Current ratings of 5A, 6.3A and 8A are available. The 835 series meets all the requirements outlined in global IEC 60127-2, Sheet 5 specification for time-lag fuses. It is RoHS compliant and 100% lead-free.

Diodes Inc’s new PAM8014 is a 3.2W mono filterless Class-D amplifier with high PSRR and differential input that eliminates noise and RF rectification. It features greater than 90% efficiency and a small PCB area, which makes the PAM8014 Class-D amplifier ideal for portable applications.

The output uses a filterless architecture, minimizing the number of external components and PCB area while providing a high performance, simple and lower cost system. The PAM8014 also provides short circuit protection and thermal shutdown.
