PAC Drops Endorsement of Rep. Joe Barton Due to his Surprise Support for Amnesty

“Rep. Joe Barton is playing the Republican trickster game where he says he wants to give illegal aliens a form of legal status but not citizenship and voting rights,” said William Gheen President of ALIPAC.

Raleigh, NC, USA (April 28, 2014) — Contact: Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) Press@alipac.us / (866) 703-0864

Surprised by Congressman Joe Barton (R-TX) (202-225-2002) announcement last Friday in the Dallas Morning news that he now supports a path to legalization, through a new guest worker program that would remove current penalties of law for millions of illegal immigration, ALIPAC is dropping the national organization’s standing endorsement of his campaign and adding him to the list of GOP lawmakers that support amnesty for illegal immigrants instead.

Changing America’s existing immigration laws which are designed to deter illegal immigration in order to accommodate tens of millions of illegal immigrants is a form of amnesty. Furthermore, illegal immigrants that are accommodated will one day vote against any candidate that supports borders and equitable laws in America!

“Rep. Joe Barton is playing the Republican trickster game where he says he wants to give illegal aliens a form of legal status but not citizenship and voting rights,” said William Gheen President of ALIPAC. “You do not have to be a legal scholar or a lawyer to know the courts will quickly strike down any attempt of Congress to create a second class version of citizenship. Joe Barton’s illegal immigrants would eventually be given voting rights by the courts thus destroying any future hopes for border or immigration law enforcement. His promises of border security are bitter lies that will never come to fruition if the amnesty portion of his expected bill ever becomes law!”

Many Republican lawmakers have recently been added to the ‘GOP Traitor’ list due to their efforts to help Barack Obama change existing laws to accommodate tens of millions of illegal immigrants with a form of amnesty called ‘immigration reform’. GOP lawmakers refuse to use the word amnesty to describe their actions because they are quite aware that more than 80% of Republican voters reject amnesty because they know such actions will only lead to more illegal immigration in the future.

In 1987, Congress passed the Simpson-Mazzolie Act which granted amnesty for approximately 3 million illegal aliens. Almost all of the enforcement promises of the bill were never adequately implemented. This resulted in the current 12-20 million illegal immigrants in America.

“Using the lessons learned and mathematics established by the 1987 amnesty for illegals, we can estimate that any new form of amnesty, legalization, guest worker visa, etc… will result in more than 40 million new illegal immigrants entering America in the next two decades!” said William Gheen.

ALIPAC has dropped all support for Representative Joe Barton which had been originally based on his high rankings and grades with NumbersUSA. ALIPAC is now seeking another candidate to run replace Joe Barton who has betrayed a majority of his constituents by supporting the interests of the costly and deadly illegal immigrant invasion of America over American taxpayers.

Amnesty Support Costs Pete Sessions Endorsement Changed To His Primary Opponent

ALIPAC is dropping the organization’s eight year endorsement of Congressman Pete Sessions (R-TX) and endorsing his GOP primary opponent Katrina Pierson due to the release of activist videos showing Sessions supporting a form of amnesty for illegal immigrants similar to what Barack Obama has called for.

Raleigh, NC, USA (March 3, 2014) — Contact: Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) Press@alipac.us / (866) 703-0864

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC is dropping the organization’s eight year endorsement of Congressman Pete Sessions (R-TX) and endorsing his GOP primary opponent Katrina Pierson due to the release of activist videos showing Sessions supporting a form of amnesty for illegal immigrants similar to what Barack Obama has called for.

ALIPAC is now endorsing Pete Sessions’ GOP primary opponent Katrina Pierson because she has completed a survey pledging to support America’s existing border and immigration laws instead of any form of amnesty for illegal immigrants. (click here for survey)

“Pete Sessions had a lot of people really fooled into thinking he was a supporter of America’s existing border and immigration laws,” said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. “We were shocked to find out he is one of the Republican sellouts trying to change our existing laws to ‘accommodate’ and legalize millions of illegal aliens which would eventually permanently degrade America’s borders, laws, Constitution, and elections!”

ALIPAC has endorsed Congressman Pete Sessions since 2006 due to his strong grades with NumbersUSA and his prior commentaries about opposing amnesty for illegals and illegal immigration.

ALIPAC is dropping the endorsement for Congressman Pete Sessions due to activist videos just released that show Pete Sessions speaking at several town halls in 2013 making comments in support of John Boehner’s plan to legalize millions of illegal immigrants. (click here for videos)

Mathew Boyle of Breitbart News reports on March 1 that, “In the videos, Sessions frames his support for amnesty as granting legal status to illegal aliens who are not violent criminals-but somehow not citizenship, even though anyone who obtains a green card is allowed to eventually apply for citizenship. Sessions described such an amnesty as aiming to ‘accommodate’ illegal aliens.” (click for full article)

Americans in every state are being asked by ALIPAC to drop their support for Pete Sessions due to his support for Obama’s nation disrupting amnesty plans and to offer their support to Katrina Pierson in the 32nd Congressional District of Texas!

