Domain Name Kello.gg Now on The Market for Immediate Sale

Taking the time to find the best domain name will provide long-term branding opportunities.

Paris, France, June 08, 2013 – Why Buy The Kello.gg Domain Name ?

The Kello.gg domain name is Short, Descriptive and Memorable.

Short with only 7 letters total, versus the comparable dot com with 10 letters. This domain name comes into its own when used in conjunction with SMS and Instant Messaging services, and especially Twitter with its 140-character limit on tweets.

Descriptive, Kello.gg tells visitors exactly what to expect when they visit the website.

Memorable, Kello.gg is easy for someone to remember, sounds familar to visitors (even if they haven’t visited the website before), and it can convey trust to prospective clients.

Why Use Domain Name Extensions to Express Company’s Name or Product ?

The perfect fusion of creativity and innovation, a domain name hack is an excellent startup domain used and trusted by Apple (Itun.es, Researche.rs), Google (Goo.gl, Ro.me), Microsoft (So.cl, Bi.ng), HP (Gr.am), Instagram (Instagr.am), Bitly (Bit.ly), SocialFlow (Trib.al), Mcafee (Mcaf.ee), Zynga (Zyn.ga), Netflix (Movi.es), TIME Magazine (Ti.me), Huffington Post (Huffpo.st), NY Times (Nyt.ms) Blo.gs (acquired by Yahoo!), Delicio.us (acquired by Yahoo!), Frid.ge (acquired by Google), Mi.lk (acquired by Google), Love.ly (acquired by Facebook), Answe.rs (acquired by Answers.com), Grou.ps, Cir.ca, etc.

Domain name hacks are the best alternatives to dot-com domains and more startups and companies adopting them, making these domain names ever more valuable.

They are easier to type. Given how popular mobile web navigation is now, keeping the domain names short is crucial. Apps may handle a lot of navigations, but if mobile users see a URL somewhere, they would have to type it in. Typing on mobile devices is not as easy as on desktops and laptops. Domain name hacks make it as convenient as possible for someone to type a URL. A shorter domain name also gives more versatility in mobile site design as it easily fits on a smaller screen.

Deanne Demarco’s Special Guests: The Waitress who Became a Multi-Million Dollar CEO and “The World’s Greatest Procrastinator”

Rags to riches CEO Carolyn Gable and Rita Emmett, the “World’s Greatest Procrastinator,” are the special guests on the next edition of Deanne DeMarco’s radio show. The program, “Today’s Inspiring Women,” airs noon Pacific on Thursday on the VoiceAmerica Empowerment Network.

Phoenix, AZ, June 08, 2013 – Deanne DeMarco continues her ground-breaking radio series with two high-powered guests: the female CEO of a multi-million dollar trucking company and a woman who literally wrote the book on procrastination.

Carolyn Gable, a single mother of seven with an unbelievable rags to riches story, and Rita Emmett, best-selling author and “recovering procrastinator” are featured on next Thursday’s episode of Deanne DeMarco’s entertaining, informative and inspiring program, “Today’s Inspiring Women.” The weekly hour-long show airs at 12 noon Pacific on the VoiceAmerica Empowerment Radio network.

Today Carolyn Gable is President and CEO of New Age Transportation, Distribution & Warehousing Inc. It’s a $30 million a year enterprise with 85,000 square feet of warehousing in Lake Zurich, Illinois. It’s a far cry from her first long-term job, working as a waitress for more than a decade. When the restaurant closed for renovations Carolyn was spurred to move on when, with two small children to support. Her new position as a customer service representative at a freight company led a year later to a job in sales and the beginning of a dream.

When the freight industry was deregulated Carolyn took a gigantic risk, starting her own freight company at her kitchen table. Recognizing that a new age was dawning in the trucking business she developed innovative ways to lower costs, track freight and offer excellent customer service. Carolyn credits her years as a waitress for giving her the necessary skills and she even wrote a book called “Everything I Know as a CEO I Learned as a Waitress.” Carolyn, who has received numerous awards for her business and philanthropic achievements, serves on the Fetzer Advisory Council on Business Professions and is the founder of Expect a Miracle, a foundation to support and encourage single mothers.

