Relationship Expert Says “Like Yourself – Like Your Marriage”

Speaks on Self Worth While Releasing Second Book.

Mora, MN (USA), October 22, 2014 — Lisa Cassman, a licensed counselor, author, ordained minister and speaker, says men and women need to learn how to like themselves. She says liking yourself makes all the difference in any relationship, especially marriage. She recently wrote her second relationship book, “The Light in Your Eyes,” published by Halo Publishing International. It’s a poetic journey with her husband.

“When you learn who you are, you can learn to like yourself, then you can give more in a relationship instead of taking all the time,” says Cassman. “When both a husband and spouse can learn to do this successfully they can have a happier marriage.”

Research shows that self esteem is a huge issue globally, especially in women. One study shows only 4% of women think of themselves as beautiful, while 80% of women agree that every woman has something about her that is beautiful but do not see their own beauty.

Cassman says these stats are a product of what’s really going on inside of woman – her self worth. She knows because she also struggled growing up with low self-esteem and self worth. That’s why she speaks and writes from her own experience through sexual abuse, and a struggling marriage that ended in divorce. Through her faith and learning to like herself, she received healing. Now she’s married to the man of her dreams.

In her self-worth seminars, Cassman gives keys to help others find out what causes low self-worth and avenues toward solutions, while also encouraging attendees to draw on their faith for healing.

“Lisa’s seminars and books weave a dynamic story of brokenness to wholeness, which helps others to do the same in their personal lives and marriages,” says Halo Publisher Lisa M. Umina.

Books:
“The Road Less Traveled… A Guide to a Positive Marriage,” was inspired while on a road trip with her husband in his semi-truck traveling along the West Coast. From her professional experience, she pours her inspirational insight and her own personal understanding of relationships into her work and guiding others through marriage. You can purchase it for $12.95

“The Light in Your Eyes,” written across the last 30 years, documents Cassman’s journey into what love means, as her husband, Steve, showed her, starting when they were hopeful teens. You can purchase it for $11.95.

You can book Cassman as a speaker or wedding officiant by visiting www.LisaCassman.net.

The High-Tech Age is Changing the Way People Entertainment – Interactive Bar Table

The bar known as the Junction, which is surrounded by Ivy League universities, recently provided a new challenge to RichTech.

Claremont, CA (USA), October 16th, 2014 — Nowadays, with the development of science and technology, people’s lives are undergoing revolutionary change. For example, the Smart phone shortened the distance between people, and the High Speed Rail shortened the distance between city and city. Furthermore, High technology also provides people with a better way of entertainment. Here is the best proof of this case:

The bar known as the Junction, which is surrounded by Ivy League universities, recently provided a new challenge to RichTech. The bar just wanted to become more interactive and appealing. After some consideration, RichTech responded by producing the new Interactive Bar system. This system offers new and exciting ways for customers to enjoy an evening out.

The new Interactive Bar represents an improvement on a previous product that the Junction had used to great effect. In this case, the bar was a top-projection model that was further customized using the interactive technology. The final version of the bar measured a total of 5.46 meters long by 0.7 meters wide. The bar is simple to set up and can fit into a relatively small space if needed. When put into action, the bar drew a lot of attention from patrons who enjoyed seeing the different programs and games that were available.

With the projection lamps placed overhead, the establishment was able to turn a simple blank bar space into something that served as the center of attention during a busy night. The heavy emphasis on nature themes helped to bring a calming sense of nature to an otherwise busy bar. This can be an excellent way to give a business a different feel than what people normally expect. They come to the bar not only for drinks, but also for the innovative and amazing Interactive Bar Table. This means that the bar became something more than just a social venue – it became a central part of the conversation.

As a whole,High-tech changes the way people entertainment, and it also changes the way of life. Some might say that technology is a double edged sword. Whatever, just enjoy it!

Cape Coral Man Wants Children to Read More – Publishes First Book

“Adventures of Nutty and Twittles, Oh Nuts! I Lost My Little Sister!”.

Cape Coral, FL (USA), October 03, 2014 — Inspired and encouraged by his two granddaughters, Dennis Marcoux, decided to write his first children’s book, “Adventures of Nutty and Twittles, Oh Nuts! I Lost My Little Sister!” Published by Halo Publishing International, the book characterizes forest animals and includes a teaching element for children centered on listening to adults and learning safety.

“I want kids to be encouraged to get something out of the book more than just a story. I want them to learn a moral,” says the retired 68-year-old Cape Coral man.

He also wants them, including his nine grandchildren, to read more because he believes it is not encouraged as much as it should be in our culture. Marcoux says reading is important because it ultimately leads to greater creativity. He compares his philosophy on reading like playing dominos.

“Reading leads to imagination, that leads to ideas, and ideas lead to creativity. You can’t get to the last domino until you start the first one,” he says.

For Marcoux, he has always been interested in the creativity of the arts. He’s dabbled in commercials and small stage acting. He says his writing days started in elementary school, but had no purpose. That changed in 2000 with the birth of his mentally challenged granddaughter, Ellie Rose. He wrote a short poem about the love he witnessed between his wife and daughter for this newborn baby. Family members loved the poem, and from that point on he says his writing had a purpose.