Congressman Pete Sessions has now been added to ALIPAC’s tracking list of 46 GOP members of Congress that support John Boehner’s plan to help Obama pass amnesty for millions of illegal aliens in America. ALIPAC wants strong GOP primary challengers to confront and defeat the Republican members of Congress on this list (click here).

Woody White Is Best Choice for NC District 7 Voters Who Oppose Amnesty for Illegals

ALIPAC is endorsing Woody White for Congress in North Carolina’s 7th congressional district today due to his opposition to amnesty legislation for illegal immigrants and due to David Rouzer’s prior lobbying efforts to pass amnesty for illegals.

Raleigh, NC, USA (February 25, 2014) — Contact: Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) Press@alipac.us / (919) 787-6009

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC is endorsing Woody White for Congress in North Carolina’s 7th congressional district today due to his opposition to amnesty legislation for illegal immigrants and due to David Rouzer’s prior lobbying efforts to pass amnesty for illegals.

“NC voters have a clear choice in the 7th district to replace outgoing Congressman Mike McIntyre,” said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. “David Rouzer has proven he supports a form of immigration reform amnesty for illegal aliens that would disrupt American elections and bring in millions more illegal immigrants while Woody White has pledged to uphold America’s existing immigration and border laws instead.”

David Rouzer was defeated by Mike McIntyre in 2012 because many Republican voters voted Democrat due to Rouzer’s support for amnesty for illegal aliens and McIntyre’s staunch opposition to such legislation. ALIPAC played a key role in that race by endorsing McIntyre.

David Rouzer admitted that he was paid to lobby for amnesty for illegal aliens and continued to support amnesty as a “solution” for illegal immigration during a televised debate with prior GOP primary opponent Ilario Pantano that took place on WECT TV on April 4, 2012.

ALIPAC’s William Gheen went on the record in 2012 telling NC voters that David Rouzer’s friends in Raleigh drew the new 7th district to elect Rouzer from Johnston County.

“David Rouzer is both a Washington, DC, and Raleigh, NC, insider who has used his influence to get the 7th district customized for his congressional run,” said William Gheen. “The last thing NC or America needs right now is another corrupt insider establishment politician like David Rouzer who is willing to put his own desires before what is good for the American public!”

Woody White has completed ALIPAC’s 2014 Federal Candidate survey indicating he is willing to oppose all forms of amnesty for illegal immigrants and instead “Support Americans and legal immigrants by supporting the adequate enforcement of America’s existing border and immigration laws as the US Constitution requires for the protection of American jobs, elections, taxpayer resources, health, and lives.”

Woody White becomes ALIPAC’s 92nd endorsement of 2014 and joins other North Carolina candidates such as Congressmen Walter Jones Jr. and Patrick McHenry, who enjoy ALIPAC’s support due to their opposition to illegal immigration and amnesty.

ALIPAC Drops Endorsement for US Senator Dean Heller Over His Vote for Amnesty

ALIPAC is updating its endorsements list to help voters in 2014 pick between candidates who support America’s existing immigration and border laws and those who would destroy America’s borders with immigration reform amnesty for illegal aliens.

Raleigh, NC, USA (February 5, 2014) — Contact: Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) Press@alipac.us / (866) 703-0864

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC is updating its endorsements list to help voters in 2014 pick between candidates who support America’s existing immigration and border laws and those who would destroy America’s borders with immigration reform amnesty for illegal aliens.

ALIPAC’s prior endorsement of Senator Dean Heller is being rescinded and Heller is being added to the “Senate Traitors” list for targeting for removal from office in his next election because Heller voted for the Senate Amnesty bill (S 744) in 2013, worked with corrupt Senator Harry Reid to insert pork and kickbacks for casinos into the bill, and allowed his legislative grades at NumbersUSA to drop from an A+ to a C-.

“Senator Heller looks like one of those sellouts who sold his soul to afford the expenses of moving up to the Senate from the US House,” said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. “Dean Heller is clearly on the payroll of the illegal alien hiring casinos and hotels in Vegas and he is now selling out all Americans by supporting amnesty for illegal aliens legislation. No wonder so many illegal aliens are feloniously voting in US elections in Las Vegas without repercussions when both US Senators for Nevada are in the bag for organized crime!”

