Mumbai, India, July 24th, 2014 — With the closure of its Rs 2000 crore deal with Torrent Pharmaceuticals Ltd involving selling off of more than 30 ethical brands including Shelcal, Elder Pharmaceuticals Ltd plans to create a super brand out of Eldervit with product extensions and large scale geographical expansion. A much leaner and low-debted company now, Elder Pharma is laying emphasis on expanding the brands remaining with itself post selloff – the chief being Eldervit, a nutraceutical with a current turnover of approx. Rs 40 crore. Eldervit is a prescription drug which acts as a Vitamin & Minerals supplement to boost energy.

Says Mr Alok Saxena, Managing Director, Elder Pharma, “In addition to Injection form, we are making Eldervit available in Capsules, Gel Capsules and Sachet forms to make it acceptable to all age groups. With its new range and aggressive national expansion, Elder hopes to add a million customers every month and make Eldervit a Rs 100 crore brand by the end of financial year 2016 and a Rs 300 crore brand by FY 2019.” Another product which is being revamped and upgraded is Thrive a natural nutritional supplement for fighting chronic metabolic disorders which is likely to generate sales of Rs 10 crore in the current fiscal with anticipated growth of 12-15% every year. Product extensions of Thrive too have been launched in drink, capsules and tablets form.

With a view to capture a larger share of the highly competitive anti-infectives market Elder is restructuring & expanding its team as also rationalizing prices to ramp up volumes. Anti-infectives like Cefixime based Formic and Elfi have been registering a growth of more than 12% every year and are expected to grow at 15% annually from now.

The company’s major focus areas in the years to come shall be in the anti infectives, Lifestyle deases Dermatology and Neurological segments. Anti infectives segment contributes about 10% to the company’s turnover and is likely to witness a major price revamp in order to garner a larger share in the domestic market. Elder’s International operations are registering steady growth and more than 40% of Elder revenue is likel yto come from its global business.

As a apart of the deal with Torrent – which also involved the transfer of Elder’s domestic business employees to Torrent – Elder shall utilize its six plants for contract manufacture of the formulations business sold to Torrent for 3 years which will fetch Elder a continous revenue stream of Rs 70 – 75 crore every year.Elder group is targeting a turnover of about Rs 1000 crs from its domestic and international operations by FY 2016.

Lifetime of Poems Detail Author’s True Feelings

Cassman said a lifetime later, they reconnected. They both had been married to other people, had children, and struggled through difficult broken marriages. The Light in Your Eyes has deep meaning for the author, because it is a walk through her life. “And I want people to realize that dreams can come true.”

Cassman said years ago, she took out a simple piece of paper and wrote down three goals she wanted to achieve – to be in a successful marriage, to travel and to write a book. She wrote her first book, The Road Less Traveled, A Guide to a Positive Marriage, while traveling with Steve, a semi-truck driver for Schneider National. Cassman said the book, also published by Halo Publishing International, has become a popular wedding gift.

Cassman said she hopes The Light in Your Eyes will inspire readers to remain hopeful about their dreams and goals, including what they want in relationships.

The book is also unique in how the author presents the material. First there is the scripture portion which includes the story. This will help both teachers and parents to accurately recount the story to the children. Second is the memory section which connects to three or four lessons. Thirdly, there is the consider section for teachers and parents which gives information or just provides a different outlook on something that the teacher is familiar with. Lastly, our children section deals with new words and terms that the child may not already know.

The author also encourages teachers and parents to teach the material in a style that children will be able to get excited about by using visual, auditory, kinesthetic, and tactile styles of teaching. These styles add rhythm and enthusiasm to the presentation of material. This way kids can be attentive to what is presented and they can learn the lessons better.

What a great book! I will definitely pass the book along to my friend who is homeschooling her children, and encourage other parents to buy the book as well in my church community and in our children’s Bible Study classes.

Las Vegas, NV (USA), June 20th, 2014 — Aftermarket automotive electronics specialist Mods4cars announces the upcoming availability of a SmartTOP add-on Convertible Top Controller for the BMW 4 Series. Very soon the kit will be ready to ship worldwide. The SmartTOP module allows opening and closing of the top while driving at slow speeds of up to 40 km/h (~28mph). Thanks to the one-touch operation it is no longer necessary to pull over and hold down the top switch.

In addition to the simplified operation from within the car, the top can also be operated from the original key fob remote. A quick key press sequence is all that is needed. The BMW factory comfort access option is not necessary. No changes need to be made to the keys or the receiver system. It is even possible to control the windows separately from the top.

A standard USB port allows owners to use PC or Apple computers for quick and easy product configuration and firmware updates. Support software for Windows and Mac OS as well as firmware updates are always available free of charge online. The USB support app is used to program user configurable settings such as speed and one-touch operation for the all-windows switch in the driver’s door.

An extended mode can be selected that allows top operation to continue while the ignition is turned on or off. When handing the keys to a valet or lending the car to others, the module can be quickly disabled and later enabled again from within the car while retaining all user specific settings.

SmartTOP Convertible Top kits are available for: Alfa, Audi, Bentley, BMW, Ferrari, Ford, Infiniti, Lamborghini, Mazda, Mercedes, Mini, Nissan, Opel, Peugeot, Porsche, Renault, Volvo and Volkswagen. Additional BMW models supported: BMW 1, 3, 6 Series Convertibles, Z4 Roadster and Mini Cooper.

The convenience add-on kit for BMW 4 Series Convertibles will retail for 299 Euros + tax.
