BatchOutput PDF Now Supports macOS Mojave: PDF Automation Tool

Zevrix Solutions releases BatchOutput PDF 2.2.30, a compatibility update to company’s PDF printing automation solution for Mac. The app prints PDF from watched hot folders. With BatchOutput PDF, users only need to drop PDFs into hot folders and the files will be printed automatically using the assigned output settings. The app saves users significant time and effort of printing PDF files manually. The new version introduces support for macOS 10.14 Mojave and addresses some minor UI glitches.

Toronto (ON), Canada — Zevrix Solutions announces the release of BatchOutput PDF 2.2.30, a compatibility update to the company’s PDF printing automation solution for Mac. The software allows users to print PDF files from watched hot folders, saving the time and effort of opening and printing each document manually.

The new version introduces support for the recently released macOS 10.14 Mojave and is offered as a free update to licensed users. While BatchOutput PDF is fully compatible with the new Dark Mode, the app currently preserves its original appearance. A dark appearance will be introduced in the future.

“This is one of those apps that you never knew you needed until you spend a day using it,” says Glen Saville of eponymous design firm in Hornchurch, UK. “If you handle a large number of PDFs daily this will save you time, without a doubt.”

With BatchOutput PDF users only need to drop their PDF files into watched hot folders – and the software will print the documents automatically using the hot folder settings. For example, users can create hot folders for color and black-and-white printers, specific paper sizes, duplex modes, various color profiles and other controls.

BatchOutput PDF helps users eliminate countless repetitive tasks of opening PDF files and adjusting print settings manually by bypassing the print dialog. The app offers the following key features:

Print PDFs automatically from watched hot folders
-Create hot folders for different print settings
-Detailed output history
-Specify password for encrypted PDFs
Save time and hassle of printing each PDF manually

In addition to the single-user version of the program, Zevrix also offers BatchOutput PDF Server that can serve unlimited users on a network.

Pricing and Availability:
BatchOutput PDF can be purchased from Zevrix website for US$24.95 (Server version $99.95), as well as from Mac App Store and authorized resellers. The update is free for licensed users of version 2. Trial is also available for download. BatchOutput PDF supports macOS 10.7-10.14.

LinkOptimizer for Adobe InDesign Improves Alpha Channels Processing

Zevrix Solutions announces LinkOptimizer 5.2.5, a maintenance update to company’s workflow automation solution for Adobe InDesign. LinkOptimizer lets users automatically scale and crop images to their InDesign dimensions at specified target resolution, convert image formats, adjust colors and more. The new version addresses an issue in which alpha channels in PSD and TIFF files could be deleted during processing. The update also recognizes color profile in additional designated system locations.

Toronto (ON), Canada — Zevrix Solutions today announces LinkOptimizer 5.2.5, a maintenance update to its image processing automation plug-in for Adobe InDesign. Awarded 4 out of 5 stars by Computer Arts magazine, LinkOptimizer automates complex image manipulation tasks and helps users reduce the size of InDesign links, save prepress costs, and easily repurpose InDesign documents for web and mobile devices.

The new version addresses an issue in which alpha channels in PSD and TIFF files could be removed during processing when using settings presets created with earlier versions of LinkOptimizer. The update also ensures that ICC color profiles stored in the Recommended folder of ColorSync settings are available to the user.

“Today LinkOptimizer batched a huge book project and another magazine project in minutes vs. hours. Now I can take the afternoon off and drink beer,” says Brian Donahue, owner of Bedesign studio in Minneapolis, Minnesota. “Thanks for freeing up my afternoon, rather than doing production work.”

LinkOptimizer works automatically with Photoshop to eliminate the excess image data of InDesign links, perform essential image adjustments and convert image formats. For example, with just a click of a button users can:

-Optimize dozens of InDesign files
Scale and crop images to match their dimensions in InDesign
-Change their resolution to 300 dpi
Convert RGB images to CMYK
-Resave JPEGs as TIFF
-Run a Photoshop action on each image.