ALIPAC is America’s largest Political Action Committee addressing the issues of illegal immigration and immigration reform amnesty for illegals. Founded on 9/11 of 2004 in honor of the victims of 9/11 who perished due to the inadequate enforcement of America’s immigration and border laws, ALIPAC currently endorses more than 130 incumbent members of Congress.

Many challengers are being added to ALIPAC’s endorsements as federal candidate surveys are returned. ALIPAC has made a special priority of educating GOP Primary voters and potential candidates about the 35 Republicans in the US House and several in the Senate, including Dean Heller, who are supporting Obama’s push for amnesty for illegal aliens.

ALIPAC is now banned from national television networks that also support amnesty for illegal aliens, such as Fox News, CNN, MSNBC, etc… because those networks do not want the following comments to be aired.

“If Congress and the Senate rubber stamp Obama’s unlawful and unConstitutional amnesty decrees for illegal aliens by passing a bill, then the borders of the United States will be destroyed forevermore!” warns William Gheen. “More than 80% of Americans are crying out for the borders to be secured and all states to be protected from this invasion as the Constitution requires. Such an honorable goal will become politically impossible if 20 million illegals are allowed to stay and pursue a path to citizenship and voting rights!”

Real Conservatives Mount Primary Challenges Against Amnesty & GOP Establishment

ALIPAC and many other conservative, immigration enforcement, and Tea Party groups are searching for GOP Primary challengers to replace Republican establishment candidates who are working to provide Obama with immigration reform amnesty for illegal immigrants.

Raleigh, NC, USA (January 29, 2014) — Contact: Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) Press@alipac.us / (866) 703-0864

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC and many other conservative, immigration enforcement, and Tea Party groups are searching for GOP Primary challengers to replace Republican establishment candidates who are working to provide Obama with immigration reform amnesty for illegal immigrants.

“These sellouts in the GOP like Boehner, Cantor, Ryan, Ellmers, and about 30 others are focused on helping Obama and illegal immigrants instead of helping Americans!” said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. “We have them on record supporting a form of legalization and amnesty for illegal aliens that is opposed by more than 80% of the Republican voters in their districts so we plan to mount challenges to everyone on the naughty list!”

ALIPAC has been nationally circulating a list of 35 incumbent Republicans in Congress who have gone on the record supporting a form of amnesty for illegal aliens which would over-write existing laws in favor of illegals to the detriment of Americans. (click here to see target list)

ALIPAC is also hoping to consolidate national conservative, immigration, and Tea Party group opposition behind candidates who support America’s existing laws instead of Amnesty legislation and remove Senators Mitch McConnell, Lamar Alexander, Susan Collins, and Lindsey Graham from office in the GOP Primaries of 2014.

“We need every true American searching for quality GOP primary challengers where our grass roots efforts have a strong chance of throwing DC insiders on the amnesty band wagon out of office in the next few months,” said William Gheen.

ALIPAC plans to make the first GOP Primary endorsement tomorrow by endorsing a candidate who has completed a 2014 Federal Candidate Survey indicating they support America’s current border and immigration laws. Candidates opposing key GOP amnesty supporters like Jason Chaffetz (Utah), Trey Gowdy (S.C.), Justin Amash (Mich.), Renee Ellmers (N.C.) and Steve Scalise (La.) will be given priority attention.

Banned Fox News Guest Releases Statement on Senator Lindsey Graham Revelations

Raleigh, NC, USA (January 15, 2014) — Contact: Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC): Press@alipac.us / (866) 703-0864

Prior Fox News guest William Gheen is issuing a statement in response to The Wall Street Journal’s report of January 14, 2014, written by Laura Meckler that reveals Fox News banned guests who are opponents of amnesty for illegal immigrants and political opponents of Senator Lindsey Graham.

The article indicates (click here to read) that after Rupert Murdoch, owner of Fox News, came out in support of immigration reform amnesty three years ago, the CEO of Fox News Roger Ailes met several times with Senator Lindsey Graham to discuss controlling the content of Fox News in favor of amnesty legislation.

“I knew that I was banned from Fox News for my prior successful efforts opposing amnesty legislation,” said William Gheen. “I am glad that Senator Lindsey Graham is now telling people the truth even though I believe he is boasting when he reveals how Roger Ailes banned people like me to help Graham pass amnesty legislation that would permanently destroy America’s borders and permanently displace most Fox News viewers in American jobs and elections! I hope that all Americans will be warned that Fox News is neither fair nor balanced, and that totalitarian steps are being taken to silence the voices representing the views of most Fox News viewers.”

