Study compares costs of 10 global adventure trips with rates at 3-4 star hotels.

A recent cost comparison study shows that global adventures can be more affordable than many three and four-star hotel stays. The research by AdventureLink.com suggests that cost-conscious consumers may wish to consider adventure travel as an alternative to traditional “been-there done-that” hotel stays.

Despite ongoing worries about the economy, the adventure travel industry is growing at 17 percent per year, according to the Adventure Travel Trade Association. Yale Pest Elimination Warns of Rising Bed Bug Infestions

Ansonia, CT (April 25, 2013) — According to a survey conducted by the NPMA and the University of Kentucky, 95 percent of professional pest management companies in the United States have dealt with an infestation of bed bugs in the last twelve months.
