February 24, 2011 (Honolulu, Hawaii) — Imagine Travel announced the official release of a new travel rewards program called “tPoints”. The program has been available in beta to a select group of members over the last several months as the company worked to ensure all features of the rewards program were functioning as expected. As of today’s announcement, the company stated the beta release of the program has been a success, and the travel rewards program is officially open to the general public. There are currently no requirements to join the program and it is completely free.
The rewards program allows participants to earn rewards points, called “tPoints”, through a number of different ways which mainly includes participating in Imagine Travel’s online community in some way or another. Participants who accumulate tPoints can use them towards discounts on reservations for hotels, car rentals, airline tickets, travel activities, tours, cruises and various other types of travel accommodations. There is no expiration date on earned tPoints so participants can accumulate the travel points for as long as they want without having to worry about losing them if not consumed within a given period.
