SmartTOP Convertible Top Controller by Mods4cars Now Available for Audi R8 Spyder

The aftermarket SmartTOP Convertible Top Controller module offered by Mods4cars is now available for the Audi R8 Spyder. It allows drivers to open or close the top from the factory remote key fob or from the center console switch, using one-touch convenience and while the car is moving. A custom designed wiring harness is included.

Las Vegas, NV (USA), November 12th, 2013 — Effective immediately, the SmartTOP Convertible Top Controller offered by aftermarket automotive electronics specialist Mods4cars is available for the Audi R8 Spyder. It adds convenient and intelligent functionality to the car. On one hand the convertible top can be opened using quick and automatic one-touch operation and while the car is in motion. It is no longer necessary to hold down the switch for the duration of the operation. SmartTOP owners just tap the switch briefly to activate the top.

On the other hand the module allows top operation from the original key fob remote. “Opening and closing the top from a distance by using the original key fob is a very popular feature.” says PR-Manager Sven Tornow. “Our customers can start opening the top while they are still approaching the car.” Sven Tornow continues. “This can come in handy to air out the car quickly in situations where direct sunlight has heated the inside up. Also it is possible to quickly close the top from afar at the first sign of rain.” All that is necessary is the original key fob remote. No physical or programming or changes are done to the original remote fobs.

Each module comes with a few bonus features such as an extended mode that allows top operation to continue while the engine is turned on or off. This allows drivers to start the top operation from the remote, get in and start driving, while the top finishes its cycle automatically.

Just like the well thought out functionality, installation has been designed to be as easy as possible. A custom designed plug-and-play wiring harness is part of the kit. This harness uses original OEM plugs to guarantee perfect and secure fit while simply connecting the module with the car electronics.

The SmartTOP for Audi R8 Spyder comes in the new, exclusive Mods4cars product enclosure. This custom fitted enclosure was designed with ergonomics and sleek looks in mind. It’s very slim and easily fits in any hollow space in the car. Two LEDs aid during the installation process by showing useful status information.

Configuration of the module is simplified by the standard USB port present on each module. It allows users to use a Windows or Mac support software to adjust personal settings and update the product firmware. “We continuously work on bringing new and improved functionality to existing modules. Updates are available online and free of charge, so even our existing customers always profit from updates.” says Sven Tornow. Programming can also be done in the car, without the need to remove the module.

The add-on kit for the Audi R8 Spyder is available for 249 Euros + tax. For other Audi models such as the convertible editions of A3, A4, A5 and TT roadster SmartTOP kits are available as well. All major brands are supported: Alfa, Audi, Bentley, BMW, Ferrari, Ford, Infiniti, Mazda, Mercedes-Benz, Mini, Nissan, Opel, Peugeot, Porsche, Renault, Volkswagen and Volvo.

the harlequins enigma name is based upon the words expectation as in dolls, their origin, & the origin vs real people. åge once had a lighter with a girl on, showing a little of her face with a yellow rose & two identical females as guardians at each side of her. in the picture also a walking creature that looks like a walking mouse, pregnant. this is part of what harlequins enigma is about: expectation. they value hope for something better, as an eternal flame. There is also a different side of harlequins enigma which åge found as an alternative in the oxford dictionary, where harlqeuins enigma could be a demon rider. thinking of that he wonders if that might be an ancient being that might
be the boss of our universe.

fl studio has dominated åge`s musical world. he sort of treated it like protracker & it has for him a nice feel. i.e. pc keyboard instead of synth via midi, which makes him able to push the buttons without looking at the keys almost. at the same time his ear is sharp & piano roll in fl studio is like a nice game of tetris. his scales & experience got even sharper in 2009 as he went back to the amiga & composed tracks there. when he came back to fl studio again, he felt as he had become a better musician, though he`d prefer to be called a composer. he forgets easily & have become clumsy at times when he try to recall a line, so he don`t perform much. it is easier for him to do an impulse line of tetris instead composing.