As a result users can save gigabytes of disk space and countless hours of optimizing images manually, accelerate document output, reduce job turnaround and cut costs through faster processing.

Pricing and Availability:
LinkOptimizer can be purchased from Zevrix website for US$259.95 (Lite version: $179.95) as well as from Adobe Exchange and authorized resellers. Trial is also available for download. The update is free for LinkOptimizer 5.x users and $130 to upgrade from previous versions. LinkOptimizer requires macOS 10.7-10.13 and Adobe InDesign / Photoshop CS5-CC 2018.

30 Must-Have Features for Google Docs Workflow Application

Workloads can be complicated and overwhelming. In order to make collaborating easier, Google has introduced the Google Docs Workflow Application.

San Jose, CA, January 29, 2018 – Workloads can be complicated and overwhelming. In order to make collaborating easier, Google has introduced the Google Docs Workflow Application. While many businesses are turning to the time-saving, convenient application, a good number of features do not take full advantage of all that the application has to offer. Collavate has solved that problem by designing constructive workflow in Google Docs and Google Drive.

Collavate makes everyday time-consuming tasks a breeze. You can send automatically send out reminders, submit forms and much more. Say “Goodbye” to wasting time downloading and uploading files too—with Collavate, you can access files and add comments on files without having to do all that. And those are just a few of the benefits Collavate offers for seamless collaboration.

There are so many convenient, time-saving features on the Google Docs Workflow Application because Google has been doing their homework. They have dug in deep to find out what people, just like you, need in order to save time and frustration. Take a look at the 30 must-have features for the Google Docs Workflow Application that will make your workload process a breeze.

1. Workflow Automation

In many businesses, there are many repetitive, unnecessary tasks that take place every day, such as submitting forms and sending reminders. Collavate solves this problem, by providing an efficient workflow automation tool that submits files, reminds reviewers, and organizes feedback. Collavate is meant to be used by businesses of versatile industries, and can be used without coding or built integration.

2. Integration with Google Drive

In today’s corporate world, most files are stored online, in the cloud. Collavate offers an efficient workflow automation solution completely integrated with Google Drive, in which you can submit and comment on files without any downloading and uploading. From there, Collavate displays reviewer feedback.

3. Sequential and Parallel Approval

Collavate offers versatile functionalities for your approval processes. In our workflow automation setup, you can easily create sequential or parallel approval processes depending on your needs. With sequential approval, subsequent reviewers may only provide feedback after the first reviewer has done so. With parallel approval, reviewers may review simultaneously.

4. Multi-level Approval Process

It’s very common to need multiple people’s consent and feedback in order to get work done and to keep it flowing. This may entail approval from teammates or even from individuals outside of your company, like clients or partners. Collavate makes the process simple. You can set up as many approvers as you need, and bring in additional approvers too just by including their email address. The submitted file goes to the first responsible individual on the list who is notified of it by email. Then, it will go to the second reviewer who will also be notified via email, and so on.

5. Integration with Google Docs and Google Sheets

With the free Collavate add-ons for Docs and Sheets, you can submit documents and spreadsheets for review. This new function allows you to send documents from the comfort of your Google Drive screen, without needing to navigate to other pages.

6. Workflow Templates – my template, shared template and public template

Collavate offers templates in three different categories: “my templates”, “shared templates”, and “public templates”. While starting workflows you can easily select templates in one of the three categories. Templates in the “my templates” category are accessible only by you, “shared templates” can be shared among multiple users, and “public templates” include templates that we have created for your use and duplication.

7. Document Permission Control

Collavate maintains the initial document permissions to keep the original document rights. After a process is started with a document, approver permissions can be designated to edit or view/comment in order to protect document rights.

