NIC Components recently introduced the NUVA33 series, NUVA35 series, NUVA66 series, and NUVA77 series of surface mount UV (ultraviolet) LEDs.
The NUVA33 series features multiple UV LEDs in a surface mount package that is 3.40 x 3.40 x 2.37mm in size. The NUVA33 series comes in wavelengths from 365nm to 405nm, radiant flux of 870mW ~ 1000mW at 500mA, ideal for UV curing, photo catalyst and sensor light applications. Power ratings are from 3.01W ~ 3.08W.
The NUVA35 series features multiple UV LEDs in a surface mount package that is 3.40 x 3.40 x 3.34mm in size. The NUVA35 series comes in wavelengths from 365nm ~ 405nm, radiant flux of 870mW ~ 1000mW at 500mA, ideal for UV curing, photo catalyst and sensor light applications. Power ratings are from 3.01W ~ 3.08W.
The NUVA66 series features multiple UV LEDs in a surface mount package that is 6.0 x 6.0 x 1.2mm in size. The NUVA66 series comes in wavelengths from 365nm ~ 405nm, radiant flux of 640mW ~ 800mW at 500mA, ideal for UV curing, photo catalyst and sensor light applications. Power ratings are from 4.3W ~ 4.4W.
The NUVA77 series features multiple UV LEDs in a surface mount package that is 6.8 x 6.8 x 1.45mm in size. The NUVA77 series comes in wavelengths from 365nm ~ 405nm, radiant flux of 2600mW ~ 3100mW at 500mA, ideal for UV curing, photo catalyst and sensor light applications. Power ratings are from 17.2W ~ 17.3W.
