Having placed the order in the summer believing there was ample time for production and shipment, they received notice their order with Manickam was scheduled for shipment by December 7th, 2010.
They immediately canceled the order and began feverishly making calls in search of custom gift bags that hopefully would be the right size, design, price and available quantity.