8. Attach reference files with workflow docs

For complex projects, it may be difficult to navigate and see previous work and references. For this reason, Collavate makes it easy to reference other processes. In iFrame mode, simply click “Add References” and add as many processes to be referenced as you would like.

9. Document Centralization

As a Collavate Administrator, you can manage permissions for submitted files. Submitted files will then be conveniently saved in a “COLLAVATE” folder. In addition, templates can be shared amongst administrators in the “Collavate Template” folder.

10. Document Ownership Control

Document control turnover should be easy. That’s why we have streamlined the document control permissions, so you can easily enter a new owner’s email address to quickly designate a new document manager. This feature is particularly helpful while employees are taking vacations or vacating their positions.

11. Resetting and Editing the workflow

While sharing or reviewing a document, it’s easy to accidentally make a mistake. Collavate offers features to edit a workflow that is already in-process, so you can change processes on-the-fly without confusing your reviewers with multiple submissions.

12. Reprocess rejected file

Need to add a finishing touch to your document? After receiving feedback from your reviewer, you can easily edit the document and visit the existing workflow file to click “Reprocess”. This helps to keep your submissions organized, and allows reviewers to easily identify your edits.

13. Adjust Workflow Settings

We understand that as an administrator, you want to customize the permissions and functionality of our workflow management tool. With this need in mind, we’ve created a “workflow functions settings” panel, in which you can enable/disable many features such as signatures, lower-level approvals, resets/edits, deadlines, and reminders. In addition, you can also edit initial access privileges to control ownership of documents during processing.

14. Workflow Deadlines and Reminders

To ensure that your reviewers provide feedback on a timely basis, you can add deadlines. Collavate offers versatile deadline functionalities, allowing you to add a deadline for reviewers collectively, or individually. In addition, you can even specify a reminder, that alerts your reviewers before each document is due.

15. Workflow Document Numbering Policy

While processing great quantities of documents, it’s important that you can customize your own document number policy. For your convenience, we’ve provided numbering codes such as current date, company, and team name that you can use to number your documents. From there, you can easily organize and locate processed documents.

16. Save Frequently Used Approvers

Contacts that are frequently added as grouped reviewers can be set as “Favorites”. Setting up favorites can save time by avoiding the need to individually enter multiple reviewers each time.

17. Customizable Workflow Action Labels

We’ve provided several default tabs for your workflow processes. However, we understand that your needs are unique, which is why we’ve made it possible for you to define custom tabs. Labels can easily be edited to better fit user understanding and use purposes.

18. Workflow Capability on Mobile, Tablets & Desktops

Collavate is available across mobile phones, tablets, and desktops. Now, users can access, review, comment, and edit documents on the go, across multiple devices without transferring any files.

19. Workflow File Tagging for Classification

When creating new documents, users can classify their files into multiple categories through tags. From there, users can browse files according to tags and view tags to gain insight to files.

20. Add Workflow Group as Reference

Collavate makes it easy for you to share your processes with relevant team and group. That’s why we’ve provided the CC and Group CC functions, to allow you to easily forward your processes with a simple click. If you would like to designate a group or team to view a process, Group CC makes that process easy and efficient by allowing you to specify a group email.

21. Export Workflow Records

Now, you can easily save workflow history for your own personal records. We’ve provided a feature to condense all workflow history into a CSV file, keeping your workflow history organized. This is especially helpful when managing financial documents and signatures.

22. Establish workflow file as Permanent record

After creating a document, it’s time to share a polished copy. Collavate makes this process easy, by allowing you to convert all documents to PDF form for your downloads.

23. Share Workflow Results to Third Parties

Even after your process is complete, you can still access and share it with third parties. Simply specify the user’s email in the “Share” tab, and enter a custom message if you would like.

24. Workflow Automation and Connect to Database Reports

In many cases, workflow document contents and values are required to be collected and analysed for administrative purposes. For example, employees vacation usages or expenses should be calculated after internal approval. In order to avoid repetitive tasks, Collavate offers a feature to connect a workflow document to a report sheet. This allows workflow process information to be automatically transmitted to a template or spreadsheet, allowing workflow creators to easily view logged information such as submission time, submitter, and time of approval.