Deanne DeMarco’s second guest, Rita Emmett, is a professional speaker and author who describes herself as a “recovering procrastinator.” Her first book, “The Procrastinator’s Handbook” sold over 100,000 copies in its first year and has been published in 32 countries. Katie Couric is among the 300 plus interviewers who have questioned Rita about her successful strategies and how she changed from being the self-declared “World’s Greatest Procrastinator.”

Rita says that she was able to get rid of her ‘putting off habit’ and that she can help anyone do the same. Once you break the procrastination habit, she says, you’ll not only get more done and start doing some of the things you have been hoping to do, you will also feel more energized. In her book, Rita gives comprehensive advice on identifying the behavioral styles and patterns procrastinators use for putting things off; applying proven anti-procrastination tips and techniques for achieving goals; and developing strategies to move forward when stuck or when reverting to old procrastination patterns. Rita has also written books on clutter and stress and, in total, has sold 360,000 books worldwide.

Deanne DeMarco, who has 20 successful years as a business coach, professional speaker and management trainer , said, “Each week on the show I interview extraordinary and inspiring women who may not yet be household names but are business and entrepreneurial rising stars or have solid, practical advice for my audience. Carolyn’s personal achievements are truly inspirational and her principles for success can be applied to any business. Rita taps into a subject that affects so many women. So if you’re a procrastinator and want to change you can’t put off listening to the show.”

Deanne DeMarco herself has used her innovative strategies—drawn from successful experiences as a scientist, college instructor, management trainer, Fortune 500 manager, author and entrepreneur—to help business executives and individuals break through personal and career roadblocks.

“Today’s Inspiring Women” airs Thursdays at noon Pacific on the VoiceAmerica Empowerment Radio. www.voiceamerica.com/show/2182/todays-inspiring-women

Scottsdale, AZ, June 06, 2013 – John Ray, a long-time player in the Phoenix real estate scene and “Property Wars” star of two years, partners with local realtor and Phoenix real estate expert Charlie Walters of Walters Realty Group for Flip Phoenix to share their real estate experiences and tips for success with the Phoenix community.

John Ray commented on Flip Phoenix, “We’ve had a lot of interest from the show and decided to hold Flip Phoenix to teach people the ins and outs of getting into the business and what it takes to be successful. I’m not going to sugar coat it, it’s not easy to make huge profits on every deal, we expect a reasonable profit but it takes a lot of work and so much more that will be discussed at Flip Phoenix.”

Charlie Walters of Walters Realty group and host of the Flip Phoenix event added, “Phoenix is a crazy competitive market right now for buyers and it’s really difficult to acquire that are a good deal. Investors need a good price. Having education about techniques and ways to compete in a bidding war, investing in real estate or how to profit when prices are up like right now, are really important to know and we’ll teach you at Flip Phoenix.

Education is key and there are few places you can get that. No university teaches this.”

About John Ray:
John was asked to join Property Wars because of his extensive knowledge in house flipping and his exposure from a well-known foreclosure blog, of which he contributed. When Property Wars asked John to join the show, he declined a few times before deciding he would rather be part of it than watching from the sidelines. John was also excited to work with some of the other stars they added to the show.

John has been on the show for two seasons and is known for his interest in Vintage “fixer-uppers” that have a lot of hidden potential, giving him an edge over other buyers that get scared off. John always keeps a cool head while bidding and doesn’t let old rivalries get in the way of a smart purchase. John said, “I am living my dream. When I see a good property, I still get stoked and excited like it’s the first day. I love fixing up an old house, getting it to look new and selling it to someone who really loves it.” Property Wars airs on the Discovery Channel, Thursday nights at 7 pm. http://dsc.discovery.com/tv-shows/property-wars

Facility Management Program Addresses Need to Sustainably Update our Country’s New and Old Buildings

New Program Launches in June with Subject Matter from the International Facility Management Association

Denver, Colorado, June 05, 2013 – Across America in small towns and thriving cities, a similar issue is cropping up: aging buildings. While older buildings are often respected for their historical nature, there is often a need to update them for structural reasons, aesthetic purposes and even energy usage. In fact, right now The Commercial Buildings Energy Consumption Survey (CBECS) is underway to collect data on the structure, operational characteristics and energy use of 12,000 buildings across the U.S. The data collected is only going to heighten the role of sustainability of buildings, both new and old, around the country.

