Naalehu, Hawaii (November 25, 2013) — The chance to begin 2014 by acquiring the secrets to be empowered by nature and increase your NQ (nature quotient) to live in harmony with your world will be taught in two life-changing seminars led by Elizabeth B. Jenkins Jan. 4-9 in New York City.
Jenkins, an organic farmer and international best-selling author of three books on the Inka Nature Wisdom Tradition, will travel from Hawaii to New York to provide a rare opportunity for Americans to learn and apply the nature wisdom of the ancient Inka civilization of Peru.
“This training opportunity will be of great benefit for people in the healing professions, for people who deal professionally with other people like salesmen or business leaders, and for anyone who loves nature,” explains Jenkins who was born with special nature wisdom that was heightened while living for four years in Peru. “Others who have been drawn to these seminars have been people who love nature, people concerned about climate change, and members of the Audubon Society, Sierra Club, and other nature organizations.”
“Inka Mysticism: Level 1” will be held from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. January 4-5, 2014 at the New York Open Center, 22 East 30th Street.
“Inka Mysticism: Levels 2 & 3” will be from 9:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. January 6-9, 2014, at the New York Theosophical Society, 242 East 53 Street.
The Level 1 introductory session will cover the first four of seven energy principles of the Fourth Level, the basic world view of the Inkas, which teach us to:
– Experience the world as living energy
– Learn to exchange living energy to deepen our connection with nature
– Acquire a philosophy of complements where there are no opposites, no positive or negative energy, no good or bad.
– Develop the practice of healing first self and then others by learning to absorb the heavy energy of others, to take charge of a situation, overcome fear and bring about change through personal empowerment.
In Levels 2, & 3 participants will learn further Inka tools on how to collaborate with natural processes, how to make a ‘despacho’, the ceremonial practice of reciprocal exchange with nature, as well as how to create their own power packs or ‘mesas’ to effect healing and increase Nature communication, learning how to make a traditional offering specifically for the environment in which one lives to increase harmony and health in home and community.
Persons attending the seminar could get a head start, if they chose, by reading Jenkins’ recently released book The Fourth Level: Nature Wisdom Teachings of the Inka (ISBN 1491240903, Pu’umaka’s Press, 2013, $19.95, 251 pages, (http://www.TheFourthLevel.org). Jenkins’ best-seller The Return of the Inkas has been translated into 24 languages.
A licensed psychotherapist, cultural investigator, and worldwide teacher of the Inka tradition, Jenkins is founder/director of Wiraqocha Foundation for the Preservation of Indigenous Wisdom and as a teacher of Inkan spirituality has been leading trips to Peru for more than 25 years.
In 2010 Jenkins served as technical advisor and guide to the DISCOVERY CHANNEL’s Beyond Survival with Les Stroud where she led Stroud and camera crew into the Andean mountains to join the Q’ero Indians on their yearly pilgrimage to the holy site of Qollariti.
Early-bird discounts are offered to registrants who sign up before December 2, 2013, and savings can be realized by signing up for both seminars at the same time. To register for the seminars go to http://www.thefourthlevel.org/events.