25. Workflow Dashboard

With Collavate, it’s easy to organize your processes to see the work that you have yet to complete. You can see all processed docs including approved and rejected files and check new docs to be reviewed or in-progress. This helps users to eliminate redundancies by giving users one centralized location to view tasks.

26. Workflow Activity Tracking

Collavate aims to promote discussion within the workplace, which is why we’ve made it easy for you to comment on edits, decisions, and tags within the “Activity” drop-down tab in workflows. There, you can view submitted workflows, edits to the workflow process, workflow decisions and even tags added and collaborate with other users there.

27. Workflow Revision History

Want to revert back to a version from a month ago? Collavate is one of the few workflow platforms that makes this functionality easy and smart. Under the “Revisions” tab of a workflow, you can easily download file versions of the previous edits, as well as see the the number of edits made by each contributor. You can even add a revision lock, that keeps the current version as is. Unlocking the lock will allow you to edit the file.

28. Workflow with Signature

Sometimes a signature is required. With Collavate, you can get a digital signature from those who are involved, when the file is approved. Collavate allows users to upload their signature images in order to digitally sign their processes. Once this feature is enabled, you can insert on your profile menu and when you approve, it will be signed with digital signature. All that needs to be done in order to activate the digital signature option is for the domain administrator to turn on the feature by turning on the Signature Setting in the Admin Menu under the Workflow tab.

29. Workflow Delegation

In the event that an approver is unavailable, the approval of a document can be delegated to someone else. Collavate has a function which allows a lower level reviewer to approve instead of an upper level individual who is absent. There is also an option that allows everyone to approve. The features can be enabled or disabled.

30. Workflow Gadgets for website

Workflow gadgets are very useful for seeing the entire workflow status at a bird’s eye view. If your company has an enterprise portal site or a company intranet website, you can embed Collavate workflow widgets to utilize as dashboard. To do so, you will be sure to edit the size of your widget so it’s the perfect width and height for your sidebar which will vary from user to user. Save the widget under whatever name you choose. On the dashboard, click on layout and then right click to add a gadget. The pop up will appear and you will scroll to find the HTML/JavaScript. Click on and then configure by entering the title you want and then, paste the code copied from the content section. Then you can go live.

From integration of worksheets to workflow with signature and workflow designation, once you have tried what Collavate has to offer, you will wonder how you ever got along without it. It’s not only convenient, it saves time and money too. Collavate has been working hard to make your work easier. With all the features now available, collaborating has never been so simple.

Output Factory for InDesign Improves PDF and Print Workflow Settings

Zevrix Solutions announces Output Factory 2.2.3, a maintenance update to company’s output automation solution for Adobe InDesign. Output Factory automates printing, exporting and preflighting from InDesign and offers batch processing, export as single pages, layer versioning, custom scripts integration and more. The new version addresses an issue in which some incompatible PDF and print output settings could be enabled at the same time, which could result in crashes and incorrect file processing.

Toronto (ON), Canada — Zevrix Solutions today announces the release of Output Factory 2.2.3, a maintenance update to company’s output automation plug-in for Adobe InDesign. Awarded 5 of 5 stars by InDesign Magazine, Output Factory automates and simplifies workflows of printers, ad agencies, and publishing houses worldwide by helping eliminate repetitive tasks through batch processing with time-saving output options.

The new version addresses an issue in which users could enable certain incompatible print and PDF settings at the same time, which could result in crashes and incorrect file processing. The option to output InDesign files invisibly is now disabled when users choose to define output settings in the first document of the current batch as opposite to using an existing PDF or print preset. The combination of the above options could cause InDesign to crash, which is now fixed.

