Georgetown TX BNI Business By Referral Group To Hold Visitors Day

April 16, 2013 Lunch Expected To Draw Dozens of Local Businesses To Networking Event.

Georgetown, TX, USA (March 29, 2013) — The Business By Referral Chapter of BNI (Business Networking International) will be holding its annual Visitors Day on April 16, 2013. The event will be held at the Georgetown Chamber of Commerce Building from 11:30 to 1:30 PM.

Now in its fifth year, the Georgetown Chapter of BNI exists to help members build their businesses through referrals and personal testimonials, the most powerful form of marketing. Every member holds an exclusive, protected position in their category meaning that they receive all of the referrals for that category like Residential Real Estate, Insurance, Home Repairs or Massage Therapist for example.

The group is seeking businesses in dozens of open categories such as: Chiropractic and most medical categories, Air Conditioning Service, Veterinarian, Pet Grooming, Beautician, Fitness, Interior Design, Marriage and Family Counseling, Photography, Auto Sales and many others.

“The single biggest thing we did for our business was to join BNI. We have generated thousands of dollars in sales as members in the Air Purification category,” noted Carl Braun, Vice President of Ecomajik Healthy Products. “You just can’t beat the personal referral when it comes to growing your business.” He added. Braun is former President of the group.

Visitors will have a chance to network with other business owners and learn more about BNI at the April 16th event. There is a $15 charge and lunch is provided. Applicants to fill categories will be considered based on their experience and local reputation.

“It is important to all of us that we have the best and brightest in our group. The Georgetown Chapter was just named the #1 performing chapter in Central Texas with nearly $1 million dollars in referrals to our members in the last twelve months. We are looking for local businesses that share our passion for high levels of customer service and satisfaction and will consider all of these applicants for membership.” Said Michele Jaroszewski-Webb, Chapter President and owner of the Georgetown Schlotzsky’s restaurant.

Businesses interested in attending should contact visitor host Carl Braun at carl@ecomajik.com or 512-222-7873 to see if their category is available.

About Business Networking International (BNI)

Our Philosophy
The philosophy of this organization is built upon the idea of “Givers Gain®”: By giving business to others, you will get business in return. This is predicated on the age-old idea of “What goes around, comes around.”

Our Mission
The mission of BNI is to help members increase their business through a structured, positive, and professional “word-of-mouth” program that enables them to develop long-term, meaningful relationships with quality business professionals.

Belonging to BNI is like having dozens of sales people working for you…
…because all of them carry several copies of your business cards around with them. When they meet someone who could use your products or services, they take out your card and recommend you.* It’s as simple as that! It’s simple because it’s based on a proven concept by BNI Founder, Dr. Ivan Misner, called “Givers Gain®.” If I give you business you’ll give me business and we’ll both benefit as a result.

Last year alone, members of BNI passed 7.1 million referrals…
…which generated over $3.3 billion dollars (U.S.) worth of business for its members! BNI is a business and professional networking organization that allows only one person per professional classification or specialty to join a chapter.

Would you like to increase your business by 20%, 30%, 50% or as much as 100%?
You can see results like this! Many have. Some participants have added as many as 50 new clients in the first 2 years!!! Successful businesses depend on word-of-mouth. Word-of-mouth advertising is the best advertising there is.

BNI provides a structured and supportive system of giving and receiving business.
It does so by providing an environment in which you develop personal relationships with dozens of other qualified business professionals. By establishing this “formal” relationship with other people, you will have the opportunity to substantially increase your business.
