Call For Nationwide Boycott On ISO Certified Companies Overseen By China-led IAF

U.S. Trade group and veterans to unmask companies shamelessly and willingly under China influence.

Washington, DC (USA), January 22, 2018 — Thousands of companies across the country certified to ISO standards are increasingly learning their quality system over-seen by China-led International Accreditation Forum (IAF) is not sitting well with many Americans, particularly military veterans, conservative lawmakers and a growing band of patriotic citizens. Ignoring the problem has proven to be a costly mistake for many businesses.

The American Manufacturing Network (http://www.mfgpartners.net) promises to unveil hundreds of U.S. companies found to have its quality certification overseen by China-led IAF. The trade group plans to unmask the scheme to the the American public by calling out individual companies and their leadership one-by-one.

“American businesses willingly allowing its quality management system to be certified by a registrar associated with the China-led International Accreditation Forum (IAF) must be exposed for what many are calling Anti-American business practices,” said Richard Milton, spokesman for the American Board of Accredited Certifications (ABAC) at http://www.aboac.org.

Studies shows the majority of businesses in the United States certified to ISO standards is unaware their registrar’s accreditation body, ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB) is discreetly over-seen by China-led IAF, which is under the leadership of Chinese national Xiao Jianhua who serves as the current Chairman and Director of the organization according to tax records at http://dguberman.com/IAF_Tax_Form.pdf

With over 50% of ISO registrars in the United States accredited by ANAB, it could mean thousands of businesses across the country are unknowingly under the watchful eye of Mr. Jianhua and his Chinese agents in Beijing, the capital of the People’s Republic of China. Daryl Guberman, candidate for U.S. Senate (I-CT) released a video recording on the matter in effort to inform businesses unaware of their registrar being under the oversight and influence of China at https://youtu.be/IZDq-f7Unug

Research has shown the International Accreditation Forum (IAF) is heavily persuaded by foreign entities in countries less than friendly with the United States, including Iran and previously North Korea. An investigation showed China-led IAF, the oversight body for ANAB, allowed North Korea membership for 6 years, risking the theft of intellectual property to a threatening regime. Equally troubling, Libya became an IAF member during the dictatorship of Muammar Gaddafi. The matter remains under investigation.

Guberman was first to raise questions about the colluding relationship between IAF and ANAB and its violations of U.S. sanctions. “The accreditation scheme conjured up between China-led International Accreditation Forum (IAF) and the ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB) is misguiding U.S. businesses certified to ISO standards by providing a channel for foreign oversight bodies to gain access to quality reports, audits and annual surveillance performed by US-based registration companies accredited by ANAB and its sister organization China-led IAF,” said Guberman.

Despite ANAB’s claims of being “independent” from China-led IAF, both organizations remain under the leadership of the same individuals in the United States and China, and share the same physical address on state tax records. Guberman said although IAF is incorporated in Delaware, the organization is clearly under the leadership and guidance of Chinese national Xiao Jianhua and his business associates in China.

As an increasingly likely candidate for U.S. Senate, Guberman is currently in talks with the Federal Trade Commission and State Department calling for authorities to investigate both IAF and ANAB for allegedly violating U.S. sanctions and engaging in questionable business practices, according to reports. See http://bit.ly/2mG9JwU

“American businesses certified to ISO standards need to decide if they want to be over-seen and accredited by a China-led organization, or an accreditation body of the United States,” said Guberman. He concluded, “Veterans and the American people are quickly discovering where the loyalty of these businesses stand when it comes to U.S. or China oversight of their quality management system.”

“Boycotting U.S. businesses knowingly and shamelessly under the oversight of China-led IAF and its accomplice ANAB is necessary to bring attention to such a critical matter,” said Donald LaBelle, Founder of VOB9009 (http://www.vob9009.com), the country’s leading certification program for Veteran-owned businesses. He added, “American companies whether certified or not certified to quality standards should always put the interests of the American people first by ensuring their quality management certificate is issued and accredited by a US-based organization completely independent of foreign oversight bodies masquerading as American.”

The outspoken rock star Ted Nugent understands the importance of putting America first. “China, Iran and North Korea (all members of International Accreditation Forum) spit in America’s face. They have no respect for America, and they sure as hell have no fear of America,” said Nugent.

