Qi and Its Role in Well-Being

January 27, 2011 – Qi is the vital force of the universe. It means energy. Our bodies are composed of energy. If there is pain anywhere in the body it is due to energy being blocked. This energy is subtle. This vital substance flows through meridians that connect the internal organs. Persons are not alive if Qi is not present. Qi is our life force. We are surrounded by energy and everything around us energy. Stress is an energy drainer.

Aiping Wang has worked with Qi and its connection to relaxation for the last 25 years. She is concerned about slowing down the aging process and healing individuals so they live with more quality. Aiping Fulepp has researched how relaxation helps with stress and rejuvenates.

Many think we have to live with pain and do not recognize that pain is warning us that something in our body is malfunctioning. Pain can either be physical, emotional or psychological. Oftentimes the pain can be corrected or the aging process can be slowed down by rejuvenation. This rejuvenation works with the body, mind and spirit. Qi rejuvenation gets to the bottom of pain and reverses it to well-being. We are a structural, chemical, spiritual and emotional being and there must be a balance between all three aspects. Hi-tech methods are not the solutions to total well-being. They only work with the chemical or physical aspect.

Stress can be a motivator, but it can also create illness such high blood pressure, cardio-vascular conditions or digestive problems. Our thought patterns can affect the emotions or the physical condition. Freeing the mind is an easy thing to do and it can be done almost anywhere. Aiping Wang teaches individuals to return to a natural state of mind where anxiety does not exist. Once a person can accomplish this state then others around them feel the effect.

Aiping Wang Fulepp uses the science of peace (ancient Chinese wisdom) as a means of relaxation and rejuvenation. She educates people on Qi and how it works. She teaches her clients to use meditation and breathing techniques to reach a deep state of relaxation. The benefits of these are to help an individual achieve a sense of steadiness even in the midst of chaos. Fixing inner peace will aids in dealing with stress. Being steady, clear and at peace aids in dealing with the outside environment.

Raising positive energy within can erase negative energy. It is only by increasing vital energy that a person becomes younger in outlook and ready to approach living. Aiping Wang uses the very simple principles to instill happiness and less stress. These simple principles are kindness, all depends on energy, optimism makes life more enjoyable and benefits abound when a person is positive.

“The truth of life is to be happy, and to make other people happy; to be healthy and to heal other people; to be peaceful, and to be creative. The truth is to be positive, not negative. The truth is to develop, grow and evolve throughout life.” Master Aiping Wang