William Gheen last appeared on Fox News, after being a regular guest for many years, as the first in studio guest on the historic Election Day of November 2, 2010. While banned from Fox News and other major networks that all support nation destroying amnesty for illegal aliens, ALIPAC and William Gheen continue to broadcast to hundreds of thousands of Americans via social media and email alerts found at http://www.alipac.us.

Anyone that would like to record a complaint about the unethical steps taken by Fox News to silence the opponents of illegal immigrant amnesty can call 888-369-4762.

Immigration Reform Amnesty Legislation Defeated for Next 3 Years by Americans

Immigration reform amnesty for illegal aliens has failed to pass in 2013 due to lobbying efforts from activists who represent the majority of American citizens opposed to such legislation and due to the political quagmires on the budget and healthcare.

Raleigh, NC, USA (December 17, 2013) — Contact: Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) (866) 703-0864, Press@alipac.us

Immigration reform amnesty for illegal aliens has failed to pass in 2013 due to lobbying efforts from activists who represent the majority of American citizens opposed to such legislation and due to the political quagmires on the budget and healthcare.

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC is announcing the Defeat of Amnesty 2013 which has been the national organization’s year long focus and battle cry while also pointing out that immigration reform amnesty for illegal aliens is likely doomed for the next three years.

“The off election year of 2014 and the resulting loss of amnesty supporters who will be defeated by the public next year will shut down legislative amnesty, hopefully for three years!” said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. “The invasion and amnesty supporters have made a big tactical mistake. We stopped them from getting their Amnesty bill to Obama’s desk and now we know which Republicans and Democrats need to be thrown out of office in 2014.”

ALIPAC is focusing attention on a list the group is circulating of 35 GOP members of Congress who have been detected secretly working with the Obama administration to pass amnesty for illegal aliens. Four incumbent GOP members of the Senate up for reelection in 2014 are similarly targeted for removal.

Removing lawmakers who support immigration reform amnesty from office will occur because a large majority of Americans do not support a path to citizenship for illegal aliens that would in turn create a new voting bloc of prior illegals in American elections which would permanently destroy all borders and immigration law enforcement. Speaker Boehner knows this and has told business leaders he will help Pelosi and Obama pass amnesty after filing closes in 2014.

While illegal alien invasion supporters tell the media they hope to eventually overwhelm American defenders through continued illegal immigration and very high birth rates among the new arrivals, and that they want Obama to increase his risk of impeachment by further violating the Constitution with decreed amnesty, ALIPAC is encouraged by this change in the tide of the struggle.

PAC Calls for Primary Challengers for GOP Senators Supporting Obama’s Amnesty Bill

America’s only political action committee dedicated to stopping and reversing illegal immigration and any form of Amnesty for illegal immigrants is calling for GOP primary challengers for any Republicans in Washington who vote “Yes on Cloture” for the Obama backed Amnesty bill S. 744 that is currently scheduled for a vote on Tuesday, June 11, at 2:15 pm ET.

Raleigh, NC, USA (June 10, 2013) — Contact: Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) Press@alipac.us / (866) 703-0864

“Republicans voting in support of Obama’s illegal alien Amnesty bill will pay a heavy price in the next elections!” said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. “We want the senators to filibuster S. 744 and vote ‘No on Cloture’ because this bill will destroy America’s ability to ever secure our borders or enforce our immigration laws in the future! This bill will flood the United States with tens of millions of future unstoppable illegal immigrants who will be backed and supported by the illegal aliens given Amnesty and eventual voting rights by S. 744!”

Senate Bill S. 744 is close to having the 60 yes votes on Cloture needed to avoid a filibuster due to the announced support from GOP Senators Rand Paul, Marco Rubio, Kelly Ayotte, John McCain, Jeff Flake, Orrin Hatch, and Lindsey Graham, who are siding with Barack Obama and Harry Reid and most Democrats in support of the Amnesty bill.

ALIPAC believes that most Americans oppose the Amnesty for illegal immigrants contained in S. 744, that a super majority of Republicans oppose the measure, and that much greater numbers will rue the passage of the bill when the negative consequences for American workers, taxpayers, and voters quickly manifest after passage.

“Many more Americans are going to be killed by illegal aliens than the current thousands we are losing each year due to the current under-enforcement of our existing immigration and border laws,” said William Gheen. “The number of Americans who lose their jobs, communities, taxpayer and healthcare resources, and voting impact will rapidly increase. The promises of future immigration and border enforcement will quickly vanish if S. 744 passes!”