No matter where a business owner in the United States stands on the matter, one thing appears to be evident, the ISO certification marketplace in the United States is going to see significant changes in 2018, and the battle between American patriots and liberal organizations over-seen by China is about to explode into a frenzy within the quality community, said Richard Milton.

U.S. Senate Candidate Daryl Guberman Ignites Call For The Defunding Of NIST In Visit To Capital Hill

The American Board of Accredited Certifications (ABAC) calls for lawmakers to immediately defund the National Institute of Standards Technology (NIST).

Washington, D.C. (USA), July 28th, 2017 — Daryl Guberman (http://www.darylguberman.com), candidate for U.S. Senate (I-CT) recently visited Capital Hill to call for federal authorities and lawmakers to investigate an accreditation scheme involving government-corporate collusion between the National Institute of Standards Technology (NIST), The ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB) and affiliated organizations. Guberman’s Washington’s visit came weeks after the FTC received complaints of anti-competitive practices and collusion between NIST, ANAB and the International Accreditation Forum (IAF).

Guberman intended to meet with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC), Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), Department of Commerce, and the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) to provide documentation with evidence of alleged collusion, violation of antitrust laws, and corporate fraud involving an anti-competitive accreditation scheme that is misleading U.S. businesses.

While in Washington, Guberman called for investigation of several individuals allegedly behind the scheme, including Randy Dougherty, the former Vice President of ANAB (http://aboac.org/accreditation-myths) and previous Chairman of IAF; Erik Puskar, the accreditation director for NIST and the Vice-Chair for ANSI Committee on Education (COE); Peter Unger, the Former President of American Association for Laboratory Accreditation (A2LA), Lonnie Spires present CEO of A2LA; and S. Joe Bhatia, President and CEO of the American National Standards Institute (ANSI).

Guberman said NIST, ANSI, ANAB and IAF are colluding to restrain competition by utilizing Government power and influence to promote an anti-competitive accreditation scheme operated primarily by privately owned ANAB and its sister operation IAF while both entities remained under the leadership of Mr. Dougherty. More details on the collusion can be found on Guberman’s company website at http://dguberman.com/the-story-of-corporations-and-consumers-being-hoodwinked-by-iso/

“As a measurement standards laboratory, and a non-regulatory agency of the United States Department of Commerce, NIST is abusing its power and influence by colluding with The ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB), which is owned by the American National Standards Institute (ANSI) & The American Society of Quality (ASQ),” said Guberman. He added, “Under no circumstances should  our government be engaging in monopolistic conduct, condoning anti-competitive business practices, or conspiring with privately-owned entities to restrain competition.”

Guberman’s Washington trip was accompanied by Donald LaBelle, Chairman of ABAC – The American Board of Accredited Certifications (http://www.aboac.org), a leading independent accreditation body in the United States. LaBelle said businesses are being hoodwinked into an accreditation racket without an alternative choice because the government (NIST) is putting its nose where it does not belong. “The NIST-ANSI-ANAB accreditation scheme is crony capitalism in its most disturbing form, a well-oiled international money grab that is funneling millions of dollars from taxpayers into the greedy pockets of government perpetrators and their corporate accomplices behind the accreditation sham,” said LaBelle

Guberman has recently launched a series of videos on Youtube unmasking the NIST-ANSI-ANAB-IAF accreditation scheme and the department heads behind the racket. In one video, Guberman discusses the anti-competitive practices of NIST and its conspiracies in restraint of trade by setting discriminative requirements thereby forcing businesses to utilize ISO registrars over-seen by entities belonging to the ANSI-ANAB-IAF monopoly. IAF Accredited Certificate Mill Issued ISO 9001:2015 To Company That Did Not Exist

GMS, Renar and IAF caught in accreditation sting; certifies and accredits a phony company for ISO 9001:2015.

