New Book Release – Swiss Recipe To Happiness, by Stephan Bosshard

Swiss Recipe To Happiness, by Stephan Bosshard, is his story of becoming King, “Pretzel King” that is, and his recipe for success and happiness.

Miami, FL, USA (September 24, 2015) — Stephan Bosshard’s Swiss Recipe To Happiness is the story of a Swiss businessman who thought he had fulfilled his dreams, but then realized that on the way, he had lost sight of his real goals. He let go of what he had achieved, sold his company and regained what he had lost: his freedom. His autobiography, which reads like a suspenseful novel, is a great success story with heart and soul. And he has found the recipe to happiness. – The man is Stephan Bosshard

Although Stephan Bosshard was born (on August 6, 1960) and raised in Switzerland, it wouldn’t be quite appropriate to call him the typical Swiss.

Due to his not exactly carefree childhood, he took his life into his own hands quite early and began to dream of true happiness.

He found it – not where one might expect, in his success and wealth, but in the subtleties of daily life. He learned from experience that true happiness consists of love, leisure time and good health. On the zenith of his career – around the turn of the Millennium – he decided to let go. He sold his life’s work, the famous “Pretzel King” business, at a profit. For the time being, that spelled a Happy End to his earlier chase after happiness.

Today, Bosshard lives a happy, contented life – with his wife and their dog GIGI – away from any common daily routine, in Switzerland and on his yacht in Florida. He is convinced that on the way he has found his “Recipe for Happiness”.

Swiss Recipe to Happiness, is a great read, the author did not get over descriptive keeping with a good page turning pace. This simple entrepreneur lived his life to its fullest and worked his butt off to enjoy his success A simple yet, riveting account of his very spontaneous and exciting movements in his business and his travels around the globe. Fun and uplifting in every way. ~Keith Maling Amazon 5 Star Review

GiftWorksPlus Announces Tips For The Best Fall Family Portraits

Find the perfect customizable wooden frame for fall family portraits with GiftWorksPlus.

Waukesha, WI, USA — GiftWorksPlus, a custom frame designer, is now helping families to take amazing fall family portraits. With cooler weather setting in and the leaves about to change, autumn is the year’s best time to have your loved ones professionally photographed together! The Wisconsin-based custom gifts online store has several suggestions for families looking to make the most of this fall with a stunning portrait.

Get Outside!
Fall is the most beautiful time of the year to be outdoors, so what better place for your family portrait? Work with your photographer to find a location that captures the spectacular colors of the fall foliage. Lakesides or river bluffs are great spots for a fall portrait.

Dress to Impress
This is not a time to wear Bermuda shorts and tank tops. Dress your family in cozy sweaters and plaids to display your autumn fashion sense. Cool temperatures aren’t easy to show through a photo frame, so dressing in warm clothes will convey that crisp fall air in a photo.

Don’t Be Afraid to Use Props
Many iconic symbols appear during this time of year: leaves on the ground, hay bales, and scarecrows to name a few. Attempt to work these into your portrait without making it looked forced. Standing in a park with colorful leaves at your feet or casually sitting on hay bales will show off that autumn feeling all year long!

Once the perfect fall family portrait has been captured, trust GiftWorksPlus to have the perfect engraved wooden frame for it. The online customizable gifts store has hundreds of wooden picture frames to compliment any family’s portrait, no matter the time of year.

UglyDeck.com Announces Valuable Tips For Safe Grilling This Fall

UglyDeck.com stresses the importance of grilling safely by providing simple tips to ensure a fun and safe environment out on a deck.

Burnsville, MN, USA — UglyDeck.com, a Minneapolis deck builder, knows that fall is a popular time for people to grill on their decks. With the football season starting, it’s a prime time for people to host get-togethers and grill. To best preserve a deck, and more importantly, to keep everyone safe, it’s important to review some helpful tips from the National Fire Protection Association to stay safe while grilling on the deck this football season.

• Make sure to keep the grill away from your home, as well as deck railings and overhanging branches. It’s important to keep the grill clear of overhanging branches in case of a flare-up. Also make sure that the grill is in an open space, away from any overhangs, since carbon monoxide could accumulate.
• While the grill is on, make sure to keep children and pets away from the grilling area.
• Don’t ever try to move a hot grill.
• Never leave a grill unattended. This is important not only to keep from overcooking brats and burgers, but it’s also important so that children and pets are kept at a safe distance and to keep an eye out for flare-ups.
• Clean the grill thoroughly after each use by removing grease buildup from the grill and tray below the grill.