With new window technology, energy efficiency options, water conservation choices and more, entire cities can improve their sustainability with renovation. Ecotech Institute, the first and only institution entirely focused on green jobs training, is launching its Facilities Management degree in June, which will train professionals to tackle this issue.

The International Facilities Management Association (IFMA), the world’s largest and most widely recognized association for professional facility managers, helped develop the curriculum for Ecotech Institute’s Facility Management Technology degree program. It is an associate’s degree program that will prepare students for careers in the field of facility management, focusing on the operation, maintenance, analysis, auditing and cost of energy management systems. Students will receive instruction that is designed to prepare them to analyze, operate, and maintain mechanical and electrical systems.

According to Ecotech’s Clean Jobs Index, there have been 75,000 jobs posted in the U.S. related to facilities management so far in 2013. To see applicable positions in each state, visit www.ecotechinstitute.com/cleanjobsindex. A sample of possible facilities management jobs that graduates of this program could be qualified for include: Energy Manager, Facilities Manager, Maintenance Supervisor, Grounds and Plant Manager.

Ecotech Institute, based in Aurora, Colorado, now has more than 520 students who receive hands-on training in the growing field of sustainability. In addition to Facility Management Technology, Ecotech currently offers the following degree programs:

* Solar Energy Technology, Associate of Applied Science

* Wind Energy Technology, Associate of Applied Science

* Renewable Energy Technology, Associate of Applied Science

* Energy Efficiency Program, Associate of Applied Science

Colorado HealthOP Appoints Dr. Jack Westfall as Chief Medical Officer

Dr. Westfall Will Develop New Health Promotion Model Focused on Collaboration Among Healthcare Providers and CO-OP Members

Denver, CO, June 05, 2013 – In an effort to build a health insurance model that helps its members be sustainably healthy, Colorado HealthOP, Colorado’s first statewide nonprofit health insurance cooperative (CO-OP), has engaged a leading expert in family medicine and rural health as its new chief medical officer. Jack Westfall, MD, MPH, will lead Colorado HealthOP’s efforts to support member health needs by building a robust statewide network of care, developing Colorado HealthOP’s integrated care model and population health programs, and optimizing the CO-OP’s clinical effectiveness.

“The aspiration to partner with patients and providers around improving health is a key concept of the CO-OP,” said Julia Hutchins, CEO of Colorado HealthOP. “Dr. Westfall’s expertise in family medicine, preventive care and rural health coupled with his experience in community health promotion will allow us to make this idea a reality for our members.”

Colorado HealthOP offers quality, affordable Colorado insurance plans to residents of the state, with a special focus on rural areas. As the CO-OP’s chief medical officer, Dr. Westfall will lead the development of a new model for promoting health. While insurance companies have historically provided support for when people are ill, Colorado HealthOP, led by Dr. Westfall, will build an environment that not only provides “sick care,” but also supports healthy living. In an effort to optimize Colorado HealthOP’s potential to be an enabler of health rather than a barrier to care, Dr. Westfall will work with healthcare providers to maximize quality of care and minimize bureaucracy associated with claims. He will additionally lend his expertise to the CO-OP’s benefit design to ensure that the benefit structure supports prevention and health maintenance.

“Colorado HealthOP is building a collaboration among the group that pays, the group that provides and the patient who needs healthcare; these three groups that have historically worked separately and at odds with one another now work together in our model,” said Dr. Westfall. “In Colorado HealthOP’s model, we will take existing concepts and constructs that have been shown to support health, pull them together into one organization and implement them in Colorado.“

Dr. Westfall serves as clinical professor of family medicine for the University of Colorado School of Medicine, an institution where he has held multiple teaching appointments since 1995, served as associate dean for rural health from 2004 to 2013, and was the Patrick and Kathleen Thompson endowed chair in rural health from 2008 to 2013. Board certified in family practice, Dr. Westfall has served as a family physician at the Yuma Clinic in Yuma, Colo., at Plains Medical Center in Limon, Colo. and for Rose Family Medicine in Denver. He is the founder and director of the High Plains Research Network, a practice and community based network that aims to improve health in eastern Colorado. He has also served as director of community engagement for the Colorado Clinical Translational Science Institute, a collaboration among the University of Colorado Denver, University of Colorado Boulder, and multiple healthcare and community organizations with a goal to accelerate the application of research into improved patient care and public health.