“Using Output Factory is straightforward. You determine your settings and sit back while Output Factory does all the heavy lifting. The time savings are huge,” writes Jamie McKee in a 5-star review in InDesign Magazine. “If you find yourself repeatedly exporting InDesign files in various formats, you owe it to yourself to install the free trial and see just how much time you’ll save using Output Factory.”

Output Factory supports printing as well as exporting to PDF, PostScript, EPS, Flash, IDML, EPUB and several image formats. It offers the following key features:

Batch processing of InDesign files
Output each page as a single document
-Output files to multiple formats with one click
-Variable output file names
-Layer versioning: output layer combinations as single files
-Preflight InDesign documents on the fly
Split InDesign files into single pages
-Preflight final PDF files

Pricing and Availability:
Output Factory can be purchased from Zevrix website for US$169.95 (Lite version $119.95), as well as from authorized resellers and Adobe Exchange. Trial is also available for download. The update is free for the users of Output Factory 2.x, and $84.97 to upgrade from Output Factory 1.x and BatchOutput. Output Factory requires macOS 10.7-10.13 and Adobe InDesign CS3-CC 2018.

Deep Learning Will Empower Not Replace Humans, Says Artificial Intelligence World Expert Edgar Perez

Edgar Perez, author of The AI Breakthrough, Knightmare on Wall Street and The Speed Traders and former strategy consultant with McKinsey, partnering with Terrapinn Training in 3-Day Masterclass in Deep Learning and Artificial Intelligence.

London, UK — According to The New York Times, perhaps no company embodies the anxieties and hopes around automation from Artificial Intelligence applications better than Amazon. Many people, including President Donald Trump, blame the company for destroying traditional retail jobs by enticing people to shop online. At the same time, the company’s eye-popping growth has turned it into a hiring machine, with an unquenchable need for computer science graduates and entry-level warehouse workers.

Amazon’s global workforce is three times larger than Microsoft’s and 18 times larger than Facebook’s. Only a few weeks ago Amazon took the unusual step of announcing it wanted a second home outside Seattle with up to 50,000 new jobs, starting what is sure to be a fierce bidding war to lure Amazon and the thousands of high-paying jobs it will bring to town using a combination of tax breaks and other sweeteners.

The plan is the latest surprise from Jeff Bezos, Amazon’s chief executive, who has reshaped Seattle in the more than two decades since he founded Amazon. Bezos overshadows even Bill Gates, the former Microsoft chief executive who put the Seattle area on the map as a destination for tech companies; Amazon is now the biggest corporate employer in Seattle, and it occupies 19 percent of the prime office space in the city, more than any other employer in a big American city, The Seattle Times reported.

Amazon is on the forefront of automation, finding new ways of getting robots to do the work once handled by employees. For Edgar Perez, author of The AI Breakthrough, Knightmare on Wall Street and The Speed Traders, the advancement of artificial intelligence will increase productivity, create new demand from current and new customers and, ultimately, create completely new categories of jobs. “Just look at the automotive industry,” says Perez; he is a well-known international futurist, artificial intelligence and deep learning speaker who currently offers the world’s first Deep Learning programs for Fortune 500 firms and private equity groups.

Perez, author of Knightmare on Wall Street and The Speed Traders, is a recognized futurist, keynote speaker and director of programs targeted at board members, chief executive officers and senior executives looking for new ways to gain and maintain a competitive business advantage.

