Uganda Based Nsuk Professional Laundry Limited Provides Great Perks to All Supporters of Their Humanitarian Mission

A businessman with a humanitarian mission has launched the ‘Help Us Build a Laundry For Our African Village’ crowdfunding campaign. The team is raising the funds needed for a start-up business that wants to improve the lives of poor villagers in Uganda.

Kampala, Uganda — Peter Ntaate, the president and founder of Africa based start-up “Nsuk Professional Laundry Limited”, has launched a crowdfunding campaign with a funding goal of $50,000. Ntaate launched this campaign to raise the funds needed to bring sustenance level laundry services to the people of Uganda. There is a lot involved with a project of this magnitude, but the team is very focused on making it a reality. Ntaate states, “We want to help the people in Uganda by offering laundry and dry cleaning services in the hopes of improving their lives! This may be a simple service to most people who take clean clothes for granted, but for our community, it is a real luxury.” The funds raised with this campaign will be used to purchase land, hi-tech laundry equipment, and service vehicles.

The humanitarian benefits that Nsuk plans to bring to the poor villagers in Uganda do not end with clean clothes. The team has a long term goal with their focus on improving living conditions, and making a real difference in the villages that they grew up in. Once the company is off the ground, Nsuk plans on using the profits to build low cost housing for the families in need. They have a goal of building 10 low-cost houses in the first year at an approximate cost of $13,500 per home. In years 2-5 they plan on building at least 20 homes per year, and completing their mission in year 6 with the final 10 homes. So, by the time the team has completed their mission, they will have built 100 self-contained houses for the local people in the Namayumba – Wakiso District of Uganda.

The team has been working very diligently on all of the essential groundwork for Nsuk Professional Laundry Limited and they are now ready to begin the process of making this humanitarian dream a reality which is why they have launched their campaign, and hired a team of crowdfunding specialists to help them spread the word. With the SmartTOP module installed, among other functions, it is possible to open the sunroof and convertible top via the interior button with One-Touch. Thanks to the One-Touch function, a short tap on the top button in the interior is sufficient.

With one tap of the console button, the convertible top moves into the sunroof position. With two taps, the convertible top opens completely and the windows move to their pre-programmed position. Lufft brings SHM31 laser-based snow depth sensor onto the market

Fellbach, Baden-Wurttemberg (realtimepressrelease) May 24, 2017 – A new measuring tool for meteorological services, airports, road maintenance depots, and ski resorts, as well as for the generation of renewable energy, is now available from Lufft: the SHM31 measures snow depths of up to 15 metres in mere seconds. It is the successor to the tried-and-trusted SHM30, which Jenoptik launched on the market in mid-2009. Since 2014, SHM30 has been a fixed part of Lufft’s range of optical sensors.


What makes the innovative SHM31 different from its predecessor, the SHM30?

Some new features of the Lufft SHM31 snow depth sensor include, in particular, the different communication interfaces, which make the sensor fully compatible with Lufft’s UMB standards. In addition, the sensor has an integrated window heater for the entry and exit points of the laser beam, as well as an in-built protractor for simple assembly.

The sensor is fitted with the RS232, RD485 and SDI-12 communication interfaces. Two of these can be used in parallel. The amount of energy required has been reduced – despite the expanded, two-stage heating function. This latter feature ensures that measurements are not affected by even the most extreme weather conditions such as snowstorms or sudden cold spells.

Laser-based technology

The snow-depth sensor is based on an opto-electronic laser distance-measuring tool, and works with a visible measuring beam that is easy to configure. It recognises layers of snow of up to 15 metres on natural, diffusely reflective surfaces. Measurements are accurate down to a few millimetres. Additionally, the integrated evaluation of signal intensity enables reflectivity to be assessed, and the base surface to be differentiated from the snow.

The optical measurement principle is not affected by temperature fluctuations, and, in conjunction with improved accuracy, has an advantage over traditional ultrasonic sensors. The way the intelligent sensor operates can even compensate for temporary impairments of the measuring process as a result of precipitation.