Dr. Westfall is a member of the American Academy of Family Physicians, the Colorado Academy of Family Physicians, the American Public Health Association, the Colorado Public Health Association, the Society of Teachers of Family Medicine, the Colorado Rural Health Center and the National Rural Health Association.

Among other awards, Dr. Westfall has received the Chancellor’s Diversity Award from the University of Colorado Denver and the North American Primary Care Research Group President’s Award.

Dr. Westfall received his doctorate and a master’s degree in public health from the University of Kansas. He completed his internship in internal medicine and pediatrics at the Wichita Center for Graduate Medical Education and completed his residency at the University of Colorado, Department of Family Medicine, where he also served as chief resident.

About Colorado HealthOP:
Colorado HealthOP offers a new alternative to traditional health insurance in Colorado. A nonprofit health insurance cooperative, Colorado HealthOP and its members are committed to providing affordable, quality coverage to individuals and employers interested in making a difference in their own health, their employees’ health and the health of their community. Colorado HealthOP aims to improve health outcomes by putting the responsibility for consumers’ care back into the hands of the cooperative’s members and providers. A private market solution tailored for individuals and employers, Colorado HealthOP will begin open enrollment on October 1, 2013 via Connect for Health Colorado, Colorado’s health insurance marketplace, and through independent brokers and agents. Coverage will begin January 1, 2014. For more information about Colorado HealthOP, please visit www.COHealthOP.org or call 720.627.8900.

Research shows gap between how job seekers view their own employability and what employers value

Bryant & Stratton College Online will host a live online event on July 19 with HR experts from CareerBuilder and top employers like Marriott Hotels and Microsoft to discuss employability and advice for job seekers

Buffalo, NY, June 05, 2013 – Research shows there is a gap between how job seekers view their own employability skills and what employers value. According to a new survey from Bryant & Stratton College Online and Wakefield Research, 80 percent of 18-34 year olds feel they are job ready and possess all the skills, experience, and education needed to advance in their desired career path or obtain their next job. Comparatively, data released by global management consulting firm McKinsey & Company found almost 40 percent of employers attribute the main reason for job openings to lack of skills among entry-level applicants. The research indicates that college students and young employees have inflated assumptions about their own career readiness in today’s job market. To help connect individuals looking for a job understand what employers want, Bryant & Stratton College Online today announced a free career information webinar titled “Job Ready or Not?” as part of its ongoing Employability Series. The event will be streamed live online on July 19 from 1 p.m. to 2:30 p.m. EDT.

Other results from the Bryant & Stratton College Online survey show how far out of step young job seekers are from employers. For example, only 16 percent of 18-34 year olds believe improving their soft skills will have the greatest impact on their career advancement. However, a survey conducted by the Association of American Colleges and Universities found 93 percent of employers said soft skills such as critical thinking, communicating clearly and complex problem solving are weighed more heavily in the hiring process than an individual’s undergraduate major. The contrasting data underlines a key oversight for job seekers.

“This event is an opportunity for anyone in the midst of a job search – students, new graduates or people looking for a career change – to hear directly from employers about what factors they consider before hiring,” said Scott Traylor, Associate Campus Director for Online Education at Bryant & Stratton College. “Being employable today is all about knowing how to communicate to employers that you have IQ as well as EQ. Our experts will share useful anecdotes, practical tips and new ideas so attendees will have the best information to make themselves stand out in a crowded marketplace.”

The “Job Ready or Not?” event will feature a panel of hiring and human resources experts from CareerBuilder, Enterprise, Humana, Marriott Hotels and Microsoft. In addition to giving attendees a look into the mind of an employer, the speakers will also offer resume help, practical tips for interview preparation, ideas for using social media in the job search and advice on how to communicate important soft skills during the hiring process. The event will be live streamed for free on July 19 from the Bryant & Stratton College campus in Buffalo, New York between 1 p.m. and 2:30 p.m. Those interested in joining online can register at http://online.bryantstratton.edu/employability-summit. A recorded version of the event will be available for download afterward.