RECENT TESTIMONIALS
• “Thanks for the great work training our employees. You really made a difference!” Global Chief Information Security Officer
• “The team that Edgar has assembled is top-notch. There are no words to express our satisfaction with your high-quality delivery.” Member of the Board of Directors
• “After working with a number of vendors, we found your team to be in a qualitatively different level. By that I speak to your deep expertise and exemplary professionalism.” Divisional Chief Information Officer
• “The program provides a comprehensive approach for any organization to lead in cybersecurity readiness.” IT Security Coordinator

ABOUT THE AI BREAKTHROUGH
Artificial intelligence has been referred as the general ability of a digital computer or computer-controlled robot to perform tasks commonly associated with intelligent beings. The term has indeed been frequently applied to the project of developing systems endowed with the intellectual processes characteristic of humans, such as the ability to reason, generalize, discover meaning, or learn from past experiences. Since the development of the digital computer in the 1940s, it has been demonstrated that computers can be programmed to carry out very complex tasks with great proficiency. Still, despite continuing advances in computer processing speed and memory capacity, there are as yet no programs that can match human flexibility over wider domains or in tasks requiring much everyday knowledge.

In 1945, British logician and computer pioneer Alan Turing predicted that computers would one day play very good chess. Just over 50 years later, in 1997, Deep Blue, a chess computer built by IBM beat the reigning world champion, Garry Kasparov, in a six-game match. Since then, a number of programs have attained the performance levels of human experts and professionals in performing certain specific tasks, so that artificial intelligence is now found in applications as diverse as medical diagnosis, computer search engines, and voice or handwriting recognition.

Indeed, deep learning has enabled many practical applications of machine learning and by extension the overall field of artificial intelligence. Deep learning breaks down tasks in ways that makes all kinds of machine aids seem possible, even likely. Driverless cars, better image recognition, even better movie recommendations, are all here today. Artificial intelligence is the present and the future.

The AI Breakthrough will provide a comprehensive review of the artificial intelligence breakthroughs of today and tomorrow and how these advancements will impact businesses and the human race in general for years to come.

BatchOutput for Microsoft Word Improves Default Printer Management

Zevrix Solutions announces BatchOutput DOC 2.5.2, a feature update to company’s output automation solution for Microsoft Word. BatchOutput solves the problem of printing and saving of multiple documents to PDF and offers batch processing, PDF security, image compression, variable file names and other options. The new version ensures that BatchOutput DOC restores the system’s default printer after the processing of Word files is done if this option is selected in the Mac system preferences.

Toronto (ON), Canada — Zevrix Solutions announces the release of BatchOutput DOC 2.5.2, a feature update to its output automation solution for Microsoft Word on macOS. The software provides advanced solutions for demanding enterprise and office publishing environments through automation of printing and professional PDF output. For example, users can leave BatchOutput to export hundreds of Word files overnight, and then pick up the completed job next morning.

The new version coordinates the app’s printer selection with the printing settings of macOS system preferences. Output Factory automates printing, exporting and preflighting from InDesign. The software offers batch processing, export as single pages, layer versioning and much more. Toronto (ON), Canada — Zevrix Solutions today announces the release of Output Factory 1.5.64, a maintenance update to its solution to automate printing, exporting, preflighting and file delivery from Adobe InDesign. Output Factory lets printers, ad agencies and publishing houses worldwide automate and simplify their output workflow and easily repurpose InDesign files for the web and mobile devices.

The new version makes Output Factory a fully 64-bit native application, thus improving its performance and reducing the likelihood of memory-related errors. In particular, the upgrade to 64-bit architecture eliminates an issue in which blank images were created when exporting oversized InDesign files to hi-res TIFF files. The update also addresses another TIFF related error where blank files were created when exporting to a non-startup volume.

“Output Factory is now a tool in our arsenal we couldn’t do without,” says Tony Rose, Vice President of Creative Services at Flynn Wright ad agency in Des Moines, Iowa. “Within the first day of use we realized its potential and have incorporated it into several of our workflows. Great product!”

-Output to several formats at once
-Variable output file names

Paper Has Won the ‘Go Paperless’ Battle Says New Company ChartaCloud

Company Announces Deployments at Apex Healthcare Services and The Generator Connection.

