“There have been several articles published in the medical literature on using the TENS device (low dose electrical stimulation applied to the skin) in IVF cases, and they’ve reported a significant increase in the pregnancy rate,” states Dr Silverman of The Silverman Center in New York, a clinic specializing in cutting-edge IVF and PGD procedures.

“Our first case in which this technique was used has resulted in a twin pregnancy after the transfer of two male embryos,” Dr Silverman said.