Maintenance-free operation

Thanks to the robust casing, with IP68 certification, and the SHM31’s intelligent operating principle, no maintenance is required. Consequently, there is no need to replace drying agents or perform regular calibrations. However, Lufft does offer a set of measuring plates to enable you to verify the quality of measurements in the field over a period of years.

National Black Gospel Sheet Music Source Is Now Available

It’s God’s Choice Christian Bookstore is one of the few sources of black gospel sheet music for musicians.

Landover, MD, USA — It’s God’s Choice Christian Bookstore (http://www.igccb.com) is now one of the largest sources of Black Gospel sheet music in the country. There are very few places where musicians can go to purchase Black Gospel sheet music because very few stores have been able to find a distribution channel that will provide the music. It’s God’s Choice has found several sources of Black Gospel and is providing it to church musicians and others nationwide and internationally.

“As a musician and a music teacher, I’m a witness to the fact that there aren’t many places where a musician can go in a store or online to find up-to-date Black Gospel sheet music. There are some songbooks that are available but not much in sheet music. It takes a lot of time learning and then teaching a new song to the church choir. It adds to the process when you have to transcribe the music first. With sheet music, the music is already written out which saves lots of time,” said Carolyn Walker, former church musician and current music buyer for the bookstore. “It’s God’s Choice is a blessing to gospel music lovers everywhere with over a thousand titles available,” said Thelma Lee.

The Black Gospel sheet music repertoire represent songs that have been sung by such famous singers as: Shirley Caesar, Fred Hammond, Richard Smallwood, Anthony Brown, William Murphy, Hezekiah Walker, Tasha Cobbs, Mississippi Mass Choir, Ricky Dillard, Martha Munizzi, Donald Lawrence, Charles Jenkins and many other well-known gospel singers, choirs and groups.

In 2002, It’s God’s Choice Christian Bookstore was founded by Thelma Lee, a former employee of Rejoice Christian Bookstore and who has over 15 years of experience in this field. It’s God’s Choice specializes in special orders and carries black gospel CDs, sheet music, songbooks, piano instructional books, bibles, books, greeting cards, gifts, church supplies, tambourines, and children items. A New Day for It’s God’s Choice: Back in Business

Officially Announcing that It’s God’s Choice Christian Bookstore Is Back in Business Locally and Online.

Landover, MD, USA — After about a year, It’s God’s Choice has finally officially re-opened with a new store location in Landover, Maryland. The new location is 7838 Central Avenue, Landover, MD 20785, inside of D’s Hairstylists. The store still carries hard to find black gospel sheet music, songbooks and accompaniment tracks as well as church supplies, books, bibles, etc. The store takes orders for choir and pastoral robes too. “What we do not have on hand, you can probably order at our website, http://www.igccb.com,” says Carolyn Walker, Store Music Buyer.

The storefront was closed some years ago and operated only using the website and by phone on April 1, 2013. Economy troubles have hit Christian bookstores very hard. Lots of Christian Bookstores have gone out of business even though some had been in business for over 25 years. It’s God’s Choice Christian Bookstore has been in business since 2002. “Unfortunately, overhead expenses increased far faster than sales. We just could not keep up,” says Carolyn Walker, Store Music Buyer. “Most of our sales are website-related even though we had an antiquated website which did not take credit cards at first,” says Thelma Lee, Store Manager.

As of April 2017, most of the store sales were generated from the new improved website and from loyal customers who phoned in their orders. For some of the churches in the local area, It’s God’s Choice staff personally delivered orders depending on the size and went out to churches to measure choirs for robes. Most of It’s God’s Choice customers receive their merchandise via the mail. The store accepts payment through the website, over the phone as well as with PayPal.

Now customers can once again come to It’s God’s Choice and enjoy the shopping experience. For those who cannot come to the store to get sheet music, they can use the website. In fact, customers can download some sheet music directly from our website. This could not be done before with the old website. “Basically everything that we sell in the store, we will have on the website. We have over 4,000 products online and are adding to the site almost daily,” states Thelma Lee.