Exeter, NH, USA (February 11, 2015) — ChartaCloud Technologies, LLC (“ChartaCloud”) today announced the launch of its new cloud-based ecosystem dedicated to business forms processing and automation. This ecosystem is designed to enable businesses to adopt end-to-end solutions that accelerate the collection of business-critical information from remote workers and customers, eliminating the need for manual data entry from forms and to transition to ‘paper lite’ business operations. ChartaCloud’s mission is to “bring the best of paper to the digital age” using an integrated suite of technologies designed to let companies use paper when and where they want or need it and have instant access to digital versions of paper documents when they want to save time and money.

ChartaCloud enables businesses to leverage existing investments in their ‘tried and true’ paper forms and paper-driven processes. The ChartaCloud platform delivers: ‘smart’ paper-based forms that interact with digital pens, handwritten data extraction, tablet and mobile forms processing, task and dispatch management, customizable workflow systems, document collaboration systems, and integration with popular line of business software applications such as QuickBooks, Sage, SalesForce.com and many others. The Company’s solutions enhance operational speed and performance, improve cash collection, ensure adherence to proscribed business processes, and reduce expenses while increasing accuracy and competiveness in a mobile, digital and collaborative age.

“ChartaCloud is about leveraging the best attributes of paper, digital technologies, and advances in cloud computing to create a significantly more productive cohabitation of paper and digital technologies. It is no longer just about eliminating paper. With ChartaCloud, companies avoid the business impact of IT development, deployment, and the re-training costs required to chase the idea of going ‘totally paperless’. The more productive path is for businesses to advance the effective use of existing paper forms and documents into the digital age, and yes, eliminate the waste that surrounds the unnecessary or poorly managed use of paper,” said Lauryn Schimmel, managing director, ChartaCloud. “Our customers have the ability to use, capture, process, manage, and access paper forms electronically and to move forms securely through their proven business processes. Companies want to share form documents and the data they contain easily, instantly, and perform completion and compliance auditing. We provide companies with the ability to extract the data that is now hidden as ‘dark content’ on paper forms for business analytics and send that data into existing business applications automatically – without manual data entry or scanning. Companies can now turn to paper only when and where it is needed. With ChartaCloud, businesses can build upon what works for them and not radically replace it,” Schimmel added.

The Company noted that the landscape is full of siloed, piecemeal technologies and that many business owners do not have the time, skills and expertise to sort through it all, put it together, and work themselves through to a successful cost-effective implementation.

“Companies today are also grappling with growing regulations and documentation compliance concerns. They are aware of the business efficiencies to be gained through mobile technologies and ‘anytime, anywhere’ operations. Our company was designed to bring ‘best of breed’ technology solutions that enable companies in many different verticals ranging from healthcare to field services to optimize their use of technology to attain their goals in short order,” continued Lauryn Schimmel.

“APEX Healthcare has always been about providing the very best in home health care services. The use of advanced technology has played a significant role in our ability to do so. ChartaCloud has been more than instrumental as a solution provider and partner that enabled us to move to the next level of care and service for our clients while sustaining HIPPA regulatory compliance,” said Cheryl Rumley, CEO, of APEX Healthcare Services, Inc.

“The Generator Connection had been searching for a solution to our forms processing vision, one that we felt would best meet our needs and budget. When we began working with ChartaCloud, we not only rapidly created what we were seeking but we found a supportive partner deeply committed to be engaged with us every step of the way and that was refreshing. Within a matter of just a couple of weeks after implementing the services of ChartaCloud, we have been able to streamline a number of our processes and techniques,” said Ryan Noyes, Service Manager at The Generator Connection.

ChartaCloud delivers a full service approach to help each client attain maximum efficiencies and cost reduction surrounding their current form-driven business processes. ChartaCloud consults with each of its customers to understand their forms, business model and day-to-day operations in order to determine the ideal solution that will not only serve their present needs but provide a foundation for continued growth, innovation and success in the future.

“With ChartaCloud, our customers need only define the ‘what’. We do the ‘how’. These are the drivers that gave rise to ChartaCloud,” Schimmel concluded.