åge riisnes sort of speak the language of tangerine dream & jarre & vangelis in the form of arpegiator based tracking & electronical music via the amiga. it is funny that he have made coops with all of them. he cannot explain in details, but after a psychiatry treatment in 1998, he got the impression that psychiatric hospitals are experts on the brain & that they talk much in telepathy on some sort of frequency. this became common as the years passed & when he did his comeback in 2008, he got visitors mentally/spiritually from many of the corners of our globe that led to coops with tangerine dream, jean michel jarre, klaus schulze, vangelis, kitaro, kate bush, dave weckl, chick corea, jan garbarek, atjazz & many others. thanx to them he is much better now then he would have been on his own. åge loves that the music is emotional, that sets you in a mood that can be happy, mellow, sad.. he also like the other parts of the emotions like adrenalin, though he haven`t felt adrenalin in years, he says he is like an empty bottle of fine wine that needs to be refilled. he also like the complex sides of various music genres like uptempo jazz that can
entertain you on pure professionalism.

åge`s main inspiration comes from a lot of bands & artists. when he was 15 he listened to king diamond & metallica. at age 10 ultravox, abba, kiss & joan jett were his favourites. at 27 to the 30`s he enjoyed jean michel jarre, depeche mode, garbage, saint etienne, jan garbarek, anja garbarek, briskeby, yello, enya, bertine zetlitz, royksopp, vangelis, kitaro. he found tangerine dream & klaus schulze a little later.

Prestige Estates Registers 93% Increase in the Revenue and Highest Ever New Sales (by the Company) in QII FY 13-14

FOR THE QUARTER (Q2) ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2013:

Financial Highlights (Q2):-
• Revenue at Rs. 5,041 million, up by 93% as compared to the corresponding previous year’s quarter (QII FY 12-13) revenue of Rs. 2,609 million.
• EBIDTA at Rs. 1,476 million, up by 60% as compared to the corresponding previous year’s quarter (QII FY 12-13) EBIDTA of Rs. 920 million.
• PAT at Rs. 776 million, up by 70% as compared to the corresponding previous year’s quarter’s (QII – FY 12-13) PAT of Rs. 457 million.
• Rental income at Rs. 592 million up by 16% as compared to the corresponding previous year’s quarter’s (QII – FY 12-13) rental income of Rs. 509 million.

Operational Highlights (Q2):-
• The Company has sold 1,193 Residential Units and 0.11 million square feet of Commercial Space, aggregating to 1.95 million square feet amounting to Rs. 11,497 million of sales.
• The average realization of Rs. 5,876 per sqft is up by 15% as compared to the average realization achieved for the corresponding previous year’s quarter (QII – FY 12-13) of Rs. 5,090 per sqft.
• Registered total new leasing of 0.79 million square feet up by 46% as compared to the total new leasing for the corresponding previous year’s quarter (QII – FY 12-13) of 0.54 million sqft.
• Net Collections for the quarter aggregated to Rs. 6,198 million, up by 23% as compared to the corresponding previous year’s quarter’s (Q2 – FY 12-13) collection of Rs. 5,050 million.

FOR THE HALF-YEAR ENDED (H1) ENDED SEPTEMBER 30, 2013:

Financial Highlights (H1):
• Revenue at Rs. 10,334 million, up by 104% as compared to the corresponding previous half year’s (H1 FY 12-13) revenue of Rs. 5,073 million.
• EBIDTA at Rs. 3,075 million, up by 62% as compared to the corresponding previous half year’s (H1 FY 12-13) EBIDTA of Rs. 1,897 million.
• PAT at Rs. 1,642 million, up by 73% as compared to the corresponding previous half year’s (H1 FY 12-13) PAT of Rs. 950 million.
• Rental income at Rs. 1,164 million up by 17% as compared to the corresponding previous half year’s (H1 FY 12-13) rental income of Rs. 998 million.

Operational Highlights (H1):-
• The Company has for the six months ended September 2013 sold 2,455 Units and Commercial Space, totalling to 3.93 million square feet, amounting to Rs. 22,939 million of Sales. (Achieved 53.35% of the Total Guidance of Rs. 43,000 million of sales set at the beginning of FY 13-14).
