* During the corresponding Q3 of previous year FY 13-14, the company had sold 1,204 Residential units and 0.03 million square feet of commercial space, aggregating to 2.08 million square feet amounting to Rs.12,620 million of sales. (Prestige share of sales for Q3 FY13-14 were 904 units -1.55 million square feet amounting to Rs.9,402 Million of sales.)

Collections:
* Total collections for the quarter aggregated to Rs. 9,209 million. (Prestige share of collections for the quarter aggregated to Rs. 7,561 million.)

* Total collections for Q3 FY 13-14 were Rs. 7,133 million and Prestige share of collections were Rs. 5,923 million.

Completions:

Collections:
* Total collections for the nine months ended 31st December 2014 aggregated to Rs. 27,688 million up by 28% as compared to the total collections for the corresponding 9 months of previous year (9M FY15). (Of this, Prestige Estates share is Rs. 23,269 million, up by 28%)

* Total collections for 9M FY 13-14 were Rs. 21,618 million and Prestige share of collections were Rs. 18,195 million.

Launches:
* The Company has launched total 7.38 million square feet of developable area for the nine months ended December 2014.

Additionally the top can be controlled from the existing key fob remote. “On hot days our customers can already open their top while still approaching the car.” says Sven Tornow. “And in cases where the car is left parked with the top down, it can be closed remotely at the first sign of rain.”, he concludes. No changes are necessary to the car keys or receiver system.

The module comes with a host of bonus features, all of which can be configured individually: The windows can be controlled separately from the top (Z4). All windows can be opened and closed using one-touch convenience from the console switch. An extended mode even allows the engine to be started or stopped while top operation continues. The entire module can be temporarily deactivated while retaining all user settings for when it is reactivated.

Additionally to adjusting the settings in the car, it is also possible to configure the SmartTOP module with a Mac or PC at home. A standard USB port is present on all Mods4cars products. This port also allows end users to install firmware updates which are available online and free of charge.

Cyberoam Rolls Out CyberoamOS 10.6.2 Offering Major Performance Improvements

Offers big leap in firewall, UTM, IPS and AV throughputs.

Among many updates included in the new firmware are the increase in Firewall throughputs by up to 430%, IPS throughputs by up to 210% and UTM throughputs by up to 190%; inclusion of User Threat Quotient (UTQ) offering security intelligence to spot risky users in network; availability of Cyberoam in Discover mode (popularly known as TAP mode) to help partners and customers evaluate Cyberoam security; and Application Visibility & Controls for HTTPS-based Micro-Apps.

Application Visibility and Control for Micro Apps: Provides deep-scanning for HTTPS based applications, allowing granular control over various micro-apps within the larger app ecosystems such as Facebook, Google and the like.

Among other key features becoming available include Radius Single-Sign-On (RSSO), IPv6 Traffic Load-balancing support in HA, Secure SMTP and availability of Discover Mode (popularly called TAP mode) that makes PoC evaluation of Cyberoam security appliances simpler, easier and faster.
