Christmas is coming, so happy!

Here, let us cheer for it and talk sth about it. Any one know more can share it with us, and hope share more storys about Christmas.
1: History
Christmas is both a sacred religious holiday and a worldwide cultural and commercial phenomenon. For two millennia, people around the world have been observing it with traditions and practices that are both religious and secular in nature. Christians celebrate Christmas Day as the anniversary of the birth of Jesus of Nazareth, a spiritual leader whose teachings form the basis of their religion. Popular customs include exchanging gifts, decorating Christmas trees, attending church, sharing meals with family and friends and, of course, waiting for Santa Claus to arrive. December 25–Christmas Day–has been a federal holiday in the United States since 1870.

2: Christmas present
Have a make some Christmas Gifts advance for Her or Him? Last year, my friends send me many beauty clothes, and i give them some I help them knit some scarves and gloves. This year, i guess some of them want a iphone or ipad, some of them like a great camcorder, some of them hope a book, some of them want a cool TransFormers, some of them even want a avchd converter for their camcorder video, about me, i just have a Flip camera, and i always can not edit the flip video freely, i want a flip video converter, may be it is a little strange to get gift like this, haha, however, i also want a nice Boots, you know, it snows, so cold. What do you want?

3:How to decorate the Christmas tree and house?
Tips:Always turn off the lights on your tree before going to bed or leaving the house.
Make sure your tree is secure before you decorate.
Light are usually the first thing placed on the tree.
Add the topper before decorating.
Garland is not necessary, but makes a great extra for your tree.

Consider decorating a tree for child’s room. Most bedrooms are small so a small Christmas tree could be placed on the chest or dresser. Decorate the tree with ornaments that reflect the child’s interests and use ribbons to carry out the color scheme. You can also purchase ornaments with your child’s name printed on them such as this personalized Santa ornament. That gives the tree a very special personal touch. And I especially like these Lil’ Angel Girl and Lil’ Angel Boy Personalized Ornaments. Those are so adorable!
But if you take a look outside of your home to see what can be seen especially at night, it will give you an idea of where to place things inside of your home because you will know what people can see from the outside.”

4: Santa Claus
Santa Claus, also known as Saint Nicholas, Father Christmas, Kris Kringle, or simply “Santa”, is a figure which was derived from the Dutch figure of Sinterklaas, a historical, legendary figure who in many Western cultures, is said to bring gifts to the homes of the good children during the late evening and overnight hours of Christmas Eve, December 24 or on his Feast Day, December 6 (Saint Nicholas Day). The legend may have part of its basis in hagiographical tales concerning the historical figure of gift giver Saint Nicholas. A nearly identical story is attributed by Greek and Byzantine folklore to Basil of Caesarea. Basil’s feast day on January 1 is considered the time of exchanging gifts in Greece.
