KastKing Introduces Feature Loaded Baitfeeder Spinning Reel for 2016

KastKing enters the bait runner spinning reel market with more features and lower price point.

Garden City, Long Island, NY (December 14, 2015) — KastKing® will add to its array of dynamic and technology driven fishing reels, by adding a live liner style spinning reel titled, the KastKing® Sharky Baitrunner, to the product lineup for 2016. KastKing® is a division of Eposeidon, Inc. based in Garden City, New York.

The KastKing® Sharky Baitrunner allows anglers to use live or cut bait without the fish feeling the weight of the fishing line. This type of spinning reel is also referred to as a bait feeder, bait runner, or free spooling reel. It has front and rear drag systems that can be adjusted independently. The front drag engages automatically when the handle is turned or the rear drag switch is flipped.

Each KastKing Sharky live liner reel has 10 + 1 shielded stainless steel bearings, carbon fiber drag washers, precision gears and a powerful 5.2:1 gear ratio. KastKing Sharky baitrunners come equipped with a CNC machined aluminum spool, high modulus corrosion free graphite body, and a computer balanced rotor. The KastKing® Sharky Baitrunner reel comes with a spare graphite spool at no additional charge.

KastKing Sharky bait runner live liner fishing reels are finished in a black and red color scheme, and are equipped with direct drive machined aluminum interchangeable right or left hand handle with sure grip T-handles. KastKing® Sharky series reels are approved for saltwater use and carry a one-year warranty.

Eposeidon’s new model titled the KastKing® Triton Dualis Two Speed Spinning Reel is based on the same platform as the Eposeidon’s highly successful KastKing® Triton spinning reel. Dualis shares its heritage with KastKing’s first spinning reel, the Triton, but with a totally innovative two speed design. Included in the new design are the double main shaft support bearings riding on a stainless steel shaft and carbon fiber drag washers found in the original KastKing® Triton, which will remain in the product line. The Dualis name is derived from the Latin word for dual.

The affordable new KastKing® Triton Dualis Two Speed Spinning Reel model features a high and low gear ratio that can be selected at any time. Eposeidon’s KastKing® Triton Dualis Two Speed offers the opportunity to use the same reel with changing conditions or techniques. Its low speed gear-ratio with more torque covers bottom fishing and the use of bigger baits to bring in big fish. KastKing® Triton Dualis’ high the speed gear ratio offers a faster retrieve speed for anglers who want to crank in certain lures at high speed. It will initially be available in 4000 and 5000 class sizes.

The Triton Dualis Two Speed Spinning Reel is equipped with 10 shielded stainless steel ball bearings plus 1 instant stop anti-reverse bearing, carbon fiber drag washers, CNC machined aluminum alloy spool and handle, stainless steel main shaft, and high modulus graphite body and rotor. A Triton Dualis has 22 lbs. / 10 kg. of drag power and a 5000 generates 26.5 lbs / 12 kg. of drag.
