The position was previously held by Doug Hignell, who will still be actively involved in the family-owned company. Larios will continue to be responsible for day-to-day operations, as well as the overall strategic direction of the company, which specializes in residential and commercial property management, home owner association management, brokerage and full professional services including painting, cleaning and construction / maintenance.
