OZ Condos is the newest addition to the firm’s growing portfolio.
Winnipeg, MB (June 17, 2014) — Imperial Properties, a leading property management firm serving Winnipeg and the surrounding area, has welcomed its 40th condominium property into its rapidly growing management portfolio.
The firm has been managing its own properties since 2007, and in 2010 began offering third-party management services, specializing in condominiums. This month, Imperial Properties began managing the OZ Condos, a 25-unit community at 90 Bole Street in Winnipeg.

The community is located in one of Winnipeg’s most sought-after neighborhoods, a centrally located Osborne Village known for its historic charm and variety of artistic shops and restaurants. Occupancy of OZ Condos began June 15, although there are still a few units available for sale.
