Crushpad Announces Expansion Of Passport Program

Feb.24, 2011 – Crushpad’s Passport Program has recently expanded its offering beyond Napa, now covering Sonoma as well. The new region currently brings three more partners to the program – The Girl & The Fig, El Dorado Hotel, and Estate, respectively – but the team at Crushpad have promised to continue their expansion efforts and negotiate additional prospective partnerships in the near future.

The Crushpad Passport program is designed to give clients extraordinary experiences and special pricing at wine country destinations. Each year, clients receive a special Passport card that grants them discounts at hotels, unique winery experiences, golf, spas, special winemakers dinners and more.

“One of the best parts about Crushpad being in Napa is all the friends we’ve made since moving up here,” said Michael Brill, Crushpad CEO, soon after launching the program in the summer of 2010. “With Passport we’re going to share those relationships, and the associated perks, with our winemaking clients.”

Crushpad Passport provides clients with access to a number of unique experiences. Some of them include private tours at select wineries, wine tasting sessions at the highly acclaimed Vineyard 29, as well as discounted rooms through the courtesy of various partners.

“We’re looking forward to hosting Crushpad’s passionate citizen winemakers through Passport,” remarked Holly Anderson, National Sales Director at Vineyard 29. “Crushpad has built a vibrant following and we’re ecstatic they’ve brought them to Napa.”

With Sonoma now having joined the program, the Crushpad team expects this following to grow further. At the same time, the company is hopeful that the move will benefit the growing number of clients with an even more exciting and rewarding winemaking experience.