With maintenance free decking materials from UglyDeck.com, it’s easy to build a deck with plenty of space to safely grill and entertain people throughout the football season. UglyDeck.com can find the deck solutions for any outdoor space, from deck railing design ideas to front porch designs. And though it’s the beginning of autumn, it still isn’t too late to contact UglyDeck.com and discuss updates or changes to your deck.

As experts in deck designs, the deck builders at UglyDeck.com can give you tips and ideas on how to create the perfect – and safe – outdoor space to host your outdoor grill-outs during the football season.

Dakota Dental Announces Tactics to Develop Healthy Oral Habits in Kids

Dakota Dental offers recommendations for creating healthy oral habits in children; starting these good habits and avoiding bad ones are key for a child’s oral health.

Apple Valley, MN, USA (August 31, 2015) — Dakota Dental, a Minneapolis family dentist, works with families to promote and establish good oral health habits in children. Nearly 19% of kids between the ages of two and nineteen have untreated cavities; developing healthy habits for caring for their teeth can go a long way to prevent this decay.

“Oral and dental health habits, both good and bad, are formed early,” explains Richard P. Dugas, DDS in an article from everydayhealth.com. To ensure children’s teeth get off to a healthy start, the family dentists at Dakota Dental recommend a variety of habits to build dental awareness and ways to avoid oral health problems.

A child’s baby teeth are at risk for decay as soon as they appear, which is usually when they are around six months old. For infants, dentists recommend brushing their teeth as soon as they get them. Brush teeth twice per day, making sure to use only a very small amount of toothpaste – roughly the size of a grain of rice.

As the child gets older, the amount of toothpaste can be increased to a pea-sized portion. Once a child can brush their teeth on their own, it’s important to teach them to not swallow toothpaste. Daily flossing is recommended once the child has two teeth that touch.

Making brushing and flossing a daily habit is vital for building healthy habits in children. However, it is also necessary for children to avoid falling into other, more detrimental habits. Make sure to limit a child’s use of a bottle or sippy cup – the sugars in milk and juice can eventually lead to tooth decay. “Constantly sipping milk, juice, or any sweetened liquid does not give a child’s natural saliva a chance to rinse away sugars that cause tooth decay,” Dugas says. A good idea would be to limit sugary juices and replace with water instead. Additionally, having a child rinse their mouths out with water after a sugary drink helps wash away the sugars that could eat away at their enamel.

Another way to make sure that kids maintain healthy teeth is by scheduling regular dental appointments – once every six months is a standard baseline. Dakota Dental offers pediatric dentistry as well as dentistry services for all ages. Talk with the family dentists at Dakota Dental for other recommendations for building healthy teeth habits in your kids by calling 952-431-5774.

Dakota Dental Announces New Secret to a Whiter Smile With Teeth Whitening

Tough, deep teeth stains often require professional whitening to get down into the tooth’s enamel. Dakota Dental offers professional teeth whitening services to lift out stubborn stains that don’t go away with brushing alone.

Apple Valley, MN, USA (July 27, 2015) — Dakota Dental, an Apple Valley dental clinic, is helping their patients uncover the causes of yellow teeth and working to find the best teeth whitening solution. Whether the stains are simply extrinsic or if they go within the tooth enamel, Dakota Dental provides the dentistry services necessary for white teeth. The dentists at Dakota Dental offer both tooth cleanings and professional teeth whitening.

Do you ever wonder why it seems that no matter how much you brush or floss, you still have yellow teeth? In order to practice good oral health and achieve that perfect smile, it’s important to look beyond the surface.

There are two different types of teeth staining: extrinsic and intrinsic stains. Extrinsic teeth stains result from the buildup of stain particles gathering in a film of protein that coat the enamel of a tooth. Fortunately, diligent brushing with a whitening toothpaste and regular dental visits are helpful in combating and reducing extrinsic stains.

But what if brushing and regular dental cleanings aren’t enough? The issue may then lie below the surface. Intrinsic tooth stains occur when those staining particles seep through the tooth’s exterior and start to build up inside the enamel. Since these stains reside within the tooth’s enamel, it may require professional teeth whitening to remove them.

The frequent consumption of coffee, red wine, berries, and other pigmented foods and beverages will contribute to an intrinsic tooth stain. A rule of thumb to understand which foods and beverages are most dangerous for tooth staining is: If it will stain your clothes it will likely have the same effect on your teeth. However, this doesn’t mean you need to avoid staining foods entirely; just be sure to brush your teeth or rinse your mouth with water after consuming those pigmented foods and beverages.