It wouldn’t be until 2009, when his five-year-old granddaughter, Molly, inspired him to write short stories. Marcoux said they would take walks through the woods, and it was the animals that fascinated her—namely the squirrels. It was through his relationship with Molly and her imagination that led him to write his first children’s book.

Marcoux is currently working on a series of books with Nutty and Twittles that he hopes will continue to teach morals to children, as well as open up their imagination and develop their creativity.

You can purchase “Adventures of Nutty and Twittles, Oh Nuts! I Lost My Little Sister!” through Halo Publishing International. It sells for $12.95.

Biography:
Originally from Worcester, Mass., Dennis Marcoux worked in the manufacturing business for most of his life. Now he is retired and resides in Cape Coral, Florida. In his spare time, you can find him reading books as a volunteer in elementary schools and children’s hospitals. He is a member of the Gulf Coast Writers Association of Fort Myers, Florida.

Aftermarket automotive electronics specialist Mods4cars now added another feature: Control the top on cars equipped with keyless-go package by touching the door handle.

Las Vegas, NV (USA), September 22, 2014 — The SmartTOP add-on kit for Mercedes-Benz SL R230 made and offered by Mods4cars allows owners to use the console switch while driving at slow speeds of up to 60 km/h (~38mph). “We see our SmartTOP Convertible Top Controllers first and foremost as a convenience add-on.” says PR-Manager Sven Tornow. “By making operation simple and intuitive we strive to make the top down experience as enjoyable and convenient as possible. This new feature allows drivers to keep the key in their pocket while still being able to open or close the top from outside the car.” he continues.

About Mods4cars:
Mods4cars was founded in 2002 with the idea to add a highly demanded feature to the otherwise almost perfect Porsche Boxster: Comfort One-Touch roof operation while driving at slow speeds. The resulting product offered not only that, but also allowed quick and easy installation by just swapping out a relay box, thus leaving no traces and no permanent changes on the vehicle. The first SmartTOP roof controller was born.

The success of their first products in Germany and Europe prompted them in late 2004 to move operations to the USA, to be able to serve the American market as well as all other English speaking countries such as Australia, UK and South Africa from one central location. Their business has grown to a full-fledged international corporation with an office in Las Vegas and a full line of innovative products as well as distributors and installation partners all over the globe.

Being highly specialized in the development and distribution of aftermarket roof- and comfort controllers since 2002 allows them to offer an unsurpassed level of competence and product quality. Their main goal is optimization of each individual product to a maximum in compatibility, usability and intuitive operation. They put greatest effort into development and quality checks of all their products to achieve this goal and meet all expectations of their customers.

The extraordinary success of their products is also based on the great communication with their customers, which usually already starts for each new product during the development and prototyping phase.

Post Torrent Deal, Elder Pharma Strengthens Presence In The Rs 4000 Crore Skin Care Sector

Launches a slew of Derma products & also plans half a dozen more with a view to grab a market share of 4-5%.

Mumbai, India, September 16, 2014 — Post Torrent deal, a much leaner and better leveraged Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd (BSE: 532322 / NSE: ELDERPHARM) has begun its ambitious foray and growth story into the Rs 4000 crore Dermatology segment. Hitherto the company had some presence in this category but with a slew of new launches it plans to grab a market share of 4-5 per cent in each sub-category. Skin care has always been a market segment characterized by several global MNCs like Unilever, P&G, Revlon, Lakme, Amway, Artistry, Olay, Garnier and L’Oreal as well as local players and thousands of small units in the unorganized category – each vying for a dominant presence through adoption of a combination of marketing strategies and product differentiation.

Amongst the new introductions of Elder are Eslite Plus, a Hydroquinone & combination cream for Skin Lightening, Ultraguard, a sunscreen containing American & European FDA standard ingredients like Tinosorb from BASF & Uvinul A Plus which make it non greasy & skin friendly as compared to other preparations, B-New, an anti aging cream for rejuvenation of dry rough skin areas, Camoflage a stretch-marks & Pregnancy line remover and Skin O2, a multi vitamin product in soft gelatin capsules for skin nourishment. Says Mr Alok Saxena, Managing Director, Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd, “Launched through the ethical route, the initial response to these products has been encouraging and we expect these brands to contribute a combined turnover of about Rs 115-125 crore by FY16.

Also on anvil are products for lip care, hair loss, under-eye gel, face cleansers, moisturizers etc. Derma products are in demand not only for therapeutic requirements but also for lifestyle reasons enabling the skin care industry to evolve to the age of cosmetic and anti-aging treatments. Lack of comprehensive skin related treatments at medical level is one factor which is boosting the business of pharma companies and encouraging them to explore the opportunity of selling over the counter (OTC) products by bringing novel compounds in or by in-licensing international products.

Adds Saxena, “More than 80% of the cosmetics market comprises of low & medium-priced categories in terms of volume. We would be targeting the premium and economy segments through new launches and for the time being have no plans to launch products in the luxury segment.” Elder Pharma is targeting a turnover of Rs 1000 crore by 2017 with its national & International operations contributing equally. This it hopes to achieve through a combination of market positioning, mass geographical expansion, product revamps and launches in different product categories. Along with Dermatology, Elder’s major focus areas in the years to come shall be in the anti infectives, Lifestyle diseases and Neurological segments.
