Young Argentinean talent with rich international path enchants the audience

Miami, FL, August 25, 2012 – Renowned Argentinean Tango dancer and artistic director Marcos Ayala dazzled audiences in South Florida and New York. Last Friday night on August 17, 2012 the public gathered at the Broward Center of the Performing Arts to see Tango Lovers’ show, a group of talented professionals which featured Mora Godoy, the Queen of Tango Dance and renowned Uruguayan singer Alfredo Lerida. The company showed excellent versatility to interpret the various stages of Tango, from celebrated tango composers such as Gerardo Matos Rodriguez through Angel Villoldo to Astor Piazzola among others.

The opening was in charge of Marcos Ayala and guest star Mora Godoy. A fervent, sensuous and at the same time exquisite performance confirmed Marcos as an artist passionate about what he does. Few words describe Marcos Ayala’s superb presentation: passion, sensuality, strength, masculinity and dynamism.

Tango Lovers’ cast flew to New York the following morning to present its show in Long Island and again the audience gave a standing ovation to the group directed by Marcos Ayala and Alfredo Lerida.

Marcos is an amazingly young talent who obtained the world championship of Tango dance in Japan at age 16. During the past 10 years, Marcos Ayala has accrued vast international career and has toured Asia, Europe, North America, the Caribbean and  Latin America. Ayala has an extensive formation in  prestigious Dance Schools.  He has studied Direction and Production and has participated in the Cirque de Soleil.

Guest  movie choreographer and member of the Bajo Fondo Tango Club, Marcos has recently ended a successful season as the main dancer with Mora Godoy at the Presidente Alvear Theater in Buenos Aires  with  the amazing tango show Chantecler.  Marcos’ enthusiasm, talent and artistic vein has made of him an important member of “Tango Lovers“.

“I aim to reach public of all ages and to attract younger generations to the Tango culture” says Marcos Ayala, who dynamically works to put on stage new and varied artistic proposals while promoting the culture of Rio de la Plata.