“Job seekers need to start marketing themselves based on the skills, competencies and traits employers need and value most,” said Beth Tarquino, Chief Academic Officer at Bryant & Stratton College. “Too often the background experience and soft-skills attributes needed to successfully look for a job are underestimated, especially by college students and new graduates. Searching for a job can become a fulltime job, but putting in the extra work to understand hiring trends and needs of employers is worth it.”

For more information about the “Job Ready or Not?” event and what employers are looking for in job candidates, watch this video.

This event is part of the Bryant & Stratton College Employability Series, a program dedicated to helping students become career-ready upon graduation. By focusing on the development of employability skills, the College purposefully helps students develop technical, industry-specific knowledge as well as soft skills. The Race to Prevent Child Sexual Abuse is On!

RAACE Launches New Hero Program and Website to Prevent Abuse. Join RAACE by becoming a RAACE Hero and inviting those within your child’s circle of trust to join in the fight and prevention of child sexual abuse!

Cockeysville, MD, June 04, 2013 – The Race Against Abuse of Children Everywhere (RAACE) is on! Their exciting new website and a new RAACE Hero Program will help concerned parents, businesses, schools, daycare providers and citizens everywhere take on this silent epidemic. As a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, RAACE seeks to eliminate sexual child abuse before it happens. Its mission is to raise public awareness and provide tools to help families protect children – in their family, in their community, and all over the world!

Brad Brickel, Jr., executive director of RAACE, exclaims, “The culmination of five years of planning and design has been poured into our RAACE Hero Program. Over 90% of child sexual abuse happens from someone your child knows and trust! That’s why our program gives people a quick and easy way to educate your core circle of trust. We urge people to take the time to prevent child sexual abuse and become a RAACE Hero at www.RAACEHero.org.”

One in three girls and one in seven boys are sexually abused before age 18. The devastating emotional effects of abuse persist long after childhood, however, and often last a lifetime. Research shows that individuals who were abused as a child are more likely to abuse drugs and alcohol, suffer from low self-esteem and depression, and have an increased tendency to commit crime and violence.

The new RAACE Hero program lets citizens be a super hero without having to wear a cape or have any special powers other than the knowledge that the power to protect children from abuse rests within all of us. Its goals are to educate people to be aware and speak up – keeping kids safe by having adults establish and maintain open, age-appropriate communication with children and the adults within their circle of trust.

Join RAACE by becoming a RAACE Hero and inviting those within your child’s circle of trust to join in the fight and prevention of child sexual abuse! Log on to: RAACEHero.org today!

Axicon Auto ID Launch Industrial Protection Rated Verifier Range

Axicon Auto ID Ltd, a world leader in barcode verification, announce the launch of a new barcode verifier range with the choice of two industrial protection (IP) ratings.

Oxford, UK, June 04, 2013 – Axicon Auto ID Ltd, a world leader in barcode verification, announce the launch of a new barcode verifier range with the choice of two industrial protection (IP) ratings. As an extension to the widely used 7000 series, two new models are now available, the Axicon 7015-IP50 and the Axicon 7015-IP65. The new IP systems are complete with a state of the art CCD read head and application software and present a host of features including ISO/ANSI verification standards, automatic variable aperture, IP50 or IP65 rating, multi-language user interface, USB connectivity, automatic calibration reminder, product lookup facility and data-content structure checking for GS1-128 and GS1 DataBar.

The Axicon 7015-IP50 carries an IP50 rating which warrants protection against harmful dust particles, while the Axicon 7015-IP65 carries an IP65 rating which warrants protection against all dust ingress and low pressure water spray from all directions.

The IP50 rated system is therefore ideal and specifically designed for operation in dusty environments and the IP65 rated system is ideal where a higher level of protection is required including use in hose-down areas such as food production.

Passing comment, James Bernard Chairman of Axicon Auto ID Ltd said, “We are delighted to announce the launch of our new industrial protection verifier range, it further enhances our highly popular 7000 series verifiers and provides our users with greater peace of mind when using the verifiers in harsher working environments,” he continued, “we also offer the flexibility to choose from two IP ratings so that the customer can select the appropriate system for their specific operational needs.”