New York, NY (USA), June 10th, 2017 — G-PMC Group, one of the country’s leading quality management certification firms, with the assistance of the American Board of Accredited Certification (ABAC), the only independent accreditation body in the United States, released additional details on its sting operation involving a one year investigation on bogus accreditation bodies and certificate mills belonging to the International Accreditation Forum (IAF). The details and outcome of the investigation can be found on the G-PMC company website at http://www.g-pmc.com/abac-completes-sting-of-the-romanian-accreditation-association-renar-for-accrediting-bogus-companies

According to an ABAC spokesperson, the undercover operation focused on both domestic and foreign certification bodies propagandizing the influence of being recognized and/or so-called “overseen” by the International Accreditation Forum (IAF), which records show is led by Chinese national Xiao Jianhua, who serves as Chairman for the organization. Last month IAF came under scrutiny after ABAC and others called for the Federal Trade Commission to investigate the aerospace giant Lockheed Martin Corporation for alleged antitrust violations and potentially espionage with the Chinese-led IAF, as cited in the class action complaint. See http://www.einpresswire.com/article/374397638/abac-others-call-for-ftc-to-investigate-lockheed-martin-for-antitrust-violations

Henry Kroger, an adviser for ABAC’s oversight division said the sting involved India-based Generic Management Services (GMS), owned by Brijesh Kumar, and the infamous Romanian Accreditation Association (Renar), which is a paid member of the International Accreditation Forum (IAF), a sister company of The ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB). Kroger said GMS, with the approval of its accreditation body Renar, issued an ISO 9001:2015 certificate to a company that did not exist at the time.

According to Kroger, the undercover operation was necessary to investigate a number of complaints from individuals in the quality community concerned with questionable business practices of ISO registrars and their accreditation bodies, particularly organizations pressuring U.S. business owners and major government contractors into a China influenced accreditation scheme known as the International Accreditation Forum (IAF).

Daryl Guberman, CEO of G-PMC Group, LLC, and inspiring candidate for United States Senate (http://www.darylguberman.com) released a video earlier this week detailing parts of the sting operation at (https://youtu.be/RA3ZPTkUG2g). Guberman helped organize the investigation by allowing ABAC to use his company’s name G-PMC Group disguised as a contract manufacturing company in Massachusetts. In reality, G-PMC Group is a leading ISO registrar incorporated in Delaware accredited by ABAC and the Industrial Leaders Group (ILG). Apparently neither GMS, Renar or IAF bothered to confirm whether or not the manufacturing company even existed.

ABAC mailed a copy of the certificate obtained in the sting to the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) headquarters in Switzerland. ISO is an independent, non-governmental international organization. A copy of the certificate can be found at http://imgur.com/a/d8oxd

“The sting was conducted to show the quality community the misconceptions of IAF accredited certificate mills and the accreditation scheme in general, and how such hypocrisy lacks essential checks and balances,” said Guberman. He added, “Think about it, if a company that does not even exist can acquire an ISO 9001:2015 certificate from a registrar overseen by an IAF accreditation body, then the whole system is highly skeptical, and appears to be no more than a pay-to-play racket.”

Richard Milton, one of the investigators in the sting said the operation was successful primarily because of a propagandist of the accreditation scam in Tampa, Florida misleading businesses. Milton said the individual is apparently not too bright, he easily took the bait and ran to IAF’s leadership literally begging they take action on the matter.

“Neither the scammer in Florida or IAF’s incompetent leadership had any idea it was a sting operation conducted to prove the fallacies and misconceptions of certificate mills and accreditation bodies belonging the International Accreditation Forum,” said Guberman. He concluded, “The sting proves that ANSI-ASQ National Accreditation Board (ANAB), IAF, ILAC, IAAC, and their conspirators are misleading businesses that have wasted thousands of dollars on these certifications, and these victimized companies need to take a stand and no longer tolerate such deceitful business practices from any organization.”

Kroger’s ending statement summed up the importance of the successful sting operation and how the accreditation scheme negatively impacts businesses and the quality community. “What crime do we have here? The white collar swindlers gain the businessman’s confidence through the use of high sounding trick organizations with buzz words in their titles such as “accreditation, national accreditation board, certificate, international organization,” and other quasi-authoritative junk words. They sell their dupes a complete bill of goods under the guise of touting the victim’s business quality, but only for exchanging his hard earned profits for a glittering piece of paper replete with lofty seals, symbols, and ISO numbers. After the investigation, you wonder how these crooks can suppress their laughter as the innocent boob hands over a considerable sum of money for their expensive illusions without follow up or support. It is a huge money magnet, this con game of providing castles built on air.” said Kroger.
