carmel Valley’s newest winery, Jarman Wines, will introduce two premium varietals to help benefit the Alzheimer’s Drug Discovery Foundation (ADDF) and to honor the matriarch of the family whose name graces the wines created for her. In addition, the winery has opened a tasting room in Carmel Valley that offers three levels of wine tasting and three specially themed picnic packages.

To honor her late mother Jarman Fearing Lowder’s memory, Holman Ranch manager and eldest daughter Hunter Lowder took the best hand-selected estate grapes and created two premium varietals—Jarman Chardonnay and Jarman Pinot Noir—with $1 from each bottle sold going to the ADDF.

Jarman Lowder grew up in Chattanooga, Tenn., and lived up to being voted “best all around” in high school. She earned a nursing degree, worked as an R.N. and raised three daughters with her husband, Thomas. An active volunteer, animal lover, athlete and enthusiastic traveler, Jarman wanted to spend her golden years making wine with her husband at Holman Ranch, an idyllic piece of property in Carmel Valley, Ca. they purchased to realize that dream. Tragically, Lowder died in March 2011 at age 60 following a long battle with early-onset Alzheimer’s disease.

Holman Ranch and Jarman Wines partnered with the ADDF to support research toward treatments and a cure for Alzheimer’s disease and to celebrate the life of Jarman Lowder. “We wanted to honor her, give back and increase awareness,” said her daughter Hunter. “Everything we do here and the reason all this exists is because of her.”

“We appreciate the generous support of Holman Ranch and the Lowder family,” says Dr. Howard Fillit, founding Executive Director and Chief Science Officer for the ADDF. “And we are proud that 100 percent of every dollar donated through this partnership will go directly to fund drug research for Alzheimer’s disease.” Dr. Fillit knew Jarman Lowder personally and was excited by the opportunity to honor her legacy in such a meaningful way.

About the ADDF
Founded in 1998 by co-chairmen Leonard A. and Ronald S. Lauder, the Alzheimer’s Drug Discovery Foundation is dedicated to rapidly accelerating the discovery of drugs to prevent, treat and cure Alzheimer’s disease. It follows a venture philanthropy model, funding promising research in academia and the biotech industry. And it’s the only such charity solely dedicated to funding the development of drugs for Alzheimer’s. Since its founding, the ADDF has awarded more than $70 million to fund over 450 Alzheimer’s drug discovery programs and clinical trials in 18 countries. By supporting innovative research projects around the globe, the ADDF increases the chance of finding a cure.

About Jarman Wines
Jarman’s terroir (a French word that speaks to a wine’s place of origin, its subtle nuances of traceable character, flavor, lineage and integrity) refers to a special place in Carmel Valley—and also to a special woman who inspired a family to bottle the essence of a mother’s spirit. The Jarman label will reflect quality, with only the best local grapes used during an artisanal, small-batch winemaking process. Jarman wine uses only 100 percent estate-grown, organic and certified-sustainable grapes. Aged in French oak barrels, Jarman’s vintages are held in limited supply, and not available anywhere outside their tasting room. The two varietals include:

• The 2013 Jarman Pinot Noir takes on nuances of warm blueberry pie, cloves and cinnamon that mingle in the nose with oak notes from 10 months in the barrel. The mouth-feel is plump and juicy with overtones of cassis and blackberries.

• The 2014 Jarman Chardonnay features floral notes reminiscent of walking by a parfumerie in France — subtle and pleasant with a hint of earthiness. When serving this wine lightly chilled, rich notes of underripe berries and raw honey will waltz across your palate.

To further honor their mother’s memory, the family has opened a special tasting room in Carmel Valley Village (open noon to 5 p.m., Thurs.-Sun.; or by appointment) next to Will’s Fargo Steakhouse + Bar, the restaurant they purchased in 2014. The tastings will feature full-fledged experiences, including tours and wine education, and each will include a food element that complements the wine. The new Jarman tasting room will provide visitors with three unique experiences: Cru Tasting, Premier Cru Experience and the Grand Cru Experience.

Address: 16 W. Carmel Valley Road, Carmel Valley, CA

Visitors can purchase special picnic packages with three distinct themes from Holman Ranch Tasting Room, Jarman Wines Tasting Lounge and Will’s Fargo Steakhouse + Bar. Themed Picnics include:

Bryn Mawr Brewing Co. to Offer Equity Shares to Investors Under New Crowdfunding Laws

Local brewery launches unique opportunity to invest in new Minneapolis craft brewery and tap room.

Minneapolis, MN, USA — Bryn Mawr Brewing Co. is offering accredited investors the opportunity to invest in the production, design, and creation of its full-production brewery and tap room. Taking advantage of new Federal equity crowdfunding laws, the Minneapolis craft brewery is seeking local residents and beer lovers anywhere in the country to invest and receive Series A Preferred Membership Units in its startup venture. This unique investment opportunity gives accredited investors a strong potential for a lucrative return on their investment while supporting a local business and its community.

Bryn Mawr Brewing Co. is seeking to raise $1,225,000 with a minimum investment of $20,000 per investor. The financing of preferred equity will be conducted through the brewery’s holding company, Utepils Investments LLC. Investors will receive accelerated cash distributions based on profitability of the brewery, which is projected to occur within three years of opening. Along with returns on their investments, Bryn Mawr Brewing Co.’s investors will also benefit from exclusive perks in the tap room and priority access to the annual Bryn Mawr Brewing Co. Beer Trip program.

Accredited investors interested in learning more about investing in Bryn Mawr Brewing Co. should visit the brewery’s investment portal at http://www.breweryinvestors.com. The secure investment portal contains comprehensive investing guidelines, relevant brewery information, and instructions for how to complete the investment transaction.

According to the Brewers Association, craft beer sales in Minnesota in 2014 averaged less than 9% of all beer sales, while the national average was 17.6%. This disparity has led to high demand for quality, locally produced beer and created explosive growth potential for new breweries entering the Twin Cities market. This ongoing growth trend presents an auspicious opportunity for investors looking to grow and diversify their portfolio by investing with Bryn Mawr Brewing Co.

“This publicly announced private placement is truly a unique way to fund the start up of a brewery,” said Dan Justesen, Co-Owner of Bryn Mawr Brewing Co. “We plan to brew finely crafted beer for our neighbors while also putting money back in their pockets. Bryn Mawr Brewing Co. will be a welcoming place where friends, families, and neighbors can get together to share stories, laughs, and great beer.”

About Bryn Mawr Brewing Co.
Bryn Mawr Brewing Co. is a craft beer brewery located in the Bryn Mawr neighborhood of west Minneapolis. The full-production brewery and taproom is set to open in late 2015/early 2016 and will specialize in classic European beer styles that can be enjoyed again and again with those closest to you. The upstart brewery is currently seeking investments from accredited investors and conducting a separate perk-based crowdfunding campaign through the brewery’s VIPer Program. Through this program, supporters purchase MemBEERships that come with a Host Of Privileges (HOPs) including free beer, special event programing, and a VIPer custom stein.
