Dr. Oz Showcases the Success of hCG Programs like that Offered at Glenmore Healthcare

The core principles of Glenmore Healthcare’s hCG Weight Loss Program are consistent with those outlined by Dr. Oz in his February 6th, 2013 segment on hCG for weight loss.

Calgary, AB, Canada (February 9, 2013) — The core principles of Glenmore Healthcare’s hCG Weight Loss Program are consistent with those outlined by Dr. Oz in his February 6th, 2013 segment on hCG for weight loss. After challenging a leading hCG physician last year to complete a study of the success rates and benefits of the hCG Protocol for weight loss, Dr. Oz commented that hCG does work for many patients.

In his February 6th, 2013 segment on hCG for weight loss (http://www.doctoroz.com/videos/new-hcg-diet), Dr. Oz presented the data supplied by a leading medical weight management physician, that patients can lose weight successfully with the use of pharmaceutical hCG (human Chorionic Gonadotropin) while under a doctor’s strict supervision.

In a follow up study conducted by Dr. Sheri Emma, Dr. Oz highlighted Dr. Emma’s findings, that patients following a strict, medically supervised hCG Protocol effectively lost weight. “It is the diet that drives weight loss, but it is the hCG injections that affect how one loses the weight,” Dr Emma explained. “hCG helps the patients keep the weight off because muscle is retained during the diet, unlike other diets that typically result in muscle loss.” This makes sense, because after people lose 30lbs they should require less calories, but in fact, as confirmed through Resting Metabolic Rate testing, patients can eat a similar amount of calories after the conclusion of an hCG program. This is due to the muscle being retained during the protocol (and muscle burns more calories than fat). “Patients can lose weight with the diet with or without the hCG, but one will keep the weight off longer if one does it with pharmaceutical hCG because it changes one’s body composition in favor of muscle over fat.”

Glenmore Healthcare’s exclusive hCG Weight Loss Program (http://www.glenmorehealthcare.com/our-program) is consistent with the protocols and parameters discussed on Dr. Oz’s February 6th 2013 segment. Glenmore Healthcare’s hCG medically supervised weight loss program is based upon the successful protocol originally developed in 1954 by Dr. Simeons, and detailed in his report, Pounds and Inches, and is built around a low calorie diet coupled with the administration of the pharmaceutical grade of the naturally occurring hormone, hCG. Glenmore Healthcare follows the IAPAM’s (International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine (http://www.iapam.com) Clean Start hCG Weight Loss Protocol (http://www.hcgtraining.com), which has been administered to over 33,000 patients around the world with consistent weight loss results.

IAPAM’s Physician hCG Training is Consistent with Dr. Oz’s Recommendations

Las Vegas, Nevada – March 17, 2012 — The IAPAM has trained over 650 physicians on how to safely offer hCG for weight loss, and well over 20,000 patients have successfully lost weight using the IAPAM’s Exclusive hCG Protocol. The core principles of the IAPAM’s hCG Training are consistent with those outlined by Dr. Oz in his March 14, 2012 segment on hCG for weight loss: it is imperative for patients to undertake an hCG program under the care of a trained physician, and never use hCG (homeopathic hCG) that is sold without a prescription.

In his March 14, 2012 segment on hCG for weight loss (http://www.doctoroz.com/videos/does-hcg-diet-work-pt-1), Dr. Oz announced that he had “new data” on the successful use of hCG (human Chorionic Gonadotropin) for weight loss. In a pilot study conducted by a leading medical weight management physician, Dr. Oz reported that patients following a strict, medically supervised hCG Protocol, were not hungry and lost weight, and ultimately lost more “fat vs. muscle,” than patients on only a very low calorie diet.

During the segment, Dr. Oz had several key messages regarding the safe and effective use of pharmaceutical grade hCG in a physician-supervised weight loss program. These key messages are consistent with the principals taught in the International Association for Physicians in Aesthetic Medicine’s Physician hCG Training (http://www.hcgtraining.com):

1. Consistent with the FDA’s position, homeopathic hCG (hCG drops, etc.) DO NOT WORK. Only pharmaceutical hCG, prescribed by a physician as part of a proven hCG Protocol, is effective in fat and weight loss.
2. Unlike weight loss from a restrictive diet alone, where up to 1/3 of a patient’s weight loss is muscle loss, patients on an hCG Protocol lose fat from their stomachs, buttocks, etc. and “leave the muscle alone.”
3. Dr. Oz recommends that any patient on diet under 1200 calories, should be under the direct care of a physician.

The IAPAM’s hCG Protocol is based upon the successful protocol originally developed in 1954 by Dr. Simeons, and detailed in his report, Pounds and Inches, and is built around a low calorie diet coupled with the administration of the pharmaceutical grade of the naturally occurring hormone, hCG. The IAPAM’s hCG Protocol has been administered to over 20,000 patients around the world with consistent weight loss results.

To date, all of the IAPAM’s 2010, 2011 and 2012 Physician hCG Medical Weight Management seminars have sold out, so to register for the next hCG Training session in Scottsdale, Arizona, please go to http://www.hcgtraining.com, or contact the IAPAM at info@theiapam.com or 1-800-219-5108 ext 708.

Glenmore Healthcare’s hCG Program is Consistent with Dr. Oz’s hCG March 14, 2012 Recommendations

During the segment, Dr. Oz had several key messages regarding the safe and effective use of pharmaceutical grade hCG in a physician-supervised weight loss program. These key messages are consistent the hCG for Weight Loss Program offered at Calgary’s Glenmore Healthcare and Wellness Clinic (http://www.glenmorehealthcare.com):

1. Consistent with the FDA’s position, homeopathic hCG (hCG drops, etc.) DOES NOT WORK. Only pharmaceutical hCG, prescribed by a physician as part of a proven hCG Protocol, is effective in fat and weight loss.

2. Unlike weight loss from a restrictive diet alone, where up to 1/3 of a patient’s weight loss is muscle loss, patients on an hCG Protocol loose fat from their stomachs, buttocks, etc. and “leave the muscle alone.”

Glenmore Healthcare’s exclusive hCG Weight Loss Program (http://www.glenmorehealthcare.com/our-program) concurs with Dr. Oz’s hCG recommendations. Patients participating in the Glenmore Healthcare’s hCG for Weight Loss Program are monitored by a licensed physician who specializes in hCG for weight loss. Labs, vital statistics and body analysis (BIA) measurements are recorded prior to starting the program. Patients at Glenmore Healthcare have lost as much as 20 pounds in our 26 day program, and 35 pounds in our 43 day program. At the end of the program, clinic staff will test a patient’s RMR (Resting Metabolic Rate) with the same equipment as used on NBC’s “The Biggest Loser.” It is very important that when a patient partakes of an hCG weight loss program, that they complete it under the supervision of a physician and follow the entire detailed protocol, as is done at Glenmore Healthcare.
