The Blackberry Storm 3 has already generated so much speculation regarding its final release date that it is now futile to indulge in one more round of it. Suffice it to say that will be very surprising if RIM does not release it withing the first quarter of 2011. Awaited obviously are Blackberry Storm 3 contract deals and other Blackberry Storm 3 deals.
Probably this amount of speculation was never there for any other smartphone handset. Industry experts and others directly or indirectly interested in the mobile phone industry in UK, have been predicting the imminent arrival of the Blackberry Storm 3 for nearly an year now. As it all started way back in June/July 2010 when it was believed that the Blackberry Storm 3 will see the light of day some time in August, 2010. Then, it was suggested that it will be November, 2011 instead. But somehow, this kind of heightened rumours have remained just that speculation. Though, based on highly reliable mobile phone industry sources.
But now, there is certainly some light at the end of the tunnel. Online reports do suggest an imminent release for the upgraded Storm smartphone handset from RIM. In all probability, we will have the new Blackberry Storm 3 smartphone device hitting the mobile phone store shelves pretty soon within the next couple of months. Expectedly, the Blackberry Storm 3 will be the upgraded version of the Blackberry Storm 2 that is it is understood, doing pretty well in the mobile phone market place here. The one major upgradation that RIM has done to the new Blackberry Storm 3 is that the entertainment features have been thoroughly overhauled.
What with a fine media player that can play multiple audio and video formats – MP3/WAV/eAAC+/WMA/MP4/H.264/H.263/WMV and a whopping eight mega pixel camera device that is equipped with dual LED flash and fixed focus options and the inherent ability to click images and record videos at the remarkably high resolution of 3264 x 2448 pixels. This is probably a first for Blackberry phones. With the Li-Ion 1200 mAh (BL-4D) battery powering it along, the Blackberry Storm 3 has the AMOLEDF touchscreen displaying images and videos, etc, in totally visually arresting fashion. You can look forward to 3G connectivity at its best in the Blackberry Storm 3.