A similar bill was passed that gave illegal immigrants Amnesty in 1986. At the time, Americans were promised future border enforcement that never materialized. The 1986 Amnesty was supposed to be for 1 million illegals, but quickly expanded to Amnesty for 3 million illegal immigrants. This disaster led to the 12-20 million illegal immigrants residing in America in 2013. Using the mathematics of the 1986 Amnesty bill, passage of Senate Bill 744 “Border Security, Economic Opportunity, and Immigration Modernization Act” will lead to more than 30 million new illegal immigrants in America by the year 2028.

William Gheen & ALIPAC Release New Tools To Fight Illegal Immigration and Amnesty

ALIPAC’s spokesman William Gheen is announcing new tools to aid American citizens in their fight against illegal immigration and against Amnesty for illegals including a tracking list for federal lawmakers.

Raleigh, NC, USA (May 1, 2013) — Contact: ALIPAC (866) 703-0864 Press@alipac.us

Americans for Legal Immigration PAC’s (ALIPAC) spokesman William Gheen is announcing new tools to aid American citizens in their fight against illegal immigration and against Amnesty for illegals including a tracking list for federal lawmakers.

ALIPAC is now tracking which members of the US Senate and US House of Representatives are for or against the immigration reform Amnesty legislation in the hopes of informing voters in 2014 which candidates stood with the American majority vs. which candidates stood for Amnesty for illegal aliens.

“We are tracking which federal lawmakers support Amnesty for illegal aliens in legislation like the ‘Gang of 8’s S 744 which most American voters reject,” said William Gheen of ALIPAC. “We are releasing this list online and will work to remind voters before they cast ballots in 2014. We believe American voters will reject the lawmakers supporting Amnesty for illegal immigrants.”

By launching ALIPAC’s 2014 campaign endorsements early this year and establishing vote tracking lists, the group hopes to dissuade lawmakers from supporting amnesty for illegal immigrants including the amnesty provisions found in the ‘Gang of 8’ bill S. 744.

ALIPAC is also releasing 7 new high visibility pages added to the group’s main website at http://www.ALIPAC.us.

These new pages of content will provide the public with more information about illegal immigration, illegal immigrants, Barack Obama and illegal immigration, problems caused by illegal immigration, illegal immigration facts, the history of illegal immigration in America, and information about how to report illegals!

“Our goal is to compile more information from ALIPAC’s vast archives about illegal immigration into online content that is easier for the public to access, understand, and utilize,” said William Gheen.

To review ALIPAC’s new content pages and lawmaker tracking lists, or to schedule interviews, please visit http://www.ALIPAC.us.

PAC Launches 2014 Campaign Program To Stop Amnesty Legislation in DC

ALIPAC is launching their 2014 candidate and campaign program to put the brakes on any legislation that would put America’s borders on a path to destruction by legalizing illegal aliens.

Raleigh, NC, USA (April 10, 2013) — Contact: Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC) 866 703-0864 / press@alipac.us

In response to illegal invader supporters marching in American streets today demanding amnesty legislation that is expected soon in Washington, ALIPAC is launching their 2014 candidate and campaign program to put the brakes on any legislation that would put America’s borders on a path to destruction by legalizing illegal aliens.

“The vast majority of Americans want border and immigration law enforcement instead of any form of amnesty for illegal invaders,” said William Gheen President of ALIPAC who was cited in the national and global media last week opposing the AP style change discarding the term ‘illegal immigrant.’ “By starting our 2014 campaign efforts early, we will send a clear message to all incumbent lawmakers that they will not be able to hide any cloture or actual votes on amnesty from their constituents!”

ALIPAC was formed on September 11, 2004 in honor of the victims of 9/11 who were killed due to the inadequate enforcement of America’s existing immigration laws, just like the DC sniper victims and the thousands of Americans killed each year on American soil by illegal invaders. Millions of American are displaced in their jobs and billions of dollars are lost to illegals due to depreciated wages and stolen taxpayer resources.

ALIPAC opposes Obama’s DACA (Deferrred Action) amnesty because it is unlawful, unconstitutional, and not backed by any legislation or lawmaker voters.

ALIPAC opposes any new legislation that would rubber stamp Obama’s dictatorial actions, because changing America’s laws to accommodate millions of illegal invaders is sending the message around the world that America’s defenses are down and that illegal immigration will not be stopped. While over 80% of Americans want the current borders of the United States enforced, the Executive Branch refuses to comply.

Such hopes for future border security or immigration law enforcement designed to protect American jobs, property, and lives from invasion will vanish if Comprehensive Immigration Reform Amnesty passes, placing millions of illegal invaders on a path to voting rights and a radical transformation of American politics which will displace over 15 million American voters.

ALIPAC is currently endorsing more than 100 members of Congress that the organization feels can be counted on to oppose Amnesty for illegal aliens CLICK HERE FOR LIST.
